Gravity is so strong in the vicinity of a black hole that nothing can escape its clutches, not even light. This makes that black holes very difficult to study (we aren’t able to directly image them) — they’re also incredibly frightening. Luckily, you don’t have to getspaghettified in order to see what a black hole’s environment looks like. An international team of researchers has created an immersive virtual reality simulation based on recent astrophysical models of Sagittarius A* — the supermassive black hole at the center of the Milky Way — and it all looks as amazing as it sounds.

“Our virtual reality simulation creates one of the most realistic views of the direct surroundings of the black hole and will help us to learn more about how black holes behave. Traveling to a black hole in our lifetime is impossible, so immersive visualizations like this can help us understand more about these systems from where we are,” Jordy Davelaar, a postgrad at Radboud University, The Netherlands, and co-author of the new study, said in a statement.

The researchers employed the most advanced physical models to create a series of images that were stitched together, forming a 360-degree virtual reality simulation of Sagittarius A*. Using any widely available VR console, people can now dive deep into the chaos that surrounds the black hole.

Sagittarius A* is located around 26,000 light years from Earth, and scientists estimate it measures 27 million miles (44 million km) across. The black hole itself — or rather its event horizon — cannot be imaged by telescopes due to large clouds of gas and dust blocking the view.

About 1% of all matter that orbits the black hole is sucked in. The rest forms a swirling disk many light-years across that constitutes a reservoir of gas and dust that black holes feed on — and its motion is completely mesmerizing!

The realistic simulation will help researchers form a better understanding of the dynamics of black hole systems. It also serves an educational purpose by providing a compelling visual explanation of how black holes behave.

“The visualisations that we produced have a great potential for outreach. We used them to introduce children to the phenomenon of black holes, and they really learned something from it. This suggests that immersive virtual reality visualizations are a great tool to show our work to a broader audience, even when it involves very complicated systems like black holes,” Davelaar said.

The VR simulation was described in the open access journal Computational Astrophysics and Cosmology.

1. Edgar Mitchell 

is one of the people who has traveled to the moon; in fact it was the sixth one, in 1971. His trip was meant to recover samples of the Moon and return, and it was one of his last works after almost 20 years at NASA. After retiring, he said he was “90% sure that many of the thousands of unidentified objects that have been registered since 1940 are from visitors to other planets.”(aliens are watching us)

Likewise, in multiple questions he assured that the UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) are real and that he spoke with world leaders that have come into contact with aliens, but that this information is classified. Similarly, he said that governments around the world have been hiding it from the public for more than 60 years.(aliens are watching us)

However, the man states with certainty that the Roswell Incident (in which an object of the United States Armed Forces crashed on a ranch in New Mexico, which was believed to have been the landing of an alien) was an encounter with aliens, and that the US government hid it for decades, although it has constantly been shown that the material that fell from the sky was made by humans.

Also, the man claims that the aliens stopped some nuclear bombs during the Cold War and that they have been in contact with the Vatican to help humanity.(aliens are watching us)

2. Deke Slayton . 

This astronaut participated in the Mercury Project, the first space flight program in the United States whose purpose was to put a man on the Moon. He later served as Operations Director of the NASA flight team. However, before all that, in 1951 he thought he saw an alien spacecraft. “It looked like a saucer at a 45-degree angle […]. Soon it started and took off, and I could not see it anymore ». He could never see anything else during his missions as a member of the space organization.(aliens are watching us)

3. Gordon Cooper was 

also part of the Mercury Project looking to put a man on the Moon, and he was the first one to sleep in space. Also, it was part of another type of missions in which he had the opportunity to fly over the planet, but like his partner Slayton, his encounter with a UFO was long before being part of NASA. Interestingly, he also mentioned having seen something in 1951 but about Germany.(aliens are watching us)

After retiring he declared: “I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews visit this planet from others, which are much more advanced than the Earth.” The man said that maybe the aliens will not communicate with us until we learn to solve our conflicts by peaceful means instead of constantly creating wars.

4. And finally, Brian O ‘Leary ,

who was part of another group of NASA astronauts who wanted to find a way to step on Mars, but eventually that project was canceled. He did some tests before finally retiring to become an academic. He became friends with Carl Sagan and taught with him at Cornell University.

In his life as a retired he claimed that there was an extraterrestrial existence on Earth that had caused strong technological advances and said, “Other civilizations have been monitoring us for a long time. Its appearance is strange from the western point of view ».(aliens are watching us)

A Ukrainian Physicist Has Discovered The Secret About The Pyramids – And It Will Change The World

When we talk a bout Pyramids everyone immediately turns their thoughts to Egypt, the Giza plateau and the three pyramids standing tall just outside of Cairo.

A Ukrainian scientist believes he may have finally solved the mystery behind the Pyramids and says he now understands what they were used for by ancient civilizations across the globe.

Dr. Volodymyr Krashnoholovets, a physicist from the Ukraine, who has curiously spent over a decade building and researching pyramids has been fascinated by these ancient structures for a long time.

Endorsed by the Russian government, he created a 144-foot-tall pyramid outside of Moscow. He is a man who believes to have finally cracked the mystery behind pyramids and why they were built, and according to him, this is a summary of his discoveries on the effects Pyramids:

1. Immune system of organisms improved (blood leukocyte composition increased).
2. Improved regeneration of tissue.
3. Seeds stored in the pyramid for 1-5 days showed a 30-100% increase in yield.
4. Soon after construction of the Lake Seliger pyramid a marked improvement of the ozone was noted above the area.
5. Seismic activity near the pyramid research areas are reduced in severity and size.
6. Violent weather also appears to decrease in the vicinity of the pyramids.
7. Pyramids constructed in Southern Russia (Bashkiria) appeared to have a positive effect on oil production with oil becoming less viscous by 30% and the yield of the oil wells increased according to tests carried out by the Moscow Academy of Oil and Gas.
8. A study was done on 5000 prisoners who ingested salt and pepper that had been exposed to the pyramid energy field. The test subjects exhibited a greatly reduced violence rate and overall behavior was much improved.
9. Standard tissue culture tests showed an increase in survival of cellular tissue after infection by viruses and bacteria.
10. Radioactive substances show a decreased level of radiation inside the pyramid.
11. There are reports of spontaneous charging of capacitors.
12. Physicists observed significant changes in superconductivity temperature thresholds and in the properties of semi-conducting and carbon nanomaterials.
13. Water inside the pyramid will remain liquid to minus 40 degrees Celsius but freeze instantly if jostled or bumped in any way.

'UFO' spotted hovering over Dublin Airport

A Dublin woman managed to take some photos of the mysterious brightly-lit object

A northside woman who was at Dublin Airport at the weekend managed to get a photo of a strange unidentified light she spotted in the sky.

The Dubliner - who asked not to be named - was in the airport yesterday morning when she saw a bright light appear to hover in the sky above the busy plane hub.

She told her husband what she'd seen and he mentioned that very similar lights had been spotted over Crumlin last week, just days after pilots reported seeing UFOs off the coast of Kerry.

He told Dublin Live that his wife had heard nothing about the alleged UFO sightings of the past week, but after they discussed it, they decided to get in touch with Dublin Live.

The man told us: "My wife was at the airport on Sunday morning when she saw this strange light appear in the morning sky. It was at around 7.20am, and it was there for a while in the one spot and then moved before disappearing.

"She knew nothing about the sightings last week over the airport - she also said a plane flew over past it at one stage."

Last week, Crumlin man Craig Keogh said he spotted an unidentified flying object as he was leaving for work.

He quipped: "I wasn't freaked - I was more puzzled to know what it was like.. someone needs to give answers or come up with some reason because me little bro is scared big time, and I'm not helping him either."

Dublin Live has contacted the Irish Aviation Authority for a comment.

Royal Air Force Wing Commander recounts UFO sighting at RAF base

At the UFO DATA conference in October 2007, I met up with veteran UFO investigator David Beezer. I’ve known David for many years and he has regularly attended many of our public events. David wanted me to read a report he had received from a RAF officer, but on the day I simply did not have the time. David made me a copy of the report in question and I read it a day or two after the conference had finished.

