The MJ-12 JFK document dated Nov 12th 1963 addressed to CIA Director and signed by JFK corresponds with a document from the Kennedy library.

          The document is a National Security Action Memo No. 271 to the NASA Administrator James Webb. The subject is “co-operation with USSR on outer space matters” and is dated Nov 12th 1963!   White Hot Report Sept 19th 1947 – Page 20120 (Cover report with signatures) not available on internet

1. Wedemeyer was an expert on China, but no information available officially that he was involved with black projects. There are many signatures of Wedemeyer available officially and Stanton Friedman says that this signature on the White Hot Report is definitely Wedemeyers and authentic. If the White Hot Report is a hoax, someone did a lot of research on signatures. All signatures look authentic.

White Hot Report Sept 19th 1947 – Page 20133 (NB this doc is blanked out – see bottom of report) There are a couple of mentions in the documents about a virtually unknown UFO crash in 1941. Not a great deal of researchers know about this crash. There is very little reference to this in any UFO literature.

There are a small number of witnesses to a UFO crash in Cape Girardeau, South East Missouri in July 1941- A Letter was sent to UFO investigator Raymond Fowler and reprinted in a UFO crash retrieval report by Leonard Stringfield in July 1991 regarding this incident. The letter was from a woman called Charlotte Mann about her grandfather.

Reverend William Huffman

 Southern Baptist Pastor the Reverend William Huffman who was born in August 1881. In the spring of 1941 at Cape Girardeau, he was asked by the Cape Girardeau police department to go to a plane crash outside of town.                 

The letter said “Grandfather said it wasn’t an airplane or like any craft that he had ever seen. It was broken and scattered all around, but one large piece was still together and it appeared to have a rounded shape with no edges or seams. It has a very shiny metallic finish. You could see inside one section and see what looked like a metal chair with a panel with many dials and gauges, not familiar looking to him. He said that when he got there, men were already sifting through things. There were some police officers, plain clothed people and military men. There were three bodies not human that had been taken from the wreckage and laid on the ground.

Grandfather said prayers over them, so that he got a close look, but he did not touch them. He didn’t know what had killed them, because they did not appear to have had any injuries and they were not burned. It was hard for him to tell if they had suits, or if it was their skin. But they were covered head to foot in what looked like wrinkled aluminum foil. He could see no hair on the bodies and they had no ears. They were small framed like a child, about 4 feet tall, but had larger heads and longer arms than a human child. UFO Briefings at the Highest Levels

 In June, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence’s FY2021 Intelligence Authorization Act contained an intriguing section titled report on “Advanced Aerial Threats.” In the inclusion, the committee gave an eye-opening official hint (in recent history) the government takes UFOs seriously by offering its support for the “efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence.” The Intelligence Committee additionally requested an unclassified report detailing the analysis of “UAP” or “Anomalous Aerial Vehicles.”

Though already acknowledged by the Intelligence Committee, in mid-August, the Pentagon formally acknowledged they had established a task force looking into UAP. In a press announcement, the Secretary of Defense’s Office stated, “the UAPTF’s mission will be to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security.” According to the release, authority for the Task Force was approved by the DOD’s chief operating officer, Deputy Secretary of Defense David L. Norquist.

The summer news of the establishment of the UAPTF seemingly suggests—for the first time since the shuttering of Project Blue Book (the Air Force’s official investigations into UFOs) in 1969—that the Pentagon is now taking the subject of UFOs seriously.

However, an internal email obtained by The Debrief shows that almost one year before the DOD’s announcement, the highest levels of the U.S. military were already being briefed on UAP.

The email, obtained via Freedom of Information Act request, shows an October 16th, 2019 exchange between then Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Robert Burke, and current Vice Chief of Staff for the Air Force General Stephen “Steve” Wilson.

In the email, Adm. Burke tells Gen. Wilson, “Recommend you take the brief I just received from our Director of Naval Intelligence VADM Matt Kohler, on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).” Adm. Burke concludes the email, “SECNAV [Secretary of the Navy] will get the same brief tomorrow at 1000.”

Secret Air Force Evaluation of Flying Discs

On Feb 21, 2021, at 2:54 AM, Julien Geffray wrote: “Such asymmetry can be engineered within the fields themselves as I understand, or by tweaking the physical geometry of the fuselage, or with a combination of both. However, I wonder if the larger area of that figure should always be at the stern (underneath when hovering above the ground) or if it could be made on the contrary at the bow of the aircraft (top area while hovering)? “

Sarfatti states No, no. No tweaking physical geometry, just the control fields suffice. The idea is that the fuselage meta-surface is tiled with meta-atoms which are tiny essentially pumped LCR oscillators like in Chi 23/24 of Feynman Vol. 1. Oddly enough I had this image back at ISSO with Creon Levit et-al 1999-2000 knowing nothing about meta -materials.

