Mysterious lights in the sky orignally thought to be aliens, missiles
Flying lanterns like these ones caused concern in the town of Duck Lake, Sask. this weekend.
(Lee Jin-man/The Associated Press)
A memorial service in small-town Saskatchewan caused a brief moment of panic this weekend as flying lanterns were mistaken for everything from missiles to UFOs.
On Sunday night, Brenda Gaudry was driving through Duck Lake, Sask. when she and her husband noticed five or six bright lights moving across the night sky.
"At first, I thought it was really cool," she said. "Then I started to think about all the things going on with Donald Trump and shooting missiles and all these things that are going on in the world."
As soon as she got home, she uploaded a video she took to Facebook to ask the community if they had seen the lights in the sky. The video unexpectedly turned viral. On Wednesday afternoon, it had been watched 12,000 times.
"I didn't even know it had gone that crazy," she said. "All of a sudden, it was in the thousands, and it just keeps going."
Gaudry wasn't the only one surprised by the lights. Apparently one young boy walking down the street saw them and ran home, thinking there was a nuclear war.
Eventually, Gaudry was approached by the organizers of a memorial service, who told her the flying lanterns had been released to commemorate the one-year anniversary of a young man's death.
She said she didn't know about the service and didn't mean to anger the family.
"Some people were very angry," she said. "They thought I was trying to make fun of these lanterns. But I didn't know what it was."
Meanwhile, things have started to calm down in Duck Lake, located 85 kilometres northeast of Saskatoon.
"I'm so happy and elated that that's what it was," she said. "And not what I feared it was."

UFO museum opens in Runcorn ahead of potential 'Alien Festival'
UFO museum opens in Runcorn ahead of potential 'Alien Festival'
Artist inspired by tale of 'UFO contactee from Runcorn' teams up with composer and others to lay on archives and music
BYOLIVER CLAY
A pop-up display celebrating the world of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO) is on show in Runcorn for two weeks.
The Flying Saucer Museum is on from April 10-25 in Runcorn Shopping Centre
Chiz Turnross, the organiser behind the event, is hoping to raise awareness and test the water for a potential alien festival later in the year.
The pop-up museum was inspired by the 60th anniversary of Europe’s first purported UFO contactee, James Cooke, of Runcorn, who claimed to have encountered a spaceship on Runcorn Hill in September 1957 and also to have been taken to the planet Zomdic by his extraterrestrial visitors.
Chiz, who is also an artist, came across the story while researching Cheshire folklore.
He uncovered a Runcorn Weekly News article stored in microfiche format at Runcorn Library with the headline ‘Runcorn flying saucer anticipates red moon’ in reference to the blood moon that month.
UFO SPOTTED IN THE SKIES OVER LIVERPOOL
The report related the events of James Cooke’s alleged rendezvous with Zomdic.
Chiz has collaborated with curator Jane Anderson, of Models For Practice, composer Lucy Pankhurst and family, friends and residents to produce a miniature archive of UFO-related material, workshops and performances, and to gather views and ideas from the public on the alien festival, while researching international collaborators for what he said would be the UK’s first ‘Alien Festival’.
Chiz said: “At first I was researching blind until I hit upon the idea of an Alien Festival for Runcorn and Halton, a heritage project with a difference. Beyond the James Cooke story, Halton appears to be the prime UK window for UFO activity.”
He added: “The fortnight-long mission will culminate in a specially composed alien music performance in the former Mecca Bingo hall in Runcorn Shopping City centre, which we hope will consolidate our research and celebrate our findings.”

