Bizarre Spherical “Death Star” Cloud Hovers Over Japan On Dec 2016, Video, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting:December 2016 Location of sighting: Fujisawa, Japan This sphere cloud was was seen over Japan last week and its holding together especially well. Clouds like this are often made by UFOs that want to hide, yet come especially close so they can scan and observe the humans on the ground. The unique thing about clouds made by UFOs is that they can hold together for hours, where most clouds change shape second by second. Scott C. Waring-Taiwan News states: UFOmaniaStates:
Japanese news site Rocket News has reported the appearance of a bizarre spherical cloud seen hovering above a train station in the town of Fujisawa just south of Tokyo. Some of the photos of the cloud show an otherwise clear blue sky, with the otherworldly orb of cloud floating ominously low to the ground.

UFO Shoots Below Motorcycle While Jumping On Video! Dec 2016, Video, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: Unknown 2016? Location of sighting: Unknown China? There is very little about this video we know for sure, but its unique in that its a motocross biker thats making an unusually dangerous jump. As the rider gets into mid jump, a UFO shoots past him. Why? Because he is risking his life doing what he loves, and aliens love that. Thats something that they do not fully understand...taking risks. Aliens have lifetimes that are either incredibly long, or infinite, but accidents do take their lives...so they calculate the risks of everything in their heads before they do anything. Imagine calculating risks as you cross the street, then again as you pass a homeless guy talking to himself, then again as you walk under a construction crane (lots in my neighbourhood). Thats what they do. They calculate the odds before they ever take a risk, but no humans. That makes us unique and worthy of more studying. Scott C. Waring

UFO Seen Over Hotel Pool In Columbia, Dec 11, 2016, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: Dec 11, 2016 Location of sighting: Bucaramanga, Columbia Source: MUFON #80946 This UFO just appeared in the sky over this hotel swimming pool. The eyewitness is on the rooftop pool, which appears to be 20+ floors high. Did you notice that the UFOs color is slightly changed along the bottom of the craft, where the top is much darker, more metallic? Its camouflage. Scott C. Waring Eyewitness states:
I WAS around the pool of my hotel taking sun on sunny, clear day when I saw something in the sky, I talk with my friend was beside I he saw too it our first impression was a paraglider but my friend said cant because it was very high and the shape does not like that, it was moving slow and looks like hovering over the city, I took my camera as soon I can I try to focus the object no was easy to focus only I take just one I try to take another one but it was going to the North and was moving fast and after it was gone.
A UFO that is about the size of a transit van came down in Devon to abduct some animals, according to UFOlogist John Mooner, who captured the shots of the mysterious event. Mooner was confident that extraterrestrials from the unidentified flying object wanted to get the genetic material of the animals.
Mooner, who works as World UFO Photos chief photographer, shot the unexpected encounter in Dawlish Warren, Devon in November.
Cattle mutilations have been reported more often in recent years. The theory is that aliens want to use DNA material from animals to make alien hybrids.
John Mooner said he observed a black object moving along the tree line. He initially thought of a helicopter, but he could only hear the passing train and nothing heard from the flying object. According to his estimate, the UFO has the same size of a large transit van. The witness continued to watch the object as it descended into a field. He saw the black object landed and stayed in there as if it waited for something to arrive. Mooner was amazed to witness the dark object went completely invisible.
The photographer claimed that he wanted to go to the landing area, but he didn’t have a means to get across the water, and the place was too far away. His speculation is that the object was waiting for the farmer to leave his livestock into the field to abduct some animals and kill them for genetic material.

Mass UFO sighting recorded in Las Vegas, Nevada 9-Dec-2016
Here’s one interesting footage of a multiple bright objects flying across the sky above Las Vegas in Nevada. This was filmed on 9th December 2016.
Witness report:
So last night I was walking in a local park in Las Vegas and i saw on the horizon 15-20 solid balls of yellow/orange light rising from ground level up to the clouds and then disappearing. They were probably 15-20 miles away so they weren’t paper lanterns as some have speculated. They also weren’t conventional aircraft as they were solid balls of light with no anti collision lighting.
