Wilbert Smith Discusses Communication with Aliens

In a just recovered 1961 interview with television station CJOH, the former head of the official Canadian Government UFO investigations Wilbert Smith, was asked a number of questions about what he had learned during his days of investigating flying saucers for the Canadian government.

Wilbur Smith stated,

“In 1950 I was attending a rather slow-moving broadcasting conference in Washington D.C. and found that the U.S. government had a highly classified project set up to study flying saucers so I reasoned that with so much smoke maybe I should look for the fire.” He was able to get permission to become the Official Director of the Canadian Government’s UFO Investigation in 1950

He was one of the foremost communications experts of the day and worked as the chief radio engineer for the Canadian government. In 1956, he headed the countries radio regulations department. More importantly, he was in charge of monitoring 50,000 radio frequencies in Canada, and ran the Top Secret “Radio Ottawa” where spies would radio in to intelligence services.

 Q: Have you communicated with aliens?

Smiths answer (A) “Some of the communications have been on a face-to-face basis but I have not been so honored myself. Some of the communications have been by ordinary radio, and I have received a few messages by this means. But by far the majority of the communications are by what we call Tensor Beam transmission, which uses a type of radio with which we are only vaguely familiar, and which I couldn’t possibly attempt to describe now. However, the mental images of the person wishing to transmit are picked up electrically amplified and modulated into a tensor beam, which is directed to the person to whom the transmission is addressed, and within whose brain the mental images are recreated. The transmissions are therefore very precise, and independent of language. I have had some experience with these transmissions myself and can say that they are like nothing within the conventional experiences of earth people.”

Q: Do you believe that flying saucers are real?

A: Yes. I am convinced that they are just as real and tangible as most things we deal with in our everyday lives.

Q: Why do you think they are real?

A: Because thousands of people have seen them, many under circumstances, which virtually preclude misinterpretation, many of these sightings have been coordinated with radar fixes. Photographs have been taken and physical evidence has been accumulated.

Q: Have you ever seen a flying saucer yourself?

A: I have seen several objects which I concluded were flying saucers simply because they couldn’t be anything else.

Q: Have you, you actually handled any material believed to be from a flying saucer?

A: If by that you mean material substance showing evidence of fabrication through intelligent effort and not originating on this planet, I have. But I cannot say from my own knowledge that it was ever part of a flying saucer. Unfortunately, most of my contacts in this direction were through classified channels, which for some particular reason, which I could never fathom, insisted in “Classifying” these matters, and I am not at liberty to discuss them further.

Q: How long have you been studying flying saucers?

A: I didn’t get around to active participation until 1950, when I was attending a rather slow-moving broadcasting conference in Washington D.C. and having some free time on my hands, I circulated around asking a few questions about flying saucers, which stirred up a hornet’s nest. I found that the U.S. government had a highly classified project set up to study them, so I reasoned that with so much smoke maybe I should look for the fire. So I set about gathering as much sighting data as I could get a hold of and analyzing it, from which I concluded that there was a 91% probability that the saucers were real, and a 60% probability that they were alien craft of some kind.

Q: What is the “official” view of flying saucers?

A: I don’t even know if there is one, in Canada. It has been my experience that no one who takes even a little time to study the evidence available publicly remains skeptic very long. This is quite apart from those who have had access and studied the larger files of evidence collected by private and semi-official organizations.

Q: What have you found out about flying saucers?

A: There is much evidence that people who build and fly flying saucers are people very much like us. They have been seen on many occasions and there are many claims of personal contact having been established with them. Communications with these people tell us that they are our distant relatives; that we are descendants of their colonists on this planet, and that they still regard us as brothers even though we don’t often act like it. There is much evidence that the technology of these people is quite a bit ahead of ours, and that through study of the behavior of the saucers and from the alleged communications we have been able to piece together some of this amazing technology. We are informed that these people are really civilized, in that they regard all men as brothers; that they do not have wars, and live under conditions of personal freedom of which we cannot conceive.

Q: Have you any indication of why the saucers are here at this time?

A: There is much evidence in history, legend and the Bible, that flying saucers have visited this planet on many occasions in the past and that the present visitation is nothing new; it is simply a bit more intense than in the past and we have better news dissemination means now. I think that these people from elsewhere are concerned with our playing with atomic energy, and about our plans for space travel and interplanetary exploration and conquest. I am sure that they do not hold us in very high esteem, and are worried about what we might do if we ever got loose in space with nuclear weapons.