The report came from a Mr. Alan Turner, Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE), and concerned a UFO observed on radar at Royal Air Force (RAF) base Sopley in the summer of l971. I subsequently contact Mr. Turner and have his permission to document the following. His report is published in full.

Alan Turner was aged twenty-five when he joined the Royal Air Force in l966 and was commissioned that year as an Air Traffic Control Officer. RAF Sopley was a wartime bunker, which had been converted into a joint military/civilian Air Traffic Control Radar Unit (ATCRU): it closed in l974 when both the civil and military ATC functions were transferred to West Drayton.

Alan Turner remained in the RAF eventually to command the Central ATC School from 1990 to 1992. In July 1995, he was discharged from the RAF in the rank of Wing Commander.

This is Wing Commanders Turner’s account of what he personally observed at RAF Sopley in the summer of l971 in full:

In the summer of 1971, I was the Duty Military Supervisor at RAF Sopley, which was a joint military/civil Air Traffic Control Radar Unit (ATCRU). It was a Tuesday afternoon but I cannot remember the exact date. The Duty Civil Supervisor drew my attention to a situation on radar the likes of which neither of us had ever encountered.

Emanating from a point some twenty nautical miles east of the eastern extremity of the Salisbury Plain Danger Area were a series of six or seven blips moving on a south-easterly track each being separated from the other by about six miles. At about forty miles from the point they appeared on radar they disappeared to be followed almost immediately by a replacement at the point of origin.

I put the FPS 6 Height Finder onto some returns to discover that they were about 3000 feet when they came into radar cover and climbing extremely rapidly so that, by the time they disappeared from radar, they were in excess of 60,000 feet. To climb to such a height in only forty miles was beyond the ability of any fighter aircraft at the time.

The phenomenon was witnessed by four civil and six military controllers on duty at the time. I called Heathrow Radar to discover that they, also, were seeing a similar picture. The same situation prevailed in the Fighter Control Operations Rooms at RAF Neatishead. The three units involved operated different radars from each other thus different frequencies were in use. The weather forecast from the south of England was calm and sunny. I called the Met Office to confirm the strength of the upper winds to find that they were also relatively calm and were about fifty degrees off the southeasterly track of the blips; they also confirmed that there were not Met balloons/probes airborne at the time.

The winds were not strong enough, nor in the right direction, to cause the blips to travel on their observed track, especially at the speed they were travelling. It was estimated that they were doing around 250 knots, but it must be borne in mind that this was a lateral speed as seen on radar – they must have been travelling very much faster to climb over 50,000 feet in less than forty miles. Equally the weather was such that there were no ‘angels’ to affect the radar picture. “Angels” was a euphemism for, what were believed to be, ionozed pockets of air which, under very specific atmospheric conditions, were often seen on radar screens in those days: when seen, these ‘angels’ traveled extremely slowly simply drifting along haphazard tracks. In those days all radars were ‘raw’. That is to say that, whatever was within the coverage of the radar envelope and capable of bouncing (returning) the radar pulse back to the receiver, would be seen on the radar tube. Today’s radars are computerised thus such interference is processed out so as not to affect the picture.

Looking around for some other method of checking what was going on, I discovered that a controller had two Canberras on frequency returning from Germany. One of the pilots agreed to investigate so I assumed control of his aircraft and, having confirmed he was in good visual met conditions, I vectored him on to the blips keeping him regularly updated on their position relative to the Canberra. The aircraft was flying at around nineteen thousand feel and when it got within a mile or so of one particular blip, the pilot reported, in a very agitated voice, that his radar had picked something up heading down his port side by about a quarter of a mile and ‘climbing like the clappers’, it was on a reciprocal heading to the Canberra. The pilot admitted that neither he nor his navigator made any visual contact and confirmed that the weather conditions were such that they would have had no difficultly seeing something that close.

The whole episode lasted for twenty minutes or more before the blips stopped appearing. I impounded the R/T tapes and the Radar Video film and made appropriate entries in the log. Each person in the Ops Room who witnessed the incident was required to write a report. The Squadron Leader in charge of Operations collated the reports and informed higher authority. Within a couple of days I was interviewed in the Squadron Leader’s office by two men who were not identified to me. I, along with all the others in the Ops Room on the day in question, were told in no uncertain terms not to relate what we had seen until cleared to do so. About four years later I was serving at RAF Wattisham when the Station Commander asked to see me. I was told that he had a communication from the MoD about the incident at Sopley and that as ‘nothing could be confirmed’ the situation was such that doubt would be cast on anything I said about it. I took this to mean that I was no longer to remain silent.

I am at a loss to explain what I, and many other people, saw. In those days aircraft could not climb at such a rate. To be seen on displays by three different ground radars, plus the airborne radar in the Canberra, is also a mystery. The weather conditions were very definitely VMC or Visual Met Conditions; the aircraft was clear of cloud by at least a thousand feet vertically and with a forward visibility of at least five nautical miles.

In Mr. Turner’s letter to be dated 10^th November 2007 he apologised for not remembering the exact date of the incident and believes that there are those out there that will use this to discredit his account. I’ll leave you with his final comments on the incident; “Please use the information in any way you see fit; I stand by what I saw because I know what I saw.”

The massive artefact was found in the Plaskett crater – a large impact zone on the moon witch is 109 kilometres in diameter. Conspiracy theorists located the supposed UFO using satellite imagery from the European Space Agency (ESA). The sighting adds to a growing list of alien-looking objects which have been found on our lunar satellite.

UFO researcher Scott C Waring was the first to discover the potential alien spaceship, raising the theory that it looks as if it was abandoned by extraterrestrials.

He wrote on his blog UFO Sightings Daily: “I found a large triangle UFO that was sitting in the centre of a crater on the moon. The UFO is dead centre in Plaskett crater.

“ESA says that crater is 109km in diameter. That would mean this UFO is 25+ miles across!

“The shape and size would be fitting for a craft that travels across the universe. Sitting in the centre of the crater makes me wonder if its been abandoned due to being outdated?

“Often I find ships in craters, however they are usually parked close to the inner edges so that they have some shelter to protect them.

“There is no intent or worry about have such protection here. I find that odd.”

Several other things have been spotted on the moon which has led some to believe there is an alien civilisation there.

Some conspiracy theorists claims the moon could be occupied by aliens and that is the reason NASA has not returned since the Apollo missions ended in the 1970s.

They suspect findings such as this and anomalies like pyramids could be monuments built by an ancient alien civilisation similar to the pyramids and other structures on Earth.

Similar anomaly hunters have found what they believe could be pyramids on Mars and other parts of the moon.

However, sceptics and NASA say the findings are just the effects of pareidolia – a psychological phenomenon when the brain tricks the eyes into seeing familiar objects or shapes in patterns or textures such as a rock surface.

Plane passenger films giant 'glowing UFO' hovering in the sky from his window

A SHOCKED plane passenger claims to have filmed footage of a UFO from his window.

In the footage, a strange glowing object can be seen floating through the sky above the San Francisco mountains in the US.

The passenger then zooms in, showing what appears to be two bright white lights at the front of the object.

Although the object is quite far in the distance, it does appear to be moving in the same direction as the plane.

IS HET EINDE VAN DE BOUWVAKKER IN ZICHT? ( VIDEO  )

Hoelang zal het nog duren voordat ook in ons land de uitdrukking "de bouwvak" uit de Nederlandse taal zal zijn verdwijnen. 

Het leger van robots rukt steeds verder op en als eigenaar van een bouwvak robot weet je zeker dat ze nooit met vakantie zullen gaan, anders dan misschien een time out voor een reparatie of iets dergelijks.

Er lijkt geen ontkomen aan een toekomst waarbij veel van de taken die nu door mensen worden uitgevoerd overgenomen zullen zijn door robots. 

Zo wordt overal ter wereld druk geëxperimenteerd met zelfrijdende auto's en treinen, waardoor binnen niet al te lange tijd het beroep chauffeur of machinist tot het verleden zal behoren. Natuurlijk gebeuren er in het stadium waarin we ons nu bevinden nog regelmatig ongelukken, maar zal er een punt komen waarop de software zo goed als perfect functioneert. Bij vliegtuigen is het technisch eigenlijk al zover.