Shocking Claim On Fireball Over Norway and Siberia
Shocking Claim On Fireball Over Norway and Siberia
A massive fireball that turned night into the day after its explosion over Earth was, in fact, a wormhole opening for the alien spacecraft to depart to another dimension. This is according to claim from conspiracy theorists on the incident observed over Norway and Siberia.
Amazing images of the massive fireball in Norway and Siberia were posted online as videos and pictures. The fireball is explained as a meteorite burning up in Earth’s atmosphere.
However, some conspiracy theorists have come up with another explanation. They said that the UFO is forming a black hole around it as seen in the images that made the rounds online. The fireball is not exploding, but creating the hole first, then entering to a flash of light. The hole then gone after the UFO came into it, as explained by the conspiracy theorists.
They said that the images show a UFO opening up a wormhole before vanishing. Some UFO researchers even enhanced the images by adding light and discovered blackness all around the UFO. They speculated that some alien might be too lazy to leave the Earth’s orbit and just took off in a hurry through wormholes.
For some observers, they believe it was a huge meteor that came hurtling down the west coast of Norway. The event created daylight on the ground miles away. It is believed that the meteorite did not reach the land and burned in the atmosphere.
NASA’s Curiosity rover is currently climbing a mountain. The rover is in the business of climbing lots of things, but according to the data it’s transmitting back to scientists this particular mountain is full of groundwater, making the rock strata chemically active and diverse - a good sign as we search for microbial life. Curiosity also located boron, thefirst time the element has ever been found on Mars. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory announced the promising news in a press releaseTuesday.
The rover is drilling into Mount Sharp, a site scientists chose hoping it would provide us with exactly this kind of geologic record. The central mound’s sediment is layered, providing a chronological account of early environmental conditions on Mars.
“There is so much variability in the composition at different elevations, we’ve hit a jackpot,” California Institute of Technology professor John Grotzinger told JPL. “A sedimentary basin such as this is a chemical reactor … Elements get rearranged. New minerals form and old ones dissolve. Electrons get redistributed. On Earth, these reactions support life.”
As Curiosity progresses higher up the mountain, it’s also finding various clay minerals and hematite not present at lower altitudes. As for the boron, on Earth we generally find in drier regions where the water has evaporated, so scientists are still floating ideas as to why we just found it deposited by Mars’s groundwater. The two prevailing theories at the moment are that either a lake evaporated under a layer of boron, which later re-dissolved and trickled down through the cracks to the more ancient layers Curiosity is sampling, or that the process by which groundwater transports boron was chemically altered, an idea supported by the fact that we also found hematite.
“Variations in these minerals and elements indicate a dynamic system,” Grotzinger said. “They interact with groundwater as well as surface water. The water influences the chemistry of the clays, but the composition of the water also changes. We are seeing chemical complexity indicating a long, interactive history with the water. The more complicated the chemistry is, the better it is for habitability. The boron, hematite and clay minerals underline the mobility of elements and electrons, and that is good for life.”
The Curiosity rover touched down on Mars in 2012 and has been searching for signs of life ever since. While we’ve seen plenty of promising evidence from various forms of water and minerals that life could exist there, there’s still no proof that it does, which is why discoveries like this one are so crucial. The better we understand how microbial life might survive on Mars, the better-prepared we are to survive on it ourselves.
For nearly 200 years, scientists have seriously pondered the possibility of life on Mars. It’s been a rollercoaster of dreaming: for a long time, the more we studied Mars, the more it looked the like the Red Planet was acold, dry hellhole, lacking any of the essentials we consider a requirement for even the most primitive life.
Then we learned Mars was once teeming in liquid water. With the discovery that liquid water currently exists on the surface of the planet, the prospects that aliens actually still call Mars home now seem better than ever. During a Tuesday workshop called “Searching for Life Across Space and Time”, NASA Goddard Space Center biogeochemist Jennifer Eigenbrode made a pretty strong case for why the newest data were collecting about Mars is dramatically raising the prospects we might find signs of past of present Martian life.
It all comes down to what we’re starting to learn about the presence of organics on the Red Planet. Eigenbrode remembers that during the Curiosity rover’s landing in 2011, most members of the NASA’s Mars Science Laboratory were “very doubtful we would ever detect organics on Mars.”