Introducing Physical Warp Drives

This letter is of great historical importance, since General Twinning addresses the memorandum to Brigadier General George F. Schulgen who endorses it and passes the document to  Major General Laurence Cardee Craigie, Chief of Staff at the Air Force, triggering the creation of Project Sign to study the UFO phenomenon according to a real “nuts & bolts” point of view.

Secret Air Force Evaluation of Flying Discs

Several military personnel have given sworn testimony that a UFO that crashed near Roswell, New Mexico in June 1947 was taken to Wright Field the home of the Air Material Command. I have been informed that General Twinning personally saw the captured aliens and their craft. This is a transcription of General Nathan Twinning’s letter as Commander Air Material Command to higher headquarters. He indicates his best engineers and scientists examined the craft.

Later General Twining was promoted to Chief of Staff of the Air Force and on August 15, 1957, General Twining was formally sworn in as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff the highest military position in the U.S. by President Eisenhower.

This is a transcription of General Nathan Twinning’s letter as Commander Air Material Command, dated September 23, 1947.

SUBJECT: AMC Opinion Concerning “Flying Discs”
To: Commanding General Army Air Force
Washington 25, D.C.
ATTENTION: Brig. General George Schulgen AC/AS-2
1. As requested by AC/AS-2 there is presented below the considered opinion of this command concerning the so-called “Flying Discs.” This opinion is based on interrogation report data furnished by AC/AS-2 and preliminary studies by personnel of T-2 and Aircraft Laboratory, Engineering Division T-3. This opinion was arrived at in a conference between personnel from the Air Institute of Technology, Intelligence T-2, Office, Chief of Engineering Division, and the Aircraft, Power Plant and Propeller Laboratories of Engineering Division T-3.

2. It is the opinion that:
   a. The phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious.
   b. There are objects probably approximating the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.
   c. There is a possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.
3. The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and motion which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled manually, automatically or remotely.
   e. The apparent common description is as follows:-

(1) Metallic or light reflecting surface.
(2) Absence of trail, except in a few instances where the object apparently was operating under high performance conditions.
(3) Circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top.
(4) Several reports of well kept formation flights varying from three to nine objects.
(5) Normally no associated sound, except in three instances a substantial rumbling roar was noted.
(6) Level flight speeds normally above 300 knots are estimated.

f. It is possible within the present U.S. knowledge — provided extensive detailed development is undertaken — to construct a piloted aircraft which has the general description of the object in sub- paragraph (e) above which would be capable of an approximate range of 7000 miles at subsonic speeds.

1. Any development in this country along the lines indicated would be extremely expensive, time consuming and at the considerable expense of current projects and therefore, if directed, should be set up independently of existing projects.
2. Due consideration must be given the following:-
   (1) The possibility that these objects are of domestic origin – the product of some high security project not known to AC/AS-2 or this Command.
   (2) The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash recovered exhibits which would undeniably prove the existence of these subjects.
   (3) The possibility that some foreign nation has a form of propulsion possibly nuclear, which is outside of our domestic knowledge.
3. It is recommended that:- Headquarters, Army Air Forces issue a directive assigning a priority, security classification and Code name for a detailed study of this matter to include the preparation of complete sets of all available and pertinent data which will then be made available to the Army, Navy, Atomic Energy Commission, JRDB, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Group, NACA, and the RAND and NEPA projects for comments and recommendations, with a preliminary report to be forwarded within 15 days of receipt of the data and a detailed report thereafter every 30 days as the investigation develops. A complete interchange of data should be affected.
   Note: General Twining flying discs are real and not visionary or fictitious. He suggests it is possible within the present U.S. knowledge — provided extensive detailed development is undertaken — to construct a similar piloted aircraft. His later positions of leadership would provide the authority to build copies of the alien craft.

Jack Note how you and I talked on the phone on Thursday 2/18 about the need for front back asymmetry in order to have “propulsion”, and how this could be done with “negative energy density” contribution from the electromagnetic contribution to energy momentum tensor and phase shift control of individual elements.

This was done on my part without ever seeing the figure/”cartoon” you posted from the paper about “physical warp drives” in your email below.  I never saw that figure until just now.  In fact, I downloaded the paper and only briefly glanced at the abstract when it was first brought to our attention, I think by Art Wagner, several days ago.