Los van alle mogelijke toepassingen op het gebied van kunstmatige intelligentie zullen er in de nabije toekomst heel veel banen verdwijnen. Dat is geen doemdenken, dat is realiteit; want is het slechts een kwestie van tijd.

Iedere keer komt men een stapje verder met de ontwikkeling van weer een nieuwe robot. Vooral in Aziatische landen wordt hier druk aan gewerkt en zo komt er nu uit Japan de nieuwe bouwvakker.

Ontwikkelaars van Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) hebben een menselijke robot ontwikkeld, de HRP-SP, die in staat is om zelfstandig zware lichamelijke arbeid uit te voeren in gevaarlijke omstandigheden.

De robot is met een lengte van ongeveer 1.80 net zo groot als een mens en is volgepropt met sensoren waardoor het in staat is om tot nu toe onmogelijk fysiek werk uit te voeren in moeilijke omstandigheden.

Zoals je in de volgende video kunt zien, is deze robot in staat om grote muurplaten op te pakken en deze te bevestigen. Net zoals dit nu door bouwvakkers wordt gedaan. Net zoals een mens dat doet, pakt hij de muurplaat, loopt naar de plek waar deze moet worden bevestigd en voert dat tenslotte feilloos uit. 

Je ziet dat hij net zoals bij een mens zijn handen gebruikt voor houvast tijdens het bevestigen en dat de robot dit soort taken kan uitvoeren zonder menselijke supervisie. Het gebeurt op dit moment  misschien nog wat langzamer dan een menselijke bouwvakker dat zou doen, maar de robot heeft geen pauze of vakantie nodig en gaat gewoon door met zijn werk.

Zo heb je nu ook al robots die kunnen metselen en er zijn al zelfs robots die erin slagen om hetmeubilair van Ikea feilloos in elkaar te zetten.

Niet alleen zullen miljoenen mensen hun baan gaan verliezen, ook overheden zullen gigantische bedragen aan inkomstenbelasting gaan mislopen. Want, als bedrijf koop of lease je een robot en je betaalt geen loon en aangezien de belasting hierop één van de grootste melkkoeien van een stelende overheid is, zullen deze ongetwijfeld manieren bedenken waarop ze de robots kunnen belasten.

Het meest waarschijnlijke is dat robots een soort eigen burgerslavennummer (BSN) van de overheid zullen krijgen en de eerste stappen daartoe zijn binnen de Europese Commissie al gemaakt. Net zoals auto's kentekens krijgen, zo zullen robots een eigen BSN krijgen, waardoor de eigenaar over ieder gedraaid robotuur een fictief bedrag aan loonbelasting gaat betalen.

Een voorzet op dit scenario hebben we vorig jaar al gezien toen de robot Sophia het staatsburgerschap kreeg van Saoedi Arabië. Tip voor Jared Kushner en Mohammed Bin Salman: Sophia vermoordde journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Naast alle werkeloosheid binnen veel beroepen, zit er nog een duister aspect aan deze ontwikkelingen, waarover wij in een vorig artikel het volgende schreven. 

Het lijkt ogenschijnlijk langzaam te gaan en er zijn nog diverse kinderziektes, maar over een aantal jaren zijn die allemaal opgelost en zijn er nog veel meer dingen bijgekomen die overgenomen zijn door robots. 

Een belangrijke leverancier van Apple, Focconn uit Taiwan, heeft vorig jaar 60.000 fabrieksarbeiders vervangen door robots. Dit bedrijf heeft ook talloze vestigingen in China waar eveneens plannen bestaan om arbeiders te vervangen door robots. 

Volgens een bericht in de Telegraaf gisteren zullen de typische mannenberoepen eerder verdwijnen dan beroepen die veelal door vrouwen worden uitgeoefend.

Als de robots komen om banen over te nemen, zijn mannen eerder de klos dan vrouwen. Mannenberoepen worden veel meer bedreigd door robots dan vrouwenberoepen, blijkt uit een analyse van beroependatabase Jobpersonality. 

Of we het nu leuk vinden of niet, de komende jaren zullen er steeds meer banen verdwijnen omdat ze worden overgenomen door robots en zal een groot deel van de bevolking daardoor werkeloos worden. 

Bovenstaande is eveneens interessant in het kader van de alsmaar toenemende chemtrails boven onze hoofden en daarnaast nu ook aquatrails. Daarnaast nog de steeds verder oprukkende dreiging van verplichte vaccinaties. 

Wanneer je deze ontwikkelingen naast de razendsnelle opkomst van de robots legt, dan klinkt het scenario van de auteur Peter Frase zoals wij daarover schreven in een eerder artikel niet meer zo vergezocht. 

Er zijn ook al diverse boeken geschreven over dit onderwerp zoals het boek "Four Futures" van Peter Frase. Daarin wordt onder andere gespeculeerd dat de elite maar een bepaalde tijd zal tolereren dat er een niet langer werkende en nutteloze massa aan de hekken staat te rammelen. Geen werk en geen vooruitzichten betekent een onrustige bevolking en gezamenlijk kunnen die heel wat hooivorken bij elkaar scharrelen. 

Frase schrijft: “Wat gebeurt er als die massa gevaarlijk wordt, maar niet langer de werkende klasse is en geen enkele toegevoegde waarde meer heeft voor de heersers? Er zal dan een moment komen waarop iemand het idee krijgt dat het beter zou zijn om ze op te ruimen”. Frase heeft een heel toepasselijke naam bedacht voor deze toekomst: het exterminisme. “Genocide van de rijken op de armen”

BEVOLKING WORDT VOORBEREID OP KOMENDE KOUDE PERIODE ( VIDEO )

Dat wat wij al jaren schrijven, namelijk dat we door gebrek aan zonneactiviteit een koude periode tegemoet gaan, vormt natuurlijk toch wel een probleem voor de klimaatoplichters. 

Maar, geen nood, want wij, de klimaatoplichters, gaan de geschiedenis gebruiken om de mensheid wijs te maken dat het hier slechts om een hele tijdelijke dip gaat en dat we gewoon moeten blijven betalen om de opwarming van de aarde tegen te gaan. 

De machthebbers op deze aarde kunnen van alles controleren, behalve onze zon, voor zover bij ons bekend. En die gooit nu aardig roet in het eten van de grootste oplichtingstruc uit de menselijke geschiedenis.

Ik zag net een zeer interessant artikel van het AD. 

Wat was het ergste jaar ooit? Het jaar 1349, toen de Zwarte Dood de helft van de Europese bevolking uitroeide? Of 1918, waarin 50 tot 100 miljoen - vooral jonge - mensen aan de griep bezweken? Nee, zegt historicus Michael McCormick van de Harvard Universiteit: ,,Het was het jaar 536.’’ Vanaf toen was de aarde een hele tijd dag en nacht in duisternis gehuld, wat McCormick en zijn team nu toeschrijven aan vulkaanuitbarstingen. 

Ik ben al jaren van mening dat het jaar 536 het startschot gaf van het verhaal openbaringen. Zoals we in het artikel kunnen lezen was dit de periode van 3 jaren duisternis die er zouden gaan komen.

Aan het eind van deze 3 jaren zien we in 538AD de eerste roomse paus, wat tevens de anti-christ is maar dat is weer een heel ander verhaal. Dit pausdom is tevens het eerste beest uit het verhaal openbaringen en zou uiteindelijk zijn eigen mensen, de christenen massaal vermoorden. 

Voor wie dit interessant vindt is er uiteraard een mooie documentaire over.

Wat ik mij afvroeg bij het zien van het artikel was; "Waarom nu zo'n artikel plaatsen? 

Vaak hebben dergelijke artikelen een esoterische en een exoterische betekenis. Het esoterische heb ik al gegeven en het exoterische lijkt mij ook duidelijk.

De media begint namelijk de bevolking al vast een reden te geven waarom het de komende jaren wel eens flink kouder gaan worden wat natuurlijk lijnrecht gaat tegen de huidige klimaatverandering theorieën die uitgaan van een steeds warmer wordende aarde. 