Q: Have you any ideas about how flying saucers operate?

A: they are not nearly so self-limited in science as we are. Our observations indicate that the saucers can hover indefinitely in one place, or they can dart off with very high accelerations. Also, they can change direction quickly; all this with utter disregard of the laws of inertia, as we understand them. From this we conclude that they must understand these laws better that we do and have found ways of getting around the situation. Our own work along these lines, aided by tips from outside, indicates that the trick is through gravity control wherein the earth’s gravity field is bent to accommodate the action required.

 Q: How do you think flying saucers affect religion?

A: As far as I can determine, these people from elsewhere are a great deal more religious than we are. They believe in a Supreme Creator, the brotherhood and divinity of Man, and a plan for the evolution of all. To these people, their religion is a matter of daily reality, not just Sunday profession, and they certainly seem to practice what we preach. I can find no contradictions with any of the religions of this planet

Q: Do you have any idea where these people come from?

 

A: I am informed through the many contacts that these people come from everywhere; that there is no place in the universe where men can live that he does not live.

Q: How about traveling about in the universe? Doesn’t it take a terribly long time?

A: I am afraid our ideas about certain things are due for a severe revision in the not too distant future. I am informed that time is not at all what we think it is, but is in fact variable. Also, that the velocity of light is not at all a limiting velocity. It merely appears so to us because we can’t see any faster. I understand that these people from elsewhere can and do travel about a great deal and they don’t take years to do it.

A: “I have made no secret of the information with which I am entrusted, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who is sincerely interested and wants to learn. I am NOT a missionary.”

Note: According to Smith’s son Jim Smith, shortly before his death in 1962 Wilbert called his son in, and told him that he had in fact seen the alien bodies from a crash, and had been shown a crashed flying saucer outside of Washington D.C., while conducting the official Canadian investigation. Strange Photos Appearing

 I really devoured Filer’s Files #48 and found this very interesting. If you remember about a year ago, you published one of my pictures of Mary, a picture that appeared on our living room ceiling (far left. There is and was a striking resemblance to one that had just appeared in one of the Filer’s Files (Right photo).

I am also enclosing a picture that a friend of mine recently took in one of the tower windows at Swannanoa on top of Afton Mountain here in Virginia.

This picture (bottom right) captured my attention and when I enlarged it, the bearded image bears a striking resemblance to Robert’s (bottom left) when he took a picture of himself, that he felt resembled that of Jesus. I don’t know what any of this means, but I thought that it was interesting. Love and Light,

Searching for Gold in Space

HOUSTON — If humans eventually want to become a space-faring species, we’ll need to be able to collect basic resources, like water, straight from the space environment; it’s too expensive and risky to send everything up from Earth, most experts agree.

As such, multiple companies are now trying to initiate a space mining industry, which could provide those basic resources for space travelers, or for robotic space operations. In the future, asteroids or the moon could even provide humans with resources that are rare on Earth, such as precious metals.

But there are major hurdles that need to be overcome before space mining can get off the ground, so to speak. Representatives from various companies pursuing space mining activities recently spoke about the state of the industry. Planetary Resources is one of several private companies hoping to mine the precious metals and water ice from asteroids. Many of the speakers on the panel made comparisons between space mining and terrestrial coal mining or offshore oil and gas drilling. Among other issues, that comparison leads to the idea of a mining supply chain, which refers to the activities that support the actual extraction of the desired materials. In terrestrial mining, that could mean everything from the team that surveys the land to find the best place to extract material, to the company that supplies food to the miners.

“The supply chain has a real place in terrestrial mining, and I’m suggesting that it also has a real place in off-planet mining,” said Dale Boucher, CEO of Deltion Innovations Ltd., which has been n working with NASA to build robotic mining technology for the moon.

Boucher said that for terrestrial mining, the supply chain can be broken into four major categories: exploration (to find a site that contains the stuff a company wants to mine for), development (essentially setting up an infrastructure to support the mining activity), operations (actual mining), and closure (on Earth, this typically entails returning the mining site to nature). Many terrestrial mining companies rely on outside companies to provide various aspects of the supply chain, and the same will likely be true for space mining companies, Boucher said. Therefore, there is an opportunity for other groups to get involved in space mining without actually doing the mining themselves.