Nowadays, MSL’s scientists realize “organics are all over Mars.” And where there are organics, there’s the potential for those compounds to come together and lead to the genesis of living organisms.
Does that mean there’s life on Mars? Not necessarily. But organic molecules and compounds are the constituents that lead to life. Organics on Earth were by no means a guarantor that life would evolve, but it was certainly essential to the evolution of organic life.
During her presentation in Irvine, California, Eigenbrode pointed to analyses of Martian rock samples from the Gale Crater floor, Yellowknife Bay, and Parhump Hills — areas that are thought to have once possessed liquid water reserves — and they all had traces of organic macromolecules.
This is important, because 70 to 90 percent of organic matter is macromolecular. The complexity is critical to making life work, since metabolism is a complicated process that requires complicated pathways. Organic matter also fuels metabolism itself, since it’s one potential source of energy or carbon. “We need to be looking for this stuff,” said Eigenbrode.
But as Eigenbrode emphasized, the big question is what are the sources for these organics. They could be biological, but they might also very well be abiotic. They may have formed de novo — that is, on the planet itself — or be the result of deposits brought to Mars through meteorite crashes. “if this stuff is abiological,” she cautions, “…looking for organics is not looking for life.”
Nevertheless, “the presence of organic matter actually supports the habitability of an ancient lake,” said Eigenbrode. She’s specially referring to the Gale Crater, which is thought to have been home to vast body of water 3.6 billion years ago.
So what’s next? NASA’s Mars 2020 rover will be the key to understand the extent to which life may have or perhaps does exist on the Red Planet. The new rover will be fitted with an large suite of different instruments that can do a better job assessing the composition and concentrations of Martian organics and how they might relate to life on Mars. Just a little over four years to wait before two centuries’ worth of speculation can finally be confirmed or debunked.

Three American Space Station projects have failed, but a dedicated U.S. Space Station will facilitate U.S. economic activities, accelerate humanity's colonization of the solar system, and allow us to tap the resources of the cosmos to aid our cause.
THE UNIVERSE BEYOND EARTH
“Mars is the next step of our space program. It’s the challenge that’s been staring us in the face for the past 30 years. At one time in the ancient past, Mars was very similar to the conditions of early Earth. We now have ‘eyes’ and ‘ears’ on the surface of this new world. The Mars rovers have captured our imaginations. They genuinely are explorers in the old-fashioned sense.”
Thirty years ago, Carl Sagan wrote these words, urging the continued funding of NASA’s programs in the U.S. budget. However, there are obstacles that we still face when it comes to exploring, understanding, and conquering the Red Planet.
The U.S. is the world’s leading aerospace manufacturer. We lead the globe in the exploration of the solar system and the development of commercial, military, and communication satellites. We can reach the Moon and Mars, but it seems we can’t (or don’t) stay long. Instead, we spend billions of dollars leaving and returning again.
In order to build on Mars, to stay on Mars, and ultimately expand to other worlds, there are two seemingly insurmountable obstacles. First, the establishment of a permanent presence in space requires the development of space-based infrastructures. We can see Mars with our “eyes” and “ears”—our probes—but we can neither physically reach it nor stay there until we’ve first established significant human enterprise, industry, and presence operating off Earth.
The second obstacle in relation to establishing a permanent human presence in space is the why? In short, to explore, understand, and build on the Red Planet, we need an economic impetus to do so.
So what is the next step? How do we maintain a human presence off Earth? How can we access the resources of the Solar System if we can’t stay in space any longer than it takes for the trip there and back again?
In the past half-century, we’ve had three real answers to this question: the Manned Orbiting Laboratory, the Skylab, and the Freedom. All projects towards permanent habitable space stations. Yet, all three projects were canceled due to financial obstacles.
With one exception.
A LONG VOYAGE INTO THE COSMOS
The Freedom Space Station project launched in 1994, and it was eventually converted into a larger Space Station, one that is still in operation today under a different name.TheFreedom and Russian Federal Space Agency space station project (MIR-2) modules were integrated, ultimately becoming the Russian Orbital Segments and American Orbital Segments of the International Space Station (ISS).