Numerous UFO sightings reported in County Derry over the past few years
Numerous UFO sightings reported in County Derry over the past few years
Reports of UFOs across Co Derry in recent years include witnessing strange red, blue and white lights in the sky, a potential sighting of Santa on Christmas Day and a person who claimed they were abducted by aliens in Magherafelt.
Reports from Limavady, Ballykelly, Claudy and Bellaghy are some of the sightings that have been submitted to several UFO sighting websites.
A report from Magherafelt was submitted to ufo-hunters.com in early April 1998. It states that a group of people were walking through a wooded area when they noticed a light in the sky.
“We looked up and saw the ship in the sky. It changed from an oval shape to a disc shape before our eyes. There was a bright flash of light and I found myself in the spacecraft,” the report read.
“I noticed a few oval shaped heads surrounding me. I was momentarily stunned and couldn’t move. When I woke up I was on a cold bench. The 'beings' were operating on me and I have the scars to prove it.”
The person then said that the group was returned to the spot where they left, but arrived three hours before they had left. The person who made the reports said they still “have flashbacks to this day.”
A report made to ufoinfo.com by three witnesses in Limavady says that they spotted “a very bright fiery object in the sky” just after Christmas Dinner in 2008.
“My first impressions where that it was a plane on fire because of the intense orangey red light emanating from the object,” the report read.
“The fieryness of the object changed into three circular disks in a triangular formation as it moved away.”
“My grandson reckoned it was Santa Claus going home after a busy night!!!”
There were also two separate reports of three orange spheres flying in a line over Limavady on the same day in February 2008.
A couple driving between Portglenone and Bellaghy in December 2011 reported seeing a flashing blue light in the sky, which “shot across just above the horizon & stopped at a position of 9 o'clock in relation to the car.”
“It had stopped flashing at this stage and stayed completely still for approx two seconds. It then shot across to a positon of 7 o'clock, stayed still for approx one second then disappeared.”
A student living in Ballykelly said that they saw four crafts in the sky in September 2013, one of which was “the shape of a traffic cone” and then saw another craft they described as “the shape of a modern set of bathroom scales or something, oval, and curved in the middle.”
He said that he had a feeling of “peace and a sort of inner understanding” as he watched the objects, but later became afraid and went inside.
“I did this as although I have quite a big interest in UFOs and extra-terrestrials, at that time I did not want to be abducted.”
A report from Portstewart in March 2016 speaks of a silent moving light in the sky, which had flashing red, blue and white lights, while an October 2010 report from Coleraine mentions an orange light and an oblong object “with four wings in the shape of bent arms (crablike)” that suddenly shot up into the sky.
Chris McMurray, Chairperson of the Northern Ireland UFO Society said that reports of UFOs in the north appear to be becoming more frequent. However, he said that many reports can be easily explained as sightings of Chinese lanterns, satellites, aircraft or even planets, particularly Venus.
“The two biggest headaches for UFO researchers and investigators are Chinese lanterns and more recently, drones. Drones can be bright and seem silent at a distance at night and appear to pull off impossible manoeuvres, of which can't be attributed to any conventional manned aircraft,” he said.
Mr McMurray added that there were cases that could not be explained and that they tend to occur at “sites of historical significance.”
“A lot of ancient sites tend to be built on or near places where natural energy produced by the earth is significantly stronger than elsewhere. These are called primary nodal points, and structures such as the great pyramids in Egypt, Stonehenge in England and even military establishments are reported to be near them,” he said.
He said that he was “sceptical” of the report of an abduction in Magherafelt and said that such a case “would always merit a one to one interview with the abductee to establish if they're fabricating their story or not.”
“Demonologists would also have an interest here as they tend to believe that demonic entities are behind hallucinations which are interpreted as alien abductions,” he said.

Triangle UFO hovers low over rural Pennsylvania
Triangle UFO hovers low over rural Pennsylvania
A Pennsylvania witness at Lancaster County reported watching a nearly 100-foot-long, triangle-shaped object hovering at the tree top level, according to testimony in Case 82286 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was driving along back roads between 8 and 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, when the incident began.
“Was at a stoplight when something caught my eye,” the witness stated.“I glanced over and noticed a line of bright lights. Didn’t think much of it and looked away. I double took, however, and when I looked back, they were in a triangle formation.”
The witness was unsure what the object was.
“I went through everything in my head. It was not a plane. There were no blinking lights, plus it was too low to the field to be a plane. I thought it might be a drone, but with it being so low it would’ve been a very, very, big drone. Nothing was blinking or illuminating off of it. There were no beams or anything like that.”
The witness was driving in rural Lancaster County, PA, when the object was seen on February 22, 2017.
(Credit: Google)
The object then began to move.
“After I saw it, it moved again – not lightning fast, but quickly to a third point in the field and hovered again for a few seconds. At this point I realize the light had turned green, and I begin to drive away. But interested in trying to figure out what I saw. I looked back and slowed down and I found nothing there, nothing in the sky. There was nothing up higher. There’s nothing in the field. It was gone. There was one very bright light at the top and three, maybe four, dimmer lights coming out of it in a triangle formation.”

The witness provided one illustration with the MUFON report, which was filed on February 22, 2017. Pennsylvania MUFON Field Investigator Larry Shaak is investigating. Please remember that most UFO sightings can be explained as something natural or man-made. The above quotes were edited for clarity. Please report UFO activity to MUFON.com.