“During the gold rush, if you’re going to be in the supply chain, you don’t want to be doing the actual mining,” he said. “What you want to be doing is selling the 50 pounds of flour and 10 pounds of baking grease to the guys who are going up there and struggling and looking for gold,” he said.

Another speaker on the panel, Chris Lewicki, president and CEO of Planetary Resources, made another comparison between space mining and the gold rush.

“I would love to be the first gold miner in Sutter’s Mill [in California] and in the Yukon [in Canada], where gold mining [consisted of] walking up the street and picking up the shiny things,” he said. “And what people don’t realize is that space resources will start from a base that is very similar to that.”

In the early days of space mining, companies may find that the materials they are pulling out of the moon or asteroids are relatively abundant and easy to collect, and that competition is low, Lewicki said. That means companies won’t have to produce a large amount of product in order to make a profit. “Low return, low production; basic technology is how this starts,” he said.

Of course, traveling to those space resources is much more difficult than walking up the street to the creek to pan for gold, Lewicki noted. In addition, building a supply chain for space mining will be extremely difficult, some of the speakers pointed out. Daniel Faber is CEO of Deep Space Industries, a company interested in exploration missions for space mining. Faber said the cost of launching those exploration spacecraft is so high that it might make those exploration missions impractical.

“Launch is the biggest thing slowing us down right now,” he said. “We can do an exploration campaign for $3.5 million. But the launch is going to cost us 10 [million dollars]. And that’s a boot in the teeth for an exploration company.” Credit: Deep Space Industries Karl Tate Space.com

 

Alien Mars Mine.

There is strong evidence that both our moon and Mars have been mined. Mining is occurring on our Moon and Mars. ‘Yah’ or ‘YhHwh’ is marked on the edge of the Mars mine indicating ownership.

Interestingly the Hebrew God is spelled YHWH (Yahwey.) Blowing winds do not spell out words. So can be sure intelligence on Mars made the sign. We can also speculate this intelligence came to Earth with sign language as is told in Sumerian, Hebrew and Egyptian ancient writings. Thanks to European Space Agency images.

At a hearing in the U.S. House of Representatives, Symposium before the Committee on Science and Astronautics on July 29, 1968, Allen Hynek took some of his significant UFO reports out of wraps and presented them to the committee. He said,

“He admitted he first regarded the UFO subject as “rank nonsense.” But in describing his changed opinion he said;

“I have been led to a conclusion quite different . . . the cumulative weight of continued reports from groups of people from around the world, whose competence and sanity I have no reason to doubt, reports involving close encounters with unexplainable craft, with physical effects on animals, motor vehicles, plants, and on the ground, has led me reluctantly to the conclusion that either there is a scientifically valuable subset of reports in the UFO phenomena, or that we have a world society containing people who are articulate, sane and reputable in all matter save UFO reports.”

“. . . when one or more obviously reliable persons reports – as has happened many times – that a brightly illuminated object hovered a few hundred feet above their automobile, and that during the incident their car motor stopped, the headlights dimmed or went out, and the radio stopped playing only to have these functions return to normal after the disappearance of the UFO, it is clearly another matter.”

“By what right can we summarily ignore their testimony and imply that they are deluded or just plain liars? Would we so treat these same people if they were testifying in court, under oath, on more mundane matters?” 14

He also wrote a letter to his boss, Colonel Ray Sleeper (Oct. 7, 1968) which exposed the myriad problems of Blue Book and chastised the Air Force for releasing astronomical answers to cases without consulting him. Editor’s Note: Ray Sleeper visited me in my home and discussed UFOs and Dr. Hynek. Colonel Sleeper had personally observed UFOs while flying a B-52. He was ordered to fire Hynek, but then told to cancel the firing. Dr. Hynek made statements that were often controversial and in disagreement with Air Force point of view.

Then he wrote his book The UFO Experience (Chicago: Henry Regnery Co., 1972), including within that letter and information he had gathered concerning problems in the Colorado Study, and published it four years later. This book can be considered a direct result of all these pressures. Hynek once again explained to the world what had happened, this time more completely and including his scientific methodology.

As if all this wasn’t enough to convince us of Hynek’s sincerity, we also note that Hynek was attempting to raise funds for the study of UFOs after the Air Force closed Blue Book. During several discussions I had with Bob Pratt, writer and field investigator for the Enquirer who had worked with Hynek in the mid-1970’s, he mentioned that Hynek left the Enquirer panel when he realized the Enquirer was not serious about providing funds for same.