Ik schrik er niet van dat we straks artikelen gaan krijgen die over de record aantal uitbarstingen van de vulkanen zullen gaan. Men zal het jaar 536AD gaan aanhalen als voorbeeld en de mensen wijs gaan maken dat dit een tijdelijke dip zal zijn en dat we toch wel degelijk moeten doorgaan met alle milieu maatregelen, lees doorvoeren van de belastingen. 

Dat het wat frisser gaat worden heeft natuurlijk vooral te maken met de zwakkere zon maar dat kunnen we de mensen maar beter niet gaan vertellen. Het zou namelijk aangeven dat het hele gebeuren toch gewoon een natuurlijke cyclus is die we dan niet kunnen belasten bij de mensen.

Since 1991, the Wisconsin town of Elkhorn has been the lair and hunting ground of a terrifying creature that is the closest thing one can imagine to a real-life werewolf. The monster has become known as the Beast of the Bray Road – on account of the fact that many of the initial sightings were made on that particular road in the town. Without doubt, the expert on the monster is author and journalist Linda Godfrey.  Some years ago, I interviewed Linda about her research into this malignant beast, which has become known as the Dogman. Since 1991, reports have surfaced from other parts of Wisconsin. Michigan, too. Linda told me: “The story first came to my attention in about 1991 from a woman who had heard rumors going around here in Elkhorn, and particularly in the high school, that people had been seeing something like a werewolf, a wolf-like creature, or a wolf-man. They didn’t really know what it was. But some were saying it was a werewolf. And the werewolf tag has just gotten used because I think that people really didn’t know what else to call it.

“I started checking it out. I talked to the editor of The Weeknewspaper here, and which I used to work for. He said, ‘Why don’t you check around a little bit and see what you hear?’ This was about the end of December. And being a weekly newspaper that I worked for, we weren’t really hard news; we were much more feature oriented. So, I asked a friend who had a daughter in high school and she said, ‘Oh yeah, that’s what everybody’s talking about.’ So, I started my investigations and got one name from the woman who told me about it. She was also a part-time bus driver. In my first phone call to the bus driver, she told me that she had called the County Animal Control Officer. So, of course, when you’re a reporter, anytime you have a chance to find anything official that’s where you go. I went to see him and, sure enough, he had a folder in his file draw that he had actually marked Werewolf, in a tongue-in-cheek way.

“People had been phoning in to him to say that they had seen something. They didn’t know what it was. But from their descriptions, that’s what he had put. So, of course, that made it a news story. When you have a public official, the County Animal Control Officer, who has a folder marked Werewolf, that’s news. It was very unusual. It just took off from there and I kept finding more and more witnesses.” Indeed, it did take off: Linda has now written five books on the subject. While there are numerous for what the Dogmen are (demonic entities, shape-shifters, a rare/unique kind of wolf; the list goes on) the strangest of all the theories is that which suggests the creatures are extraterrestrials. Yes, you did read that right.

In 2005, Linda was contacted by a man – a military whistle-blower, we might say – who was an expert in the field of remote-viewing. Essentially, remote-viewing is a process that allows the mind to psychically travel to just about here, there and everywhere. Astral travel, one might say. According to Godfrey’s Edward Snowden-like source, the U.S. Government has uncovered data suggesting that the Dogmen are a very ancient, alien race that closely resembles the ancient deity of the Underworld, Anubis. Godfrey’s informant also discovered – via remote-viewing – that the Dogmen can “jump” from location to location via portals or doorways in the fabric of space and time. That’s quite a story told to Linda! Crystal Links state of Anubis:

“Anubis is the Egyptian name for a jackal-headed god associated with mummification and the afterlife in Egyptian mythology. In the ancient Greek language, Anubis is known as Inpu, (variously spelled Anupu, Ienpw etc.). The oldest known mention of Anubis is in the Old Kingdom pyramid texts, where he is associated with the burial of the king. At this time, Anubis was the most important god of the Dead but he was replaced during the Middle Kingdom by Osiris. He takes various names in connection with his funerary role, such as He who is upon his mountain, which underscores his importance as a protector of the deceased and their tombs, and the title He who is in the place of embalming, associating him with the process of mummification.”

A resident of Greensboro, North Carolina has taken some amazing images of what he describes as a circular-shaped UFO that emits a triangular purple light from the bottom of the UFO.

He reports: On October 10, 2018 I was walking back to my apartment from work. I saw two other students looking up at the sky and thought they were watching the clouds for rain.

I looked up and first noticed the triangular purple light and then the circular shape.

The first thing I thought was 'I can't be seeing this. Am I really seeing a UFO?' and decided to call my roommate who, luckily told me to take pictures because I was awestruck.

The object was stationary but took up a huge part of the sky.

From work to my apartment is about a mile and the object appeared very close the entire time I was walking.

The light blinked in about two second intervals from purple to disappearing, or turning off.

I don't know if it disappeared because before I walked into my apartment, I looked back up in the sky and it was gone. With it being so close in the sky, I was a bit uneasy but also really excited and awestruck. I couldn't stop looking up at the sky, I have reported this sighting to Mufon.

Since these purple lights are showing up more and more in the sky over the US we may wonder, given the testimony of the resident of Greensboro, whether the purple lights indeed come from UFOs.

Meet J. Allen Hynek, the Astronomer Who First Classified UFO 'Close Encounters'

It’s September 1947, and the U.S. Air Force has a problem. A rash of reports about mysterious objects in the skies has the public on edge and the military baffled. The Air Force needs to figure out what’s going on—and fast. It launches an investigation it calls Project Sign.

By early 1948 the team realizes it needs some outside expertise to sift through the reports it’s receiving—specifically an astronomer who can determine which cases are easily explained by astronomical phenomena, such as planets, stars or meteors.

For J. Allen Hynek, then the 37-year-old director at Ohio State University’s McMillin Observatory, it would be a classic case of being in the right place at the right time—or, as he may have occasionally lamented, the wrong place at the wrong one. 

The adventure begins

Hynek had worked for the government during the war, developing new defense technologies like the first radio-controlled fuse, so he already had a high security clearance and was a natural go-to.

“One day I had a visit from several men from the technical center at Wright-Patterson Air Force base, which was only 60 miles away in Dayton,” Hynek later wrote. “With some obvious embarrassment, the men eventually brought up the subject of ‘flying saucers’ and asked me if I would care to serve as consultant to the Air Force on the matter… The job didn't seem as though it would take too much time, so I agreed.”

Little did Hynek realize that he was about to begin a lifelong odyssey that would make him one of the most famous and, at times, controversial scientists of the 20 century. Nor could he have guessed how much his own thinking about UFOs would change over that period as he persisted in bringing rigorous scientific inquiry to the subject.

“I had scarcely heard of UFOs in 1948 and, like every other scientist I knew, assumed that they were nonsense,” he recalled.

Project Sign ran for a year, during which the team reviewed 237 cases. In Hynek’s final report, he noted that about 32 percent of incidents could be attributed to astronomical phenomena, while another 35 percent had other explanations, such as balloons, rockets, flares or birds. Of the remaining 33 percent, 13 percent didn’t offer enough evidence to yield an explanation. That left 20 percent that provided investigators with some evidence but still couldn’t be explained.

The Air Force was loath to use the term “unidentified flying object,” so the mysterious 20 percent were simply classified as “unidentified.”

In February 1949, Project Sign was succeeded by Project Grudge. While Sign offered at least a pretense of scientific objectivity, Grudge seems to have been dismissive from the start, just as its angry-sounding name suggests. Hynek, who played no role in Project Grudge, said it “took as its premise that UFOs simply could not be.” Perhaps not surprisingly, its report, issued at the end of 1949, concluded that the phenomena posed no danger to the United States, having resulted from mass hysteria, deliberate hoaxes, mental illness or conventional objects that the witnesses had misinterpreted as otherworldly. It also suggested the subject wasn’t worth further study.

Project Blue Book is born

That might’ve been the end of it. But UFO incidents continued, including some puzzling reports from the Air Force’s own radar operators. The national media began treating the phenomenon more seriously; LIFE magazine did a 1952 cover story, and even the widely respected TV journalist Edward R. Murrowdevoted a program to the topic, including an interview with Kenneth Arnold, a pilot whose 1947 sighting of mysterious objects over Mount Rainier in Washington state popularized the term “flying saucer.” The Air Force had little choice but to revive Project Grudge, which soon morphed into the more benignly named Project Blue Book.