UFO Communicates To Passenger On Delta Flight 43 to Atlanta - UFO Raw Footage, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: Feb 23, 2017, but reported recently Location of sighting: Between JFK airport and Atlanta, USA
This is a interesting report of a person on a flight who recorded a UFO disk with their iphone. Sometimes, like this instance, you have only 3-10 seconds to catch the UFO. Those are stressful seconds...do or do not record? The answer is always to try to record. This is just a few seconds of a disk...that communicated telepathically to this woman on board...whom they may have been watching through the window. If only a few seconds of communication...its still a miracle in itself. Its a handshake to them. A beginning. She may be important to them. Remember, UFOs travel faster than the speed of light, which allows time travel to happen. Aliens know the future and the past. Thus, the person they said hello too may be of very important significance in the future. Scott C. Waring
Eyewitness states:
Atlanta, Georgia - 02-23-17 February 23: On Delta flight 43 traveling from JFK to Atlanta around 6:30 PM. I suddenly felt compelled to look out my window for some strange reason almost as if I was prompted. I then noticed a faint object in the distance that I really had to focus on. I waited to see if it was air traffic from another flight, but the object appeared completely different from any airplane, jet, zeppelin, etc. It seemed as if it were a few miles away, but strange enough to keep my attention. It stayed consistent in motion for a few moments, but the longer I focused my attention the more it seemed to change position. It was moving left to right, or suddenly blinking in and out view. It is very difficult to describe what I saw exactly, but it didn't seem like anything I could really wrap my mind around. I took my iPhone out which came out to be pretty low in quality, but I had my boyfriend enhance the footage by slowing it down/increasing the scale/reducing noise/adding contrast. I have the original footage upon request, but as you can see, the object really emerged once we enhanced the original footage.