These canceled Russian and American projects formed the first joint international undertaking off Earth.
Can the U.S. maintain its place as a leader of the development of space-based industry? Could the U.S. create its own space station as a stepping stone into the cosmos? Let’s imagine it.
The space station could legally operate the way Tiangong 1 and 2 have. The Tiangong stations, translating to Heavenly Palace, have been the only other manned stations in space besides the ISS. Though small, the Tiangongs are nonetheless an entity of the Chinese government. An easy, if not entirely semantically correct, way to think about it is that the Tiangongs are a city of China in space.
Any developments by the U.S would be the American counterpart, the city in space—a design which was investigated by NASA more than a quarter of a century ago. The U.S space station should not only be intended as a scientific laboratory, but as a central location for U.S. economic activities, such as asteroid mining and space solar power (1). Ultimately, this new space station’s primary purpose would be to generate space-based industry, providing burgeoning enterprises with the resources to initiate economic activity off Earth. The new U.S. Space Station would be the realization of the three failed NASA projects to colonize the solar system
MAKING SPACE AFFORDABLE
With the development of space-based economic activities, such as space solar power and asteroid mining, this can lead to the creation of technology that will facilitate the accessibility of space by allowing companies to generate revenue from their efforts.
Currently, it costs millions of dollars to send a pound of anything into space, whether it’s computers, water, or personnel. Space solar power is an economic impetus that could lead to sustainable and renewable energy that does not emit greenhouse gasses, hazardous waste, and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Additionally, asteroid mining can bring rare-earth metals and resources within our grasp, materials that are in limited supply on Earth and are used in everything from electric vehicles to computer chips. Resources that could be mined or extracted include iron, nickel, titanium, water, rare-earth metals, oxygen, and hydrogen. These could be used to sustain the lives of astronauts on-site, to create rocket propellants, and to send back to Earth. Notably, in space exploration, using resources gathered while on a journey is referred to as in-situ resource utilization, eliminating the need for billion-dollar-chemically-based rockets to bring such necessities from Earth.
These space-based industries are our frontier, the new frontier. Building a home amongst the stars can not only lead to the construction of the technology for easier ways of getting off the Earth, but also to new ways of thinking about space travel—like non-rocket space launches, a geosynchronous orbital tether to the stars, or even the laser propelled lightcraft (2).
UNDERSTANDING THE NEED
Of course, having a U.S. space station would not be simple. The project will require us to create new space-based industries and catalyze a new frontier of economic activity with a dedicated human presence in space. But imagine drastically reducing the financial burden of maintaining satellites in space. Imagine being able to build ships while in space as opposed to launching them from the Earth and battling the clutches of gravity. Imagine the military advantage of a space station that can send aid to any position on the globe. Imagine 1000 Americans in space on an American Space Station in a new branch of the military.
The early American enterprise of NASA’s three space station projects created unprecedented economic opportunities off Earth that we had never before considered and eventually led up to an even larger space station. The current I.S.S. is a testament to a confluence of nations, a foothold amongst the stars, and a shared dream of exploration. Ultimately, a permanent U.S space station is not only a step for American aerospace industry gaining the foothold to tap resources of the solar system, but another big step for humanity becoming a multi-planetary civilization and one day reaching (and staying) on the Red Planet
Footnotes:
(1) Unlike terrestrial solar and wind power, oil, gas, ethanol, nuclear plants, and coal plants, space solar power does not emit greenhouse gasses or hazardous waste. It is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in huge quantities. It works regardless of cloud cover, daylight, or wind speed. Further, space solar power can be exported to virtually any place in the world, and its energy can be converted for local needs — such as the manufacturing of methanol for use in places like rural India, where there are no electric power grids. Space solar power can also be used for the desalination of sea water and the agricultural development of previously barren, open lands. Lastly, space solar power can provide a market large enough to develop the low-cost space transportation system that is required for its deployment. This, in turn, will also bring the resources of the solar system within economic reach.