So I finally conclude, his reversal with the Air Force, involvement with the Enquirer, the call he had made to me, and the observed strength of the cases he chose to detail in his own book and at the hearings at which he testified, make no real sense unless the man was truly searching for his own honest answer to one of the world’s most intriguing mysteries.

Chile Jesuit Missionaries UFO Sighting

SAN IGNACIO DE IPANE “On the 10th of August of 1631 something strange and luminous was seen to fly in the heavens. Between six and seven in the evening, a luminous globe of strange grandeur was seen to rise, flying unhurriedly and rather slowly, over the town, like a full moon. It gave off a large number of sparks toward the east, and upon reaching the western horizon, blazed with greater light, which was then diminished. In the time it takes to recite the Apostle’s Creed, it issued a tremendous report like thunder. A few kilometers away from this reduction there is a region belonging to the Chaco Province known as Campo del Cielo (due to the large number of meteorites that once fell in the area), making it possible to think that another meteor was involved, but when the document is analyzed word by word, as researcher

Antonio Las Heras did in one of his excellent works on the subject, we have no choice but to allow some room for doubt, and the possibility that the object reported was not a meteorite.  The object traveled slowly. It “gained altitude”, thus making it one of the first eyewitness reports of a UFO takeoff in this region, which covers the province of Misiones, near the Brazil-Paraguay border. China’s New J-20 Fighter

The Black Eagle will certainly be the sharpest and most agile sword in the Chinese inventory, and it will be able to sneak in and deliver some crippling blows to any nearby adversary. This aircraft can keep you up at night if you’re parking C2ISR (Command/Control Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance) or Carrier Groups somewhere offshore. Armed with capable air-to-air missiles, and pilots trained in LO tactics, it’s enough the outclass any US fourth generation fighter while BVR (Beyond Visual Range) or provide highly capable strike and standoff to China’s leaders.

We don’t know much about the J-20 Black Eagle yet, but as more are built and tested details will emerge. We have yet to see if the larger WS-15 engines will be fitted, and personally, I’m interested in seeing what kind of low observable (LO) stealth performance capabilities the Chinese will be able to incorporate into the aircraft.

Some researchers speculate that the J-20 will have similar performance and agility as a Raptor; some think it will be a fighter/bomber only. I believe it has the ability to quickly penetrate enemy defenses, deliver weapons, and safely retreat. It’s not going to be an overly capable dogfighter.

From the J-20’s size to wing area alone, one can see that it simply will not be a highly maneuverable fighter. Especially with the weaker Saturn engines. It will be fast, and stealthy by some measure, but looking at the design and numbers we have on the J-20, I just don’t see it performing like a Raptor on most fronts.

US F-22 Rapter

Remember those figures from above that I asked you to remember? The J-20 is a large and heavy bird, that can possibly carry a lot of fuel, and it has smallish wings and lower thrust as compared to similar “fighters.”

What I can see the J-20 is shaped about as well as can be expected for a fighter aircraft (go figure, it looks like a Raptor, which was heavily tested and tweaked for stealth considerations). Front hemisphere designs appear to be in accordance with standard radar laws, with parallel lines, and minimum rough or flat edges. The J-20 uses angled chines along the sides of the aircraft (like the F-22), and a hidden engine intake design both to help lower side-section and front aspect RCS (Radar Cross Section).

Of course, a close-up examination of the J-20 will decide if the Chinese LO craftsmanship is up to par with Western standards. The tail section and engine nozzles appear to have little to no stealth treatments or shaping.  Website

Een helder licht dat opdook tijdens de zonsverduistering op 11 juli 1991 zette de Mexicaanse UFO-wereld op scherp.

Duizenden toeschouwers zouden die dag een vreemd hemelverschijnsel hebben waargenomen en minstens 15 onder hen hadden kans gezien de UFO te filmen.

Een jaar later werd naar aanleiding van deze gebeurtenissen een documentaire uitgebracht die veel stof deed opwaaien.

Vreemde lichtvlekken

De Mexicaanse ufoloog en journalist Jaime Maussan was kort voor de zonsverduistering een eigen tv-show gestart, waarin contact met buitenaardse bezoekers één van de centrale thema’s was.

Toen enkele trouwe kijkers hun foto’s van de zonsverduistering hadden laten ontwikkelen, ontdekten ze vreemde lichtvlekken naast de zonneschijf.