I thought of the essential front back “dipolar” T00 while swimming in the Mission Viejo rec. center pool on Wednesday around 12:20pm, while trying to figure out a simple way to solve for a warp field in closed form.  You pointed out how the front back asymmetry can be done with controllable phase shifts of individual elements.

I then pointed out today in my email to you within the last hour or so that one only need be below and above resonance to get a 180 phase change without dissipative effects. The dissipation just helps to allow for more controllable tunability of the phase shift instead of the discontinuous 180 deg. “jump” at w0 for an oscillator without damping.  Keith

Editor’s Note: Honeycombs nearly identical bottom portions of these craft were found 6000 miles apart and 41 years later, Plains of St Augustin UFO crash debris honeycomb on left, and Southern Japan’s Shikoku Island debris found in 1971, on the right. A Mr. Shioto saw the UFO explode and found the debris.

The disc I examined had a central core and likely a ring or tube metal of some kind around the outer edge. The entire floor and bottom probably was made of a honeycomb material to keep the craft light. The floor and bottom are probably made with mega materials

This combination of anti-gravity materials and creates a cabin where there is not the feeling of flight or gravity.

All of the samples were tested with a volt-ohmmeter, and were found to conduct electricity. Fifty-six (56) elements were detected in at least one sample. The aluminum contained alloys not available in aluminum in 1947. The coatings on all metals were blended with metal and rich in silica, titanic, magnesia, sulfate, phosphate, and chloride, were almost certainly not available in 1947. The powder coatings are similar to those removed from people claiming alien contact. The samples still emit magnetic and electrical energy indicating these samples include metamaterials, nano technological smart metals and of probable alien origin. General Twining’s Inspection of the Crashed UFOs of Roswell and Plains of St Augustin

General Twining made inspection of R&D facilities at Alamogordo Army Air Field, New Mexico on 10th July 1947 – and then returned to Wright Field, Ohio. About 14 July 1947, General Nathan F. Twining’s Commander of Air Material Command abruptly changes his schedule and flies to Alamogordo Army Air Field, New Mexico south of the crashes. He likely visits the sights or at least examines the UFO debris. General Twining and General Chidlaw had orders to attend a July 8^th three days Bomb Commanders Course at Sandia Base in Albuquerque, which was likely a cover for inspecting the St Augustine c UFO crash. This excuse for the trip seemed very unusual for generals to attend. Sandia was the principal nuclear weapons installation of the United States Department of Defense where a crashed UFO’s propulsion system would likely be taken. The Roswell UFO was being taken to Wright Field at the same time.
General Twining flight logs of 1947 have been released so his whereabouts between July 7th and July 9th 1947 have been confirmed. This trip to New Mexico was Twining’s one and only trip during summer of 1947.  IPU Summary Page 4 states on 7th July 1947 – Twinning went to Alamogordo AAF for a secret meeting with Army Air Force Chief of Staff Spaatz to view recovered remains of craft from crash landing site 20 miles northwest of Socorro. 8th July 1947 – Twinning went to Kirtland AAF/ Sandia to inspect parts recovered from power plant. 9th July 1947 – Twining and staff went to White Sands Proving Ground to inspect pieces of craft being stored there. 10th July 1947 – Twining made inspection of R&D facilities at Alamogordo and then returned to Wright Field. Other key General’s and even President Truman apparently flew to see the crashed UFOs. There was no record of meeting with President Truman on Twining’s pilot flight log, but his pilot said Twining sometimes made secret flights himself, with Truman actually flying the plane.

I spoke with General Arthur Exon, Base Commander at Wright Patterson in the 1960s who reportedly flew over the crash site in 1947. He said, “” Later he attended advanced military classes and was told that part of the wreckage being tested was made of “specially processed” titanium. “

Mormon The Angel Moroni 

The Angel Moroni is an angel whom Joseph Smith reported as having visited him on numerous occasions, beginning on September 21, 1823. According to Smith, the angel was the guardian of the golden plates, buried in the hill Cumorah near Smith’s home in western New York. The angels’ statue is on top of all Mormon Temples

In fact, Mormon associate Orson Pratt described young 14-year-old Joseph apparently seeing and watching a landed UFO near Palmyra, New York, in the spring of 1820, with two brilliant beings appearing and saying they were divine and the Father and His Son.

The Book of Mormon recounts that Jesus visited the Americas after He was resurrected. He taught people and established a church there.

Also the angel Moronic who was God’s messenger from the planet Heaven visited Joseph about eight times between 1823 and 1827 to give him advanced information and to tell him about the metal engraved plates of gold buried in a stone box on Hill Cumorah that Joseph and his wife Emma dug up on September 21-22, 1827, and translated into English with the Urim and Thummim optical instrument found with the buried plates and then published as The Book of Mormon in 1830. The Mormon’s Church official name is The Church of Jesus Christ.