(2) Laser propulsion is in its early stages of development. Lightcraft use an external laser source or maser energy to provide power for producing thrust. The laser/maser energy is focused to a high intensity in order to create a plasma. The plasma expands, producing thrust.
Echoes detected during a black hole merger that confirmed part of Einstein's theory of relativity could mean there is something at an event horizon, contradicting the same theory.
If confirmed, the information would challenge our current assumptions about physics and how black holes are structured, leading to a better understanding of our physical world.
Physicists studying LIGO’s data on the black hole merger claim it reveals “echoes” of gravitational waves that contradict predictions made by Einstein’s general theory, which has been proven by LIGO on more than one occasion now. Previously, physicists believed that Einstein’s theory broke down in extreme conditions, such as those found at a black hole’s core. However, these recently discovered echoes seem to indicate that relativity fails around a black hole’s edges, far from its center.
As part of the standard model based on Einstein’s theory, nothing should be found at the edge of a black hole (its event horizon). This contradicts other theories such as the one that corresponds to quantum physics, which suggests that an event horizon should have a firewall, a ring of high-energy particles, around it.
Cosmologist Niayesh Afshordi at the University of Waterloo in Canada created models of these black hole mergers that assumed they did have something at their event horizons. The timing of the echoes following the release of gravitational waves in the mergers recorded by LIGO matched up perfectly with those expected by Afshordi’s models. This supports the idea that the edges of black holes do have some structure and not a whole lot of nothingness as suggested by Einstein’s theory.
THE PUZZLE THAT IS THE UNIVERSE
“The LIGO detections, and the prospect of many more, offer an exciting opportunity to investigate a new physical regime,” said black-hole researcher Steve Giddings from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).
For now, more research is needed to see if these echoes were a fluke or something that will completely reshape our understanding of a black hole’s event horizon. If proven to be permanent fixtures of a merger, we would need a new theory to explain this and similar phenomenon — at least until the elusive theory of everything comes along.
In any case, observation of future black hole mergers can confirm whether these echoes were just flukes or random noise. “The good thing is that new LIGO data with improved sensitivity will be coming in, so we should be able to confirm this or rule it out within the next two years,” said Ashfordi.
It’s no surprise that the universe continues to confirm theories of physics one minute and break them the next. So much of the universe is still a big unknown as far as we’re concerned. Theories come and go, and although Einstein’s has been relatively successful, the emergency of new technologies will continue to allow us to challenge earlier assumptions.

Alien hunters are convinced this huge apparently disc-shaped UFO crossing the moon is yet more proof of extraterrestrial life.
Mystery surrounds the object which appeared from out of the blue as the Miami Observatory in Florida streamed a feed of the lunar surface on December 3.
The dark circle-shaped shadow is captured above the moon, sparking theories from a well-known UFO enthusiast that it is a craft created by an intelligent species.
Scott C. Waring, from UFOsightingsdaily.com, said: "It's not a man-made object, because there are not solar panel wings on it to gather energy.
"There are no antennas on it for transmitting, also the surface is not completely round, but has a rough edge to it.
"Looks like a bio-mechanically grown UFO."
One poster on YouTube refuted claims that it was an alien spaceship or even an object.
They said: "After studying it is NOT an object.
"I have come to these conclusions after multiple re-plays effected, I have seen that it does not maintain the form.
"For me it is the outskirts of a shadow. If this is so it is very possible that the object crossed between the Moon and the Sun projecting the shadow."
Another user said: "Peekaboo UFO, they know we are watching."
He said: "I am an amateur astronomer and spent 18 years in the army barracks so I know what aircraft look and act like.
"This just made my jaw drop."
Readers of the story on local website Chinchilla News speculated about aliens.
One, with the user name Grolt posted: "So UFOs don't go to Japan, Korea, Russia, China, Germany, USA or any other high tech place... they come to Toowoomba."
The light looks too slow to be a meteor or fireball, and even too slow to be a bit of space junk returning to Earth and burning up in the atmosphere.
Professor Jonti Horner
But, astronomer professor Jonti Horner believes he may know what it was.
He said: "The light looks too slow to be a meteor or fireball, and even too slow to be a bit of space junk returning to Earth and burning up in the atmosphere.