Hynek joined Project Blue Book in 1952 and would remain with it until its demise in 1969. For him, it was a side gig as he continued to teach and to pursue other, non-UFO research, at Ohio State. In 1960 he moved to Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, to chair its astronomy department.

As before, Hynek’s role was to review the reports of UFO sightings and determine whether there was a logical astronomical explanation. Typically that involved a lot of unglamorous paperwork; but now and then, for an especially puzzling case, he had a chance to get out into the field.

There he discovered something he might never have learned from simply reading the files: how normal the people who reported seeing UFOs tended to be. “The witnesses I interviewed could have been lying, could have been insane or couldhave been hallucinating collectively—but I do not think so,” he recalled in his 1977 book, The Hynek UFO Report.

“Their standing in the community, their lack of motive for perpetration of a hoax, their own puzzlement at the turn of events they believe they witnessed, and often their great reluctance to speak of the experience—all lend a subjective reality to their UFO experience.”

For the rest of his life Hynek would deplore the ridicule that people who reported a UFO sighting often had to endure—which, in turn, caused untold numbers of others to never come forward. It wasn’t just unfair to the individuals involved, but meant a loss of data that might be useful to researchers.

“Given the controversial nature of the subject, it’s understandable that both scientists and witnesses are reluctant to come forward,” says Jacques Vallee, co-author with Dr. Hynek of The Edge of Reality: A Progress Report on Unidentified Flying Objects. “Because their life is going to change. There are cases where their house is broken into. People throw stones at their kids. There are family crises—divorce and so on… You become the person who has seen something that other people have not seen. And there is a lot of suspicion attached to that.”

Eyes on the skies—and the Soviets

In the late 1950s, the Air Force faced a more urgent problem than hypothetical UFOs. On October 4, 1957, the U.S.S.R. surprised the world by launching Sputnik, the first artificial space satellite—and a serious blow to Americans’ sense of technological superiority.

At that point, Hynek had taken leave from Ohio State to work on a satellite-tracking system at Harvard, notes Mark O’Connell in his 2017 biography, The Close Encounters Man. Suddenly Hynek was on TV and holding frequent press conferences to assure Americans that their scientists were closely monitoring the situation. On October 21, 1957, he appeared on the cover of LIFE with his boss, the Harvard astronomer Fred Whipple, and their colleague Don Lautman. It was his first taste of the national celebrity, but wouldn’t be the last.

With Sputnik circling the earth every 98 minutes, often visible to the naked eye, many Americans began looking skyward, and UFO sightings continued unabated.

From Dr. Hynek to Mr. UFO

By the 1960s, Hynek had emerged as the nation’s—perhaps the world’s—top expert on UFOs, quoted widely in his capacity as scientific consultant to Project Blue Book. But behind the scenes, he chafed at what he perceived as the project’s mandate to debunk UFO sightings. He was also critical of its procedures, judging the Blue Book staff “grossly inadequate,” its communication with outside scientists “appalling” and its statistical methods “nothing less than a travesty.”

The feeling, apparently, was mutual. In an unpublished manuscript unearthed by biographer McConnell, Air Force Major Hector Quintanilla, who headed the project from 1963 to 1969, writes that he considered Hynek a “liability.”

Why did he stick around? Hynek offered a number of explanations. “But most importantly,” he wrote, “Blue Book had the store of data (as poor as they were), and my association with it gave me access to those data.”

If Hynek often angered UFO debunkers, like Quintanilla, he didn’t always please the believers, either.

In 1966, for example, he went to Michigan to investigate multiple reports of strange lights in the sky. When he offered the theory that it might have been an optical illusion involving swamp gas, he found himself widely derided in the press and “swamp gas” became a punchline for newspaper cartoonists. More seriously, two Michigan Congressmen, including Gerald R. Ford (who later became president), took umbrage at the apparent insult to their state’s citizenry and called for a Congressional hearing.

Testifying at the hearing, Hynek saw an opportunity to plead the case he’d been making to the Air Force for years, but with little success. “Specifically, it is my opinion that the body of data accumulated since 1948…deserves close scrutiny by a civilian panel of physical and social scientists…for the express purpose of determining whether a major problem really exists.”

Hynek would soon get his wish, or so it seemed. Now facing greater scrutiny in Congress, the Air Force established a civilian committee of scientists to investigate UFOs, chaired by a University of Colorado physicist, Dr. Edward U. Condon. Hynek, who would not be on the committee, was hopeful at first. But he lost faith two years later when the committee issued what came to be known as the Condon Report.

He called the report “rambling” and “poorly organized” and Condon’s introductory summary “singularly slanted.” Though the report cited numerous UFO incidents its researchers couldn’t explain, it concluded that “further extensive study of UFOs probably cannot be justified.” It was exactly what Hynek wouldn’t have wanted.

The following year, 1969, Project Blue Book shut down for good.

After Blue Book, a new chapter

The end of Blue Book proved a turning point for Hynek. As McConnell writes, he “found himself suddenly liberated from the frustrations, compromises and bullying of the U.S. Air Force. He was a free man.”

Meanwhile, sightings continued around the world—UFOs, Hynek later quipped, “apparently did not read the Condon Report”—and he went on with his research.

In 1972, he published his first book, The UFO Experience. Among its contributions to the field, it introduced Hynek’s classifications of UFO incidents he called Close Encounters.

Close Encounters of the First Kind meant UFOs seen at a close enough range to make out some details. In a Close Encounter of the Second Kind, the UFO had a physical effect, such as scorching trees, frightening animals or causing car motors to suddenly conk out. In Close Encounters of the Third Kind, witnesses reported seeing occupants in or near a UFO.

Though less remembered now, Hynek also provided three classifications for more distant encounters. Those involved UFOs seen at night (“nocturnal lights”) during the day (“daylight discs”) or on radar screens (“radar/visual”).

The most dramatic of Hynek’s classifications, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, would, of course, become the title of a Steven Spielberg movie released in 1977. McConnell reports that Hynek was paid $1,000 for the use of the title, another $1,000 for the rights to use stories from the book and $1,500 for three days of technical consulting—hardly a windfall by Hollywood standards. He also had a brief cameo in the film, playing an awestruck scientist when the alien craft comes into close view.

In 1978, Hynek retired from teaching, but he continued to collect and evaluate UFO reports under the auspices of the Center for UFO Studies, which he had founded in 1973. The organization continues to this day.

Hynek died in 1986 at age 75, the result of a brain tumor. He hadn’t solved the riddle of UFOs but, perhaps more than anyone else, he had made trying to solve that riddle a legitimate scientific pursuit.

“The main thing I got from my father in this whole thing was how important it was to keep an open mind,” says his son, Joel Hynek, who as a young ham-radio operator used to record many of his father’s witness interviews. “He kept saying, ‘You know, we don’t know still everything there is to know about the universe… There could be aspects of physics that we haven’t come upon yet.’”

Something Strange And Hot Is Lurking Beneath Antarctica's Ice

There's something unusual – and very, very hot – going on beneath the ice sheets of Antarctica.

A new study has shown that the Antarctic Ice Sheet at the South Pole has a giant “hotspot” – triple the size of London – under its bedrock.

As reported in the journal Scientific Reports this week, the freakishly hot zone is not likely to melt away Antarctica any time soon. However, the researchers note that its extreme heat has caused a 100-by-50 kilometer (62-by-31 mile) area of the ice layers to sag and droop downward, as you can see in the graphic below.

“This was a really exciting project, exploring one of the last totally un-surveyed regions on our planet. Our results were quite unexpected, as many people thought this region of Antarctica was made of ancient and cold rocks, which had little impact on the ice sheet above,” lead author Dr Tom Jordan from the British Antarctic Survey said in a statement. “We show that even in the ancient continental interior, the underlying geology can have a significant impact on the ice."

It’s unknown how long the hotspot has been there, but it’s certainly nothing new. The researchers estimate that it’s been there for thousands of years, perhaps even millions. That said, the outside environment is changing fast. With global temperatures continuing to rise, this portion of Antarctic ice might become especially vulnerable to melting.