Ze stuurden de opnames naar Maussan en vertelden erbij dat ze die met het blote oog niet hadden waargenomen.

Maussan toonde de UFO’s op tv en kort daarna kwamen de eerste filmpjes van het ‘ruimtetuig’ binnen.

Ruimteschepen

De respons was zo groot dat de ufoloog besloot tot de oprichting van Los Vigilantes, een groep die uitkijkposten in verschillende delen van Mexico bemant met camera’s in de aanslag.

In de daaropvolgende maanden doken meer dan 200 nieuwe video’s op. Stuk voor stuk echte ruimteschepen, aldus Maussan.

De meest mysterieuze ster in de Melkweg blijft verbazen. Volgens sommigen draait om KIC 8462852 een grote megastructuur die zou kunnen wijzen op buitenaards leven.

Een aantal wetenschappers en sterrenkundigen beweert dat daar aanwijzingen voor zijn.

Uit een nieuwe studie blijkt dat er jets (straalstromen) zijn waargenomen bij de ster die een energiebron zouden kunnen zijn voor een buitenaardse beschaving.

Structuur

Er zijn dipjes waargenomen in de helderheid van KIC 8462852, die volgens sommigen verklaard kunnen worden door een structuur die gebruikt wordt door een hoogontwikkelde buitenaardse beschaving om energie te onttrekken aan de ster. Ook wordt de ster steeds zwakker.

Hoewel veel wetenschappers sceptisch zijn, denkt Eduard Heindl van de Universiteit Furtwangen in Duitsland dat er aliens bij betrokken zijn.

“Als een superbeschaving alle ruwe materialen heeft opgebruikt, kunnen ze meer vinden in hun moederster,” vertelde hij aan de Daily Mail.

Mijnbouw

“Onze zon bevat bijvoorbeeld 6000 keer meer metalen dan de planeten,” voegde hij toe.

“Ze moeten die eerst uit de ster halen en vervolgens in een baan om de zon brengen om ze af te laten koelen,” legde hij uit.

In de paper van professor Heindl wordt gesuggereerd dat buitenaardsen er mijnbouw plegen.

Moeilijk

De opvallende lichtcurve van de ster maakt het moeilijk een eenvoudige natuurlijke verklaring te vinden, aldus Heindl in de paper.

Hij heeft een wiskundig model opgesteld dat de betrokkenheid van aliens ondersteunt.

De energie kan worden onttrokken aan de ster door middel van een zogeheten Dysonbol, een begrip dat in 1960 voor het eerst werd voorgesteld door theoretisch natuurkundige Freeman Dyson.

Dysonzwerm

Zo’n Dysonbol zou eruit kunnen zien als een zwerm satellieten die rond een ster draaien. In zo’n geval wordt ook wel gesproken van een Dysonzwerm.

Als dergelijke structuren bestaan, zouden ze enorme hoeveelheden infraroodstraling richting de aarde moeten sturen. Tot op heden zijn ze echter nog niet gevonden.

Professor Heindl wil dit concept verder gaan uitdiepen. Zijn onderzoek staat op publicatiesite arXiv.

Alienjagers hebben op recente NASA-foto’s van de rode planeet een reptielachtig wezen ontdekt, schrijft het AD.

De Amerikaanse ruimtevaartorganisatie heeft nog niet gereageerd op de vondst, die bekend werd gemaakt via een filmpje op YouTube-kanaal Art Alien TV.

Sommigen denken dat het gaat om een merkwaardig gevormde steen die bij een bepaalde lichtinval toevallig op een soort hagedis lijkt.

Versteend

Anderen, waaronder Joe White van Art Alien TV, zijn van mening dat het mogelijk een reptiel is geweest dat ooit op Mars heeft geleefd.

“Het wezen is ingevroren en daarna versteend,” denkt White.

Er worden vaker vreemde vormen gespot op Mars. Deze week nog meenden UFO-jagers ommuurde stedente hebben gevonden op de rode planeet.

Bewijs

Ook foto’s van een ‘slang’ en een ‘schedel van een alien’ op de planeet maakten een discussie los.

Onlangs verscheen een nieuwe studie waaruit blijkt dat bewijs voor aliens mogelijk in 2007 al is gevonden op Mars.

Volgens een ander groot onderzoek ontdekten twee Marslanders in 1976 buitenaards leven op Mars en bestaat het nog steeds.