"The International Space Station is really bright, brighter than the brightest stars, and quite slow moving - and can be quite spectacular.
"The video is a bit blurry, but I think that's the most likely explanation - it looks right to me."

What on God’s green earth was that? NSRI on the lookout after 'UFO' spotted off Jeffreys Bay
NSRI said the institute’s Port Elizabeth station was asked by Air Traffic Control to investigate the sighting of “an unidentified flying object”. Image by: Chris Harvey / Getty Images/Hemera
A mysterious green unidentified flying object had rescue officials on alert in Jeffreys Bay on Monday night
National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) spokesman Craig Lambinon said the institute’s Port Elizabeth station was asked by Air Traffic Control to investigate the sighting of “an unidentified flying object” at about 9.30pm.
“A Boeing 737 cargo aircraft captain and co-pilot‚ flying from Cape Town International Airport to Port Elizabeth International Airport‚ reported seeing what appeared to be a green object increasing in altitude past the cockpit of their aeroplane reaching to about 1000 feet into clouds above them and then returning towards earth at high speed past the cockpit of the aeroplane‚” he said.
The sighting was reported to Air Traffic Control in Port Elizabeth‚ where officials asked the NSRI to investigate the possibility that an aircraft or craft in difficulty.
The incident occurred about 10 nautical miles off-shore of Jeffreys Bay and about 1 000m in the sky.
Officials soon dismissed initial suggestions that it was a 300m green parachute flare as these flares cannot reach that height.
“NSRI Jeffreys Bay were alerted and although the matter was monitored throughout the night the green object has not been seen since and there are no reports of anyone‚ or craft or aircraft overdue or missing‚” Lambinon said.
“No further reports of sightings have been received and the incident remains a mystery.”
Joe Sheahan is in the fight of his life to save his family’s Nevada mine from being swallowed up by the federal government's mysteriousArea 51.
Technically, Sheahan’s family no longer even holds title to Groom Mine, which it owned for 130 years. The federal government took the deed through eminent domain after first offering the Sheahans $333,300, a price family lawyer James Leavitt called “embarrassingly low.” The family is fighting back in federal court, but if the Sheahans and Uncle Sam can’t agree on a value, it could wind up before a jury.
Possibly more interesting is what the federal government wants with a parched stretch of rural Nevada desert and an old mine that hasn’t been active in decades. The area is known for two of the feds’ most closely guarded secrets: nuclear testing and UFOs.
So far, the family has not been paid for the land. Initially, the family was sued by the federal government in September of 2015 in a complaint case of eminent domain. A few days later the government then filed a motion to take the over the property. Now, Appraisal reports are being exchanged in the discovery phase of the litigation. If the parties cannot reach a sufficient value for the land, the Sheahans are prepared to fight it in a jury trial.
The mine hasn’t been in full operation since 1954, but until fall of 2015 family members went out from time to time to blast for minerals. The 400 acres of land sits almost 6,000 feet above sea level with panoramic views of the surrounding Groom Mountain Range and borders the Nevada Test and Training Range, which includes Area 51. According to Sheahan, his family’s land had always been highly sought after by the U.S. Air Force base looking to expand its flight-testing range, “They told me the land was like a suit hemmed in too tight that needed to breathe, that’s why they want our land“ Sheahan said.
Sheahan told Fox News that Air Force officials started showing up unannounced on the property in the 40’s and 50’s, intimidating his grandparents. He said his family complained to the Air Force, but nothing happened. Then nuclear tests came without warning. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal archives, on Jan. 27, 1951, the Air Force detonated the first above-ground test on land next to the Groom Mine. Sheahan says his family wasn’t told about the test. “This bomb goes off, who do you call, who do you Google, there’s no one … those blasts did significant damage to the property, not only in radiation,” he said. Sheahan claims family members and mine workers suffered long-term radiation effects and says some livestock died from beta burns.
In the winter of 2014, government officials from the Department of Defense and the U.S. Air Force approached the Sheahan family about purchasing the property. At that time, Sheahan and other family members had never had the property appraised but he says the family thought offers of $2.4 million, $5.2 million, and $1.5 million from the Air Force were too low and so they rejected them. “We’re not going to sit down with those numbers at the table.” said Sheahan.