"In the future the extra water at the ice sheet bed may make this region more sensitive to external factors such as climate change," added Dr Jordan. 

It’s thought that the heat is being generated by unusually radioactive rocks in the Earth’s upper crust, as well as geothermically heated water coming from deep under the ground. However, truth be told, the scientists are not certain about this as they can't access the rocks.

The British Antarctic Survey team reached this conclusion by using radar data collected from an aircraft to peer through 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) of ice, providing them with all kinds of insights into the thickness, structure, and conditions of the ice sheet and its layers.

This project also sought to fill in the gaps of an incredible European Space Agency mission that used gravity-mapping satellite data around the South Pole to peer at the Earth’s lithosphere beneath the ice. The results were pretty outstanding. As documented in a recent study, their work managed to discover a patchwork of long-lost continents and geological features on the Earth’s lithosphere.

DE ENGEL GABRIEL DAALDE IN 2011 NEER  BOVEN JERUZALEM ( VIDEO )

Voor bijna iedereen op aarde is Jeruzalem een bijzondere stad en dat blijkt niet alleen op te gaan voor aardse bewoners. 

In Jeruzalem bevindt zich de beroemde Rotskoepel en het is op die plek dat in 2011 de engel Gabriël neerdaalde. 

We beginnen met een klein stuk uit een artikel van vorig jaar: 

Heeft de Tempelberg misschien in een ver verleden ook een rol gespeeld bij de aanwezigheid van de Goden op aarde. Wordt er ook in de Tempelberg iets geactiveerd, net zoals bij de piramides? 

In 2011 vond er nog een merkwaardig voorval plaats op de Tempelberg. Een gebeurtenis die door talloze mensen is gezien en vastgelegd en waarvan de mainstream-media niet wisten hoe snel ze dit tot hoax moesten verklaren. 

Op 28 januari 2011 daalde ’s avonds een UFO neer boven de Rotskoepel op de berg en schoot even later met een onvoorstelbare snelheid weer de lucht in. 

Voor de mainstream wereld zou het hier gaan om een hoax, in elkaar gezet door iemand die met zijn video zoveel mogelijk bezoekers wilde trekken om hiermee geld te verdienen, maar de werkelijkheid ligt ook hier zoals zo vaak wat anders. 

Er is namelijk niet één opname van dit fenomeen gemaakt, maar meerdere, door verschillende mensen en vanaf verschillende posities. De kans dat deze opnames echt zijn, is dan ook veel groter dan dat ze allemaal nep zouden zijn. 

Bovendien zijn er nog meer merkwaardigheden, zoals te zien in de volgende video: 

Ufoloog Scott Waring komt nu met een interessant verhaal betreffende bovengenoemde gebeurtenis.

Om te beginnen zegt hij dat ook hij uitgebreide analyses heeft uitgevoerd voor wat betreft de opnames van deze gebeurtenis en dat ze honderd procent echt zijn. Niet alleen zijn er door talloze verschillende mensen opnames gemaakt, het is daarnaast volgens hem nog gezien door ongeveer 10.000 ooggetuigen, bestaande uit een mix van toeristen en lokale bewoners.

Ook vertelt hij dat gedurende de kruistochten de Tempeliers een aantal heilige objecten hebben verborgen onder de Rotskoepel. Die objecten zouden dan onder andere zijn de Ark van het Verbond en de Heilige Graal.  

Velen zullen zich afgevraagd hebben wat die UFO daar op dat moment te zoeken had, wetende dat ze zouden worden opgemerkt door duizenden mensen. Waarom kwam het juist naar beneden boven een tempel die duizenden jaren oud is? 

Scott denkt dat hij het antwoord op die vraag heeft:

Ze noemen het niet voor niets Rotskoepel. De tempel uit die tijd werd gebouwd bovenop een rots die een heilige betekenis had. Het is een heilige rots voor zowel Joden als moslims.

Moslims zeggen dat de rots de plek is van de nachtreis van de profeet Mohammed. Op een nacht toen Mohammed lag te slapen in de buurt van Mekka kwam de engel Gabriël bij Mohammed en nam hem mee naar al-Mashjid al-Aqsa (de verste moskee) in Jeruzalem, gelegen op een steenworp afstand van de Rotskoepel.

Vanaf de rots reisde Mohammed samen met de engel Gabriël naar de hemel, waar hij andere profeten ontmoette zoals Jezus en Mozes. Ook zag hij daar zowel de hel als het paradijs en zag tenslotte God op zijn troon, omringd door engelen. 

Scott zegt nu dat de UFO die we boven de Rotskoepel zien, niemand minder is dan de engel Gabriël.

De rots heeft volgens hem een heilige betekenis die heel ver teruggaat en bevat waarschijnlijk ook hele oude technologie, waarbij mensen snel konden reizen van de ene plek in het heelal naar de andere (teleportatie). Misschien kwam die UFO wel om dat dimensieportaal in de rots opnieuw te activeren. Of misschien was het Gabriël die daar nogmaals kwam ter gedachtenis aan het eerdere bezoek aan zijn goede vriend Mohammed. 

De engel Gabriël was buitenaards, beschikte over vergevorderde technologie, waardoor mensen hem in die dagen alleen maar konden identificeren als een dienaar en/of boodschapper van God.

En dit is volgens Scott Waring het geheim achter de mysterieuze en tot op de dag van vandaag niet verklaarde UFO boven de Rotskoepel een aantal jaren geleden.

Tot slot nog een deel uit een eerder artikel waaruit blijkt dat er zich vaker vreemde dingen voordoen rondom de Tempelberg, de locatie van de Rotskoepel. 

Voor diegenen die niet weten wat de Tempelberg is een kleine samenvatting. 

De Tempelberg of de berg Moria, door joden Har ha-Bayit en door moslims Haram al-Sharif genoemd, is een heuvel in het oostelijk deel van de door Israël bezette en geannexeerde oude stad Jeruzalem (in Oost-Jeruzalem), die voor elk van de drie abrahamitische religies (jodendom, christendom en islam) van groot belang is. De Haram es-Sharif wordt beheerd door een islamitische waqf, een religieuze stichting. 

De bovenzijde van de berg is onder Herodes de Grote vlak gemaakt en vormt een plein met een oppervlakte van ongeveer 15 hectare. Midden op dit tempelplein staat de Rotskoepel, en aan de zuidzijde de Al-Aqsamoskee, gebouwd door de Omajjaden. Tevens bevinden zich hier meerdere islamitische bouwwerken, waaronder de Dome of the Chain, de Kettingkoepel. 

De Westmuur (ook wel Klaagmuur genoemd) is een gedeelte van de westelijke muur dat het plateau omringt onder het niveau van het tempelplein en vormt mede het fundament waarop de Rotskoepel en de Al-Aqsamoskee staan. Vanaf het plein aan de Westmuur, waar tot 1967 de Marokkaanse wijk lag, loopt nu de houten Mughrabibrug omhoog, vanwaar men via de Mughrabipoort toegang heeft tot het tempelplein. Voor niet-moslims is dit de enige manier om de Tempelberg te bereiken. 

Vorig jaar bezocht een vrouw deze Tempelberg en zij zag een paar merkwaardige dingen in de lucht en niet alleen dat, ze kreeg er ook een heel akelig gevoel bij. 

Ze maakte een aantal foto’s en zegt dat ze niet alleen een soort vreemde cirkelvormige wolk ontdekte, maar ook drie verschillende zonnen zag.

Van de drie “zonnen” die zij zag lijkt de kleinste op een lensflare, maar naast de zon is inderdaad een tweede lichtbron te zien en ook zie je de contouren van een soort cirkelvormige chemtrail. (Redactie: De dame verklaart in de video dat ze dingen met het blote oog zag maar we zijn er niet zeker van of dat ook met deze 3 zonnen het geval was.)

In de onderstaande video doet de vrouw haar verhaal en vertelt de verslaggever dat zij ervan overtuigd is dat we hier te maken hebben met een fenomeen dat waarschijnlijk is veroorzaakt door CERN omdat zij nu ook beschikken over een soort filiaal in Jordanië, Sesame genaamd. 