UFOs Over Los Angeles Light Up Sky On March 2017, Video, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: March 2017
Location of sighting: Los Angeles, California, USA Here is a video reported this week by UFO Casebook of Youtube. It shows several glowing disks in the sky and a crowd of people staring at them in wonder. UFOs over LA are no strangers, back in Feb 25, 1942 my mother (East LA is my home) told me she witnessed the Battle of Los Angeles...several very large metallic disk of LA during WWII, which the military shot at tens of thousands of rounds, and all the while the UFOs passed over from the ocean slowly, in no hurry to leave, and unharmed in any way. You see, its an easy way to send a message to the government of America...that they cannot be harmed and don't care if humans know about them or not. The US gov doesn't want the public to know yet. Scott C. Waring
Report states:
Los Angeles, California - March, 2017 - Submitted by former MUFON Staff Photoanalyst, Jeffrey Sainio, on behalf of the videographer, whose name/number is known to me. Video was submitted through KUFOS member Jong han Seo to me. Video shows 2 disk or sphere-shaped object apparently ascending. One object disappears (except for 1 light which is apparent for a few more frames, and then apparently moves to the lower right. Video 1 is the original submitted video. Video 2 is a brightened version of the above. Video 3_marked.mp4 has a tiny light marked in frames where it is visible, which may be the 'disappeared' object moving. Video 4 is a slow-mo enhancement of Video 2
Audio shows children talking and possibly a baby. Suggest the videographer be interviewed by a local FI. Videographer has agreed to be interviewed. Time and number of witnesses is actually unknown.
Last year, Fox brought back The X-Files for a six-episode run that left fans on a big cliffhanger with no resolution in sight. And while we’re still waiting for word about a fresh order of new episodes, series stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are already set to reprise their roles as Fox Mulder and Dana Scully in The X-Files: Cold Cases, a new audio drama from Audible.
The X-Files: Cold Cases is based on The X-Files: Season 10 comic book series by writer Joe Harris and artist Michael Walsh. That comic was produced before Fox commissioned the revival series, so it is out-of-continuity with the television show despite input from X-Files creator Chris Carter. For the new audio version, Dirk Maggs (The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy) adapted Harris and Walsh’s initial storyline, which finds Mulder and Scully forced out of hiding when their former associates are targeted by an enigmatic group.
In a newly released video from Audible, Duchovny and Anderson teased their returns, but they aren’t the only cast members coming back. Mitch Pileggi will once again play Walter Skinner, alongside William B. Davis as the Cigarette Smoking Man, and Bruce Harwood, Tom Braidwood, and Dean Haglund reprising their roles as the Lone Gunmen.
If Audible continues to adapt the comic book storyline beyond the initial Cold Cases, then several other X-Files characters could potentially return as well. It’s an exciting possibility for fans of the series, and we’d love to see that happen!
Audible will release The X-Files: Cold Cases on July 18.
Alien interaction: “The chances are pretty good for contact to take place,” says Dr Eamonn Ansbro ahead of his Trinity College Dublin public lecture on Monday night.
For the last 17 years since setting up his Kingsland Observatory outside Boyle, Co Roscommon, Eamonn Ansbro has been looking for extraterrestrial life.
It’s a pursuit that is easily to mock. Aliens of the popular imagination are green, with pointy heads and fly around in saucers. Their human pursuers are often similarly ridiculed.
Yet, in the last few years the discovery of thousands of exoplanets – planets around other stars – has made the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) a serious proposition.
The problem is that we do not know whether or not extraterrestrial intelligence exists and even if it does we do not know how they are communicating.
The biggest barrier is the distances involved. Even at the speed of light (250,000km a second), a message sent to the nearest star, Alpha Centauri, would take nine years to get there and back.
Dr Ansbro is advocating faster-than-the-speed-of-light communication, a potential discovery which would overturn the laws of physics defined by Albert Einstein.
“It is possible,” he says, “There have been theoretical models regarding this. There has been work done in the last five or six years to indicate that this is possible. Currently you are constrained by the speed of light.”
Extraterrestrial intelligence
He speculates that while humans use 4D technology (ie radio communication), he believes extraterrestrial intelligence may be using something more advanced which is called quantum superluminal communications (QSC) or 5D. To borrow an analogy, human beings may be on AM while aliens may be on FM.
Dr Ansbro admits there is no certainty there is extraterrestrial intelligence. “The science of SETI is still on the fringe with astrobiology [the notion of extraterrestrial life],” he says.
“We have no history behind us similar to say any of the other sciences and we are going on a number of assumptions. It’s a really high-risk project.
But absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Mankind has only very recently had the tools to even begin the search. New telescopes are being developed that will look for the tell-tale carbon signatures of life in the atmosphere of exoplanets.
At a lecture on Monday hosted by Astronomy Ireland, Dr Ansbro will explain the latest thinking on the possible nature of extraterrestrial life.
“The chances are pretty good for contact to take place,” he says. “The ultimate test will come from the exploration of extraterrestrial biospheres.
“ In what to us will be extreme planets, eg having a global ocean a hundred kilometres deep or much larger rocky planets than Earth with extreme gravity, our extrapolations will be tentative, but we can nonetheless envisage life in a range of habitats considerably wider than what we know on Earth.”
Dr Ansbro’s Astronomy Ireland public lecture takes place in Trinity College Dublin, Fitzgerald Building, at 8pm. Tickets are €10 with concessions at €5.
Ben was driving to work from his home on Hooe Road when he spotted something in the air.
Recalling the strange turn of events, he said: "I drove straight back home to get my camera, then I went to the highest point in Plymstock to take the pictures, where the big cross on the hill is.
"I missed the meteor coming through the atmosphere, but I saw the sparks coming down, travelling really fast."

Meteors: The facts
A meteoroid is a small particle from an asteroid or comet orbiting the sun. That's different from a meteor - which is a meteoroid burning up in the Earth's atmosphere – known as a shooting star. Finally, a meteorite is a meteor that survives its passage hit the Earth's surface.
They are all different from asteroids or comets which have orbits around the sun that bring them close to the earth. An asteroid is a relatively small, inactive body, composed of rock, carbon or metal, which is orbiting the sun. Whereas a comet is a A relatively small object composed of dirt and ice.
Comets are characterised by dust and gas tails when in proximity to the sun.
Far from the sun it is difficult to distinguish an asteroid from a comet.
NASA will hold a press conference on Thursday, starting at 2 PM ET, at which it will discuss new discoveries related to ocean worlds found within our solar system. The fresh findings come from the Cassini spacecraft, which was launched in 1997 and arrived at its destination orbiting Saturn in 2004, and the Hubble Space Telescope.
The briefing includes “new discoveries” that “will help inform future ocean world exploration,” according to NASA’s press release. The results of the findings will help with future efforts to locate life outside of Earth – but we should stress here that there’s essentially zero chance this announcement will be at all about the discovery of alien life, as a way of heading off the recurrent frenzy of hype before it happens.
NASA will carry the briefing live, and if you’re lazy you can also just leave this browser tab open since it’ll appear in the live stream embedded below:
That’s 2 PM ET (11 AM PT) on Thursday, April 13. It’s not going to be aliens, but it’ll definitely be interesting, especially if you’re interested in the ongoing search for extraterrestrial life.