The Air Force confiscated the property on Sept. 16, 2015 through a federal court ruling in US District Court in Nevada. The family had three outside experts appraise the property after the seizure. Due to its proximity to Area 51 and the mineral rights to the land, each appraiser recognized the “unique value” of the property and came to the conclusion that the real value of the land was worth upwards of $44 million to $116 million dollars, Leavitt told Fox News.
In a statement on Nov. 9, 2016 obtained by Fox News, a prior commander at Nellis Air Force Base, Col. Thomas E. Dempsey explained the reason for seizing the land; “Over the years, technology has increased demand for the test and training range assets and the Air Force has developed infrastructure that directly supports range activities that cannot be replicated elsewhere.”
Leavitt is fighting to get the family just compensation, which real estate expert and Fox News Legal Analyst Bob Massi explains as “an objective understanding of the value of that property.”
Fox News reached out for a comment from Justice Department, which is representing the Air Force but was told by deputy press secretary Wyn Hornbuckle the department will not comment on pending litigation.
Freelance local investigative reporter Glen Meek has been researching the Sheahan case since the government seized the land and is making a documentary about the land dispute. He noted government’s unwillingness to provide answers and boiled it down to two major fundamental issues - individual rights and national security, saying “the government’s position is pretty much, the testing that’s going on there now is incompatible with civilians having private land in that area.”
The case is currently in discovery. Sheahan says he is a God-loving American and does not want to be portrayed as unpatriotic but wants his family to receive just compensation. Sheahan and Leavitt expect a late spring or early summer court date where a jury will decide on the matter of just compensation.
A man claims to have witnessed a UFO "the size of a transit van" trying to abduct cows in Devon. He believes the aliens were motivated by a desire to harvest the animals' genetic material.
John Mooner said: "I was watching a train pass by in the distance, when I spotted a black object slowly moving along the tree line and at first I thought it was an helicopter. I could only hear the passing train and thought to myself that's strange it can't be an helicopter there's no sound of the rotors.
"I estimated that the object must of been the size of a large transit van. I watched as the object began to slowly descend into a field. Once it had landed the black object just sat there as if waiting for something to arrive. To my amazement the black object then went completely invisible.
"I wanted to go over there to investigate but it was to far away and I did not have a boat to get across the water. My guess is that the object was waiting for the farmer to bring his livestock into the field so they could abducted some of the poor animals to kill for genetic material.
"The farmer would not of seen this large object and would of [sic] left the field thinking his animals were safe. But the aliens were there all along waiting for the opportunity to strike and take their pickings. Spooky."
Mooner, a self-described "ufologist", has purportedly seen scores of extra-terrestrial spaceships over the years. He made the most recent claims to an Exeter newspaper.

Description:
“I’d just stepped out of my friend’s house after a comedic session of Dungeons & Dragons. We’d watched TV, talked about video games, the usual for our age group. A normal Sunday night. I was the last one to leave. I didn’t expect to see something in the sky, but then again, I don’t think anyone does. It was one of those rare cloudless nights where LA’s famous light pollution doesn’t ruin a decent view of the stars over the suburbs. I’m originally from a very small town, so I don’t take celestial beauty for granted. I looked up at the sky to admire the stars, and that’s when I saw it.
My first thought was “airplane”, but this was immediately replaced by “drone?” because it was too fast for a commercial flight, and completely silent. And then I thought that it couldn’t have been a drone, because again, it was completely silent, and the most common drones are quadcopters.
This thing was in the shape of a chevron, and dark gray. It was a little larger than the moon, which was slightly farther away. Another thing that perplexed me besides the speed were the lights. Three of them, one on each wing end and one under the middle corner, unblinking, and a dim gray. I’ve never seen gray lights in my life. The chevron was headed southeast, when suddenly, without slowing down, it made a sharp, tight U-turn, pivoted, and disappeared before my eyes.
I didn’t blink, I didn’t look away for a second, and there were no clouds for it to hide behind. It was there, and then it was gone. I don’t think we have the technology to make planes turn the way this thing did.”