In het kader van de samenwerking met CERN claimt zij verder dat de koning van Jordanië een enorme generator heeft geïnstalleerd op de Tempelberg, waarvan zij zegt dat deze ook een rol speelt in de totstandkoming van de taferelen in de lucht. 

Het is een bizarre situatie rondom die Tempelberg, want de koning van Jordanië zou dit inderdaad kunnen doen. 

Net als de andere wijken van de Oude Stad in Oost-Jeruzalem, heeft Israël het gebied van de Tempelberg geannexeerd. Het beheer ervan is gebleven bij de Jordaanse islamitische waqf, een religieuze stichting. In 1988 erkende Israël de bevoegdheid van koning Hoessein van Jordanië om het toezicht op de heiligdommen op de Tempelberg te blijven behouden.

Dat CERN een honderd procent satanisch instituut is dat heel goed in staat zou zijn om bovengenoemde effecten te veroorzaken, staat buiten kijf. 

Maar, gezien de bijzondere locatie is er wellicht ook nog een andere mogelijkheid en dat is dat er misschien toch ook een verband bestaat met de Goden uit de oudheid. Deze Goden, de Anunnaki, die nu met de nadering van hun planeet Nibirusteeds dichter in onze buurt komen.

Volgens Nancy Lieder waren de piramides navigatiebakens voor de Annunaki en het is dan ook geen toeval dat deze piramides met de komst van Nibiru de afgelopen jaren weer tot leven zijn gekomen. 

Op een bijzondere manier, want verschillende keren zijn er de laatste jaren opnames gemaakt van piramides die een felle lichtstraal de hemel insturen zoals de volgende:

Heeft de Tempelberg misschien in een ver verleden ook een rol gespeeld bij de aanwezigheid van de Goden op aarde. Wordt er ook in de Tempelberg iets geactiveerd, net zoals bij de piramides?

It’s time for another edition of “Myth or History?” Today’s question: is the ancient lost city of Tenea, said to have been built by Trojan prisoners of war freed by the Greeks after the Trojan War, myth or history? If you said “Myth,” you were right … until this week. That’s when the Greek Culture Ministry announced that archaeologists “located the first tangible remains” of the real lost city of Tenea. No word on whether they found Helen, her husband King Menelaus or Paris of Troy.

“The town called Tenea is just about sixty stades distant. The inhabitants say that they are Trojans who were taken prisoners in Tenedos by the Greeks, and were permitted by Agamemnon to dwell in their present home. For this reason they honor Apollo more than any other god.”

The historical authenticity of the Trojan War, a Homeric tale of both gods and men, has long been debated. Tenea was mention by both Pausanias, a Greek traveler and geographer in the second century CE, and Strabo, a Greek geographer, philosopher, and historian in the first century CE. Tenea was said to be south of the ancient port of Corinth and succeeded as a settlement, eventually developing its own government. It was said to have been spared by the Romans when they destroyed Corinth in 146 BCE, but it eventually collapsed on its own and disappeared, establishing itself as a “lost city.”

While artifacts had been found, including a statue dating to 550 BCE of a youth that was named Kouros of Tenea, none offered conclusive proof of the existence of the lost city. Despite that, archaeologist Elena Korka formed a team and began digging where she thought Tenea would be, encouraged by pottery fragments and a sarcophagus containing the remains of a high-society woman from about the right time period. In 2017, they found tombs of wealthy individuals, gilded bronze leaves, a golden ring, precious stones, gold and bronze coins, vases and a series of decorated lamps. Not proof yet, but they were getting close.

Kouros of Tenea

This week, Korka, who is now Greece’s director of antiquities and cultural heritage, unveiled stone walls with door openings and floors that were definitely from the lost city of Tenea.

“It is significant that the remnants of the city, the paved roads, the architectural structure, came to light. We’ve found evidence of life and death … and all this is just a small part of the history of the place.”

For being prisoners of war, the founders of Tenea did surprisingly well. The coins were indicators of economic success and the items in the tombs identified their owners as wealthy individuals. The find was not just of a few buildings or tombs either.

“These buildings date from early Hellenistic to late Roman times and appear to be expanding in all directions. Research will continue in these areas in the next period. Building remains reveal continuous interventions and remodeling due to their long period of use.”

As always, more excavations will occur. The archeologists are fortunate to have the help of residents of the modern city who have formed the ” Friends of Ancient Tenea.”

The lost mythical city of Tenea has been found, proving it to be real. Now let’s find that giant wooden horse.

There are few places in this world as permeated and imbued with wonder and mystery as ancient Egypt. This is the land that gave us the mysteries of the pyramids and various other legendary enigmas that stretch back into the furthest reaches of history and the murky depths of time. Of all of these various mysteries, one that truly stands out is that of a mystical curse, to have been bestowed upon the tombs of the ancient kings, and which has gone on to become a popular legend and point of speculation in the world of the paranormal. Here we have a bit of mystery, adventure, and exploration, mixed with deadly magical evil. This is the curse of King Tut.

The rulers of ancient Egypt, known as the Pharaohs, were seen by their people as actual gods, and this reverence for them continued on even when their earthly form inevitably died. In order to make sure that the beloved kings could more effectively make the journey to the afterlife, the kings were carefully and meticulously embalmed and mummified, preserving the body forevermore, after which they were ensconced within extravagant, ornate tombs. These tombs were loaded with vast riches, countless valuable artifacts, and often livestock or servants who were sealed away in the perpetual dark along with their master, and everything else the Pharaoh would possibly need in order to live on in the next realm.

The tombs themselves were carefully sealed in order to keep away would be grave robbers, sometimes booby trapped as well or containing numerous false doorways or labyrinthine passages that led to nowhere in order t sow confusion, and in some cases the entrances to the tombs were inscribed with powerful curses for the purpose of bringing down strife, misfortune, and death upon any who would dare defile the final resting places of the Pharaohs. Many of these curses are quite ominous and threatening indeed, such as the one carved into the stone of the the tomb of Khentika Ikhekhi, of the 9th and 10th dynasty, which reads, “As for all men who shall enter this my tomb… impure… there will be judgment… an end shall be made for him… I shall seize his neck like a bird… I shall cast the fear of myself into him. As for him who shall destroy this inscription: He shall not reach his home. He shall not embrace his children. He shall not see success.” This was rather common for such curses, and they seem for the most part to have been something not to trifle with.

Rumors of the “Curse of the Pharaohs,” as well as the ancient secrets of Egypt itself, gained great interest and popularity in the West during the 19th and 20th centuries, mingling with the romantic allure of this far away exotic land to imbue it with a sense of dark magic and legend. Regardless of the curses supposedly hanging over these tombs, grave robbers had still managed to loot many of these sacred places, stealing the treasure and priceless relics contained within, proving to be a bane for the numerous European adventurers and archeologists who began pouring into the region looking for intact, untouched tombs and ancient treasure for them to study, but mostly finding ones that had long ago been pillaged and gutted of teir valuables. Nevertheless, this was an age of real life Indiana Jones adventures, as the outsiders spread out under the desert sun and these scorched lands to look for ancient secrets buried out in the sands.

One of the adventurers who made it to this faraway land of Egyptian kings and their mysterious tombs was a British archeologist by the name of Howard Carter, who was in particular obsessed with locating the lost tomb of the great King Tutankhamun, commonly referred to as simply King Tut. In life, Tutankhamun had been the ruler of all of Egypt from 1332 B.C, taking over the role from his father, Pharaoh Akhenaten, at the tender age of just 9 years old, giving him the nickname The Great Boy King, and he made sweeping changes under his short but illustrious rule. King Tut would die under mysterious circumstances at the age of 19, after which there were a great many efforts by successrs to actually physically remove him from the face of history by erasing his name from all records. Obviously this did not work, and King Tutankhamun would later go on to become one of the most famous of all Pharaohs, partly due to the fact that his mysterious lost tomb had never been found and partly due to the efforts of Carter and his team, as well as the ominous rumors of a curse that would follow.