(Photo : Max Planck Society/Phys.org) The Gliese 1132b exoplanet with an atmosphere like the earth's environment has been detected 39 light-years away from the earth.
An atmosphere wrapped around an exoplanet called Gliese 1132b (GJ 1132b) has been identified. It is located almost 39 light-years away in a constellation that is called Vela.
The discovery is of special importance to those interested in alien life. It is the first time that some sort of atmosphere has been found around an exoplanet that has a mass and radius like the Earth's. For those who are searching for signs of extraterrestrial life, this is a big discovery.

"With this research, we have taken the first tentative step into studying the atmospheres of smaller, Earth-like, planets," said Lead researcher John Southworth from Keele University in the UK on the exoplanet, according to Science Alert. "The planet is significantly hotter and a bit larger than Earth, so one possibility is that it is a 'water world' with an atmosphere of hot steam."
The exoplanet is thought to have some "'water world' with an atmosphere of hot steam" almost 1.6 times as big as the Earth's. Its radius is also 1.4 times bigger. However, its complete similarity or habitability to the earth is still not clear. The new exoplanet's surface temperature of 370 degrees Celsius (698 degrees Fahrenheit) sounds pretty uninhabitable. The planet orbits the red dwarf star Gliese 1132. This was the star that Southworth and his group studied.
They used the ESO/MPG telescope in Chile. When they assessed the dimming of brightness in its seven wavelengths of light, they found that the GJ1132b exoplanet went by the host star after every 1.6 Earth days. This gave them a good idea of the planet's size as well as composition.
The exoplanet looked bigger when it was examined in one type of infrared wavelength of light. Hence, it showed an atmosphere opaque to such wavelengths. After examining various versions of the atmosphere, scientists saw an atmosphere rich in water and methane.
The GJ 1132b exoplanet is orbiting a host star that is a low-mass red dwarf. It seems to be a star that is very common in the Universe and tends to host small, Earth-like planets. However, such stars are also aggressive and could blast with massive solar flares the planets around them. Research has shown that activity like this could evaporate the planet's atmosphere, according to The Astronomical Journal.
It has also been found that such an atmosphere can tolerate flares for billions of years and still not get destroyed. Hence, it is possible that there are thousands of such exoplanets that are revolving around low-mass stars. They too could be having such atmospheres.
UFO sightings are still being reported at a near- record level, according to the survey.
In 2016, 1,131 UFO reports were officially filed in Canada, the fifth year in a row above 1,000 cases but down slightly from 1,267 UFO sightings reported in 2015.
Last year most UFO reports were recorded during the summer with June, July and August having a combined 37.7 per cent of all cases.
Most sighting reports were simple lights in the sky, known as Nocturnal Lights (54.9 per cent), and Close Encounters comprised less than one per cent of the total.
The most popular shape of UFO reported in 2016 was a simple point source of light.
Other shapes reported were Triangle, Ball, Cigar and Fireball.
The classic “flying saucer” was only reported 48 times or 5 per cent in 2016.
While the vast majority of cases reported to UFO groups and official agencies are of low Strangeness, some rather odd incidents are reported each year, the report states.
"Close Encounter cases are definitely in the minority, but some of these cases are extremely close indeed," it said.
A witness in Cornwall, P.E.I. reported that a thin, six-foot-tall, long fingered, white alien in a black suit appeared in his bedroom. The witness spoke to the alien, which then left by walking through a wall.