Carter came to Egypt in the 1890s with the backing of a Lord Carnarvon, who also just so happened to have been an avid amateur Egyptologist who believed that not only was King Tut’s tomb out there to be discovered, but that it was one of the few such tombs remaining that was still sealed and undefiled. Carter spent years scouring the desert looking for the tomb without success, and Lord Carnarvon almost called the whole thing off after sinking so much money into endless expeditions that failed to produce any results. Just when it seemed that Carnarvon was going to give up and pull his funding, Carter managed to stumble across what they had been looking for in November of 1922, after accidentally discovering a series of deep cut steps leading down into the earth right up beside a pyramid. They followed these steps by digging deeper and deeper into the earth, uncovering more steps as they went into the gloom, until they came to an inscription marking the sealed entrance of Tutankhamen’s tomb.

At the time is was a marvelous and groundbreaking discovery, an ancient Pharaoh’s tomb that was actually still for the most part intact and free of any looting. The possibilities for what lie beyond that inscrutable thick stone slab were endless, and Carter immediately sent for Lord Carnarvon to come join him at the dig for the purpose of penetrating this long sealed place hidden away from human eyes for millennia. That very same night there would be the first in what would be a long line of oddness when Carter was told by a panicked servant that a cobra had broken into the cage of the canary that the explorer had been using to gauge the safety of the air in the tomb and had eaten the bird. The servant took this to be a dire warning from beyond the grave, and allegedly told Carter, “That is the Pharoh’s servant and he has sent it to kill the bird for leading you to the tomb! You must not disturb Pharoh Tutankhamun’s peace!”

As spooky as all of this was, Carter was a man of science, and did not put much stock in this superstitious nonsense. He had the servant dismissed and awaited the arrival of Lord Carnarvon, while the media began to work itself into a fervor over the discovery of this long lost and very much intact tomb that had been there sitting in the dark for thousands of years. On the day that the tomb was opened, Carter began by poking a small hole through the entrance, through which he peered by candlelight, the first eyes to meet what lie within for millennia, the first light to hit it, and stated that he could see “wonderful, wonderful things.”

Indeed, as they pushed into the inner sanctum, their thirst for discovery overriding any talk of ancient nefarious curses, one very vocal proponent of the curse was the novelist Marie Corelli, who lamented, “the most dire punishment follows any rash intruder into a sealed tomb.” These warnings were drowned out in the celebratory fanfare, and as the explorers pushed into the murk of the actual burial chamber they uncovered a treasure trove of findings, including religious objects, wealth, gold, paintings, statues, scrolls, and a gold encrusted sarcophagus containing the mummified remains of King Tutankhamen himself. According to the lore, there was also allegedly found a stone tablet inscribed with a curse, which simply read “Death shall come on swift wings to him who disturbs the peace of the King.” Carter would later deny that any such tablet had been found, but the strange phenomena that would orbit the discovery from then on would speak for itself.

One of the first victims of the “Curse of King Tut” would be Lord Carnarvon, who was bitten by a mosquito on his cheek not long after the discovery and would subsequently cut the bite while shaving. Bizarrely, the cut would become hellaciously infected and he would go on to die of acute blood poisoning. Oddly, it was allegedly to be found that the body of King Tut displayed a similar wound upon the cheek, in precisely the same spot as Carnarvon’s ultimately lethal injury. His death really catapulted the talk of ancient curses into the spotlight, and before long there was much gossip on the awakening of a sinister curse that should have stayed buried down there beneath the sand forevermore. It was all further fueled by a statement from Sherlock Holmes author Conan O’Doyle, who speculated that the death had been caused by elemental spirits tasked with guarding the tomb. Other rumors that would spring up to reinforce this are that Lord Carnarvon’s dog let out a howl before dying at the same time, as well as the story that the power in Cairo temporarily went out when the Lord died.

Another rather notorious aspect of the King Tut curse comes in the form of a small golden scarab bracelet that had been found in the burial chamber attached to the mummified hand and had been presented to a Sir Bruce Ingham. The bracelet apparently had born the sinister inscription, “Cursed be he who moves my body, to him shall come fire, water and pestilence,” and sure enough Ingram’s house is said to have burnt down under mysterious circumstances shortly after receiving it. In the meantime, Carter, who did not believe one iota in any sort of supernatural curse, did claim to have seen the presence of a type of jackal similar to the same type depicted in the Anubis, roaming about a region of the desert where they had not been seen for decades.

Whether Carter believed any of this or not, the string of deaths concerning those who had been involved with the discovery of King Tut’s tomb would continue. Prince Ali Kamel Fahmy Bey of Egypt was shot dead by his wife in 1923, Sir Archibald Douglas Reid, who had helped to X-ray the mummy, died under mysterious circumstances in 1924. George Jay Gould I, a visitor to the tomb, died in 1923 after developing a mystery fever, Sir Lee Stack, Governor-General of Sudan, died after an assassination in 1924, Arthur Mace, of Carter’s excavation team, died of arsenic poisoning in 1928, another died in a horrific accident, Carter’s secretary Richard Bethell was suffocated in his bed in 1929, Bethell’s father committed suicide in 1930, and a Lord Westbury killed himself by jumping from the roof of his home. Indeed, by 1935 there was a total of 21 deaths supposedly linked to the relentless “Curse of King Tut,” and Carter himself would die of lymphoma in 1939 at the age of 64, funnily enough after long adamantly dismissing all talk of curses surrounding the tomb.

The suspicious number of deaths congregating around this “cursed” tomb and others like it have been cause for a good amount of speculation over the years. One is that the toxins and chemicals used in the embalming process might become concentrated enough in these sealed, confined spaces to produce dire health problems down the line. There is even the idea that the curse was caused by some form of illness triggered by a type of fungus commonly called “black mold” (Aspergillus niger), or something similar, which can cause all sorts of health issues ranging from fever to diminished immune systems, organ failure, and much worse, although it is hard to reconcile some of the deaths here with the effects of a fungus.

Of course there is a lot of skepticism pointed at the talk of a curse. When the tomb was opened there were many people present, most of whom went on to live long and healthy lives, and even the ones who died are not beyond what would be expected, After all, several of them already had health problems, and of course someone is going to eventually die. It has been pointed out that there is nothing particularly statistically anomalous about the deaths revolving around King Tut’s tomb, so perhaps the media talk of diabolical ancient curses has just managed to color the deaths that did happen and cast them in a more sinister light? It is hard to say. It all fits into a similar trend with other cursed placs and items, in that it is difficult to tell if this is all freaky coincidence or if there is something truly paranormal going on. Whatever the case may be, the curse of King Tut’s tomb has gone on to become almost legendary, and it remains a most curious historical oddity and companion to an era of discovery and adventure.

Four Ancient Monuments On Mars Still Visible On Google Mars Map, On 8.6km long! Nov 2018, UFO Sighting News.

 

Date of discovery: 2009-2010, but revisiting today.

Location of discovery: 33°12'29.82"N, 12°55'51.21"W

 

Here's an old discovery I made back in 2010 and wanted to revisit it to see if its still there and it sure was. I really thought that Google Mars map would have edited these faces, figure and giant arrow out...but they didn't and thats rare. Usually objects are edited out within 3-6 months after reporting them on Google Earth, however, Mars map is less edited. 

 

There are four ancient monuments seen here.

1. Face one, human like, but with bigger ears.

2. Face two, non human, near leg of figure. 

3. Tall standing figure, with long arms and legs. 

4. An arrow pointing to the tall figures head.

 

The standing figure measures 8.6km or 5.3 miles from top of head to bottom of feet. The figures long arm measures 3.4 miles or 5.5km long. The Arrow measures 1.9km long, 1.1km wide at tip. The face near the leg is 1.76km from chin to top of head. The human face is 2.0km from head to lower neck. 

 

The detail of these ancient monuments are outstanding. Its hard to believe that NASA has never discussed even one of them, let alone ignoring all four. These are too large to ignore. 

 

Much like the large face at Cydonia, Mars everyone has heard of. I have found a lot of faces since I was 7 years old at Silicon Valley, CA including the face at Cydonia. Yes others take credit, they always do, but I know the truth and it feels like yesterday, even though it was 43 years ago. I wrote about it several times and is included in my book UFO Sightings of 2006-2009.