One report from Quebec simply stated 'They contacted me.'
Someone spotted a mysterious “white orb” in the sky in just one of many photographs they took last spring at Lion's Head and reported it as a UFO.
A couple months later, a person noticed a “starlike object” moving side to side in the skies over Williamsford. The object then flashed and disappeared.
Then, last fall, someone in Markdale saw two lights moving at a high rate of speed before blinking out in the sky.
The three accounts were among the 1,131 reports of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) that were officially filed last year in Canada, according to a 2016 Canadian UFO Survey produced by the Manitoba-based Ufology Research.
Six of the reports related to sightings in Grey-Bruce.
Astronomer Chris Rutkowski, the study's author, said 21 per cent of the reports in the survey have been classified as having a probable explanation, while 74 per cent did not come with enough information to be explained.
Only about four per cent of the cases are considered unexplained, which is the lowest in 28 years. That's most likely due, he said, to more careful scrutiny by Ufology of the raw information it received. About 1.5 per cent of the cases have been explained, which is the lowest in 24 years.
The survey notes that the unexplained classification does not imply an alien visitation.
“None of the reports that we have and none of the statistical studies that we do really say anything about whether there are aliens out there or not. This is simply what people are reporting,” Rutkowski said in an interview.
“Some people claim that they've seen some aliens associated with them but we don't have any proof of that.”
Rutkowski said, as an astronomer, he believes there is probably extraterrestrial life “out there somewhere.
“And probably within five or 10 years, we're going to find some definite proof that there is life outside our solar system quite close to earth. But there's no definite proof for this,” he said.
The UFO sightings included in Ufology Research's report were either reported directly to the organization or were collected from other sources, such as Canadian government agencies, civilian Canadian UFO organizations, USA-based groups like the Mutual UFO Network and the National UFO Reporting Centre, and Internet sites, including YouTube.
This was the fifth year in a row that more than 1,000 cases were included in the report.
Just over 18,000 Canadian UFO reports have been catalogued since the Canadian UFO Survey launched 28 years ago. About 2,150 of the cases are still unexplained.
In 2016, about 57 per cent of the sightings related to a “simple point source of light in the sky.” About five per cent of the UFOs were described as being the classic flying saucer shape, while nine per cent were reported as balls of light, five per cent were identified as fireballs, four per cent were triangular shapes and three per cent were cigar-shaped objects.
Only one per cent of the cases described a “close encounter.”
The other local cases in the 2016 survey include a March 18 report of a red light flying fast in the sky in the Town of the Blue Mountains before a helicopter came into the area and an April 1 account of a white light crossing the night sky above Owen Sound. There was also a report of an unknown object flying in multiple directions above Walkerton on Nov. 6.
Columnist Cheryl Costa tells the origins of the “flying saucer” name.
This particular UFO classification hasn’t always been called flying saucers. UFOs have been reported for many centuries, so it’s no surprise they have been called many other names.
Strange objects and lights in the sky were reported in Charles Fort’s 1919 non-fiction publication The Book of the Damned. It was called “Damned” because 19th- and 20th-century scientists refused to investigate such reports.
During World War II, pilots on all sides of the conflict reported strange objects that literally flew circles around aircrafts of that era.The American airmen nicknamed them “foo-fighters.”
It wasn’t until 1947 the term came to be. On June 24, 1947, businessman and private pilot Kenneth A. Arnold of Washington State reported observing a “V”-shaped formatting of nine discs flying at great speed over Washington’s Mount Rainier. Two days later, the Chicago Sun, while reporting the news of Arnold’s sighting, coined the term “flying saucer,” and the handle stuck.
Statistically speaking, flying saucers as a UFO silhouette are approximately 5.5 percent of the 120,000-plus national UFO sightings. Of course, the principle national UFO reporting databases don’t call them flying saucers. The National UFO Reporting Center and Mutual UFO Network refer to them as a “discs.” Both databases have relatively equal numbers: NUFORC with 51 percent of this type of report and MUFON with 49 percent. From 2001-2015, the national total is 6,629 flying saucer reports.
The top five states for flying saucer reports are:California: 902; Florida: 433; Texas: 380; New York: 316; Arizona: 315. At the other end of the ranking, we must not forget the states with the least amount of flying saucer reports. They are: Wyoming: 16; Detroit: 13; North Dakota: 12; Washington D.C.: 10; San Diego: 8.
If you are interested in joining a monthly UFO discussion group in the Onondaga County area, drop Cheryl an email at Blogger@CherylCosta.com. If you have a UFO sighting to report, you can use either one of the two national database services:nuforc.org or mufon.com. Both services respect confidentiality.

Giant UFO Over Cleveland, Ohio Caught On Internet Camera! April 11, 2017, Video, UFO Sighting News.
Date of sighting: April 11, 2017 Location of sighting: Cleveland, Ohio, USA This UFO was captured on live cam by Youtube user and UFO researcher Orlando Bosca. He caught footage of this UFO while it was moving and we can see that its huge and no aircraft are investigating it, however it must have been seen on radar just from its immense size. UFOs are often seen over water areas, because they hide below the water until they are ready to carry on with their mission. Scott C. Waring Eyewitness states:
For your eyes only! you saw him first! 9 pm, almost two hours have passed, and the party still continues in the sky of Cleveland, with the incorporation of new actors white and sparkling! Now go to EARTHCAM-CLEVELAND and see them live!