I think devout Mormon former presidential candidate Mitt Romney should in his talks explain some of these significant events and in a way help people to progress toward the immortality and eternal life cited by Joseph Smith. This is also explained in John 3:16 in the Bible. To Mormons we are spirits in heaven who come to Earth to get physical bodies, and then we return to heaven again after we pass away.

The first Mormon Joseph Smith said, “God has a superior and glorified physical body as does Christ and glory of God is intelligence, Earth obeys laws of a celestial kingdom.”

Like others, I puzzle over Armageddon statements and that God will visit Earth with Christ in His promised second coming with angels to Earth–as if this took place after Armageddon and Megiddo battles 50 miles north of Jerusalem where God would pour down fire and brimstone to stop battles and establish peace, takes seven years to clean up battle scenes (due to nuclear wars between battling Earth-armies?) or nuclear war wastes, etc.  Mormons write that they will return from Salt Lake City and other areas with others during drastic times to Missouri to build up city of Zion or New Jerusalem in Jackson County, Missouri.

Joseph Smith dedicated the Zion site at Independence, Jackson County, Missouri, on August 3, 1831. Oddly, Joseph Smith (1805-1844) was also a legal American presidential candidate in 1844. He taught the ultimate aim for humanity is eternal life,

Ken Larson writes, “If the 1947 there were over 800 UFO sightings during June-July 1947 over America. Sightings of the UFOs have some relationship to the creation and mathematical-engineering-chemical design of the planets of the solar system.

Two luminous UFO occupants told miner Udo Wartena in May of 1947 near Townsend, Montana, “They cannot intervene on Earth.”  He saw a large disc shaped object about 35 foot high and over 100 feet across hovering above a meadow. OAN, Newsmax, and Fox News have claimed that “fake Trump protesters” were the orchestrators of the insurrection. This information was repeated by Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin, to the FBI Director who added that law enforcement and the media are lying about white supremacists and attacks on the Congress. FBI Director Wray comes under renewed scrutinyfor denying that any left wing groups were participating in the January 6, protest. Video of Sullivan protesting at the Capital breaking windows and his speeches asking to destroy the government are frequently shown. · As it turns out, however, Sullivan is the founder of a far-left domestic terrorist group known as Insurgence USA. TRUTH LIVES on at Sullivan also just so happened to be present at the time Air Force veteran Ashli Babbit was shot to death by police inside the Capitol building. Faifax, Va. – NTD News worldtribune.com, patriotdailypress.org › As first reported by Infowars, the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) SEC filing from October 8, 2020, shows that Staple Street Capital received $400 million “with the Sales Compensation Recipient identified as UBS Securities.” The filing reveals the Communist Chinese government purchased Dominion Voting Systems one month before the November 3 election. It appears that the Chinese government purchased one of the key electronic voting systems companies through a New York subsidiary of UBS Bank.  The subsidiary has multiple board members with deep ties to the Chinese government.  The implications of this revelation, which was first brought to light by attorney Lin Wood, are almost difficult to fathom as it calls into question everything we think we know about the integrity of our elections.

California Lights

Sacramento – on February 17, 2021, there were two lights traveling in a half oval shape then passes another glowing light going the opposite direction then the two slow down and start pulsating

Colorado Abduction

Colorado -– on February 19, 2021, the multi-colored craft that I was able to film had the abilities to move in unexplained ways. With my eyes it was just flash in multi colors. When I did zoom in it looked like many different shapes and colors. I have been able to see these UFO’s/orbs/spheres/triangles for 3 years now very consistent 3-5 sightings a week.

Florida Rectangle

Boca Rattan – on February 22, 2021, standing on the beach taking photos of the clouds didn’t notice the object right away until I got home and checked my pictures on my phone. That’s when I saw something that was very unusual.

Michigan Object

Ann Arbor – on May 12, 1976, the first sighting was more of an interaction since I was playing in the yard by an old farm house when along came a small silent silver airplane that was flying around the yard. It had two wing spans and it was following me around the yard. It matched the silver metal roof of our barn but it was smooth and rounded off. I didn’t feel any threat. After a while it flew away and I ran to tell my mom bit she just shrugged it off.

Montana Object

Glacier Park National Forest – on June 16, 2019, after a 3 mile hike up Grinnell Glacier Trail, we paused to rest. It was a cloudy day and I decided to take a surprise photo of her. I took 3 photos. The first she didn’t notice, the second she looked when I called her name, and the third she looked away. A week later, I went through our trip photos I noticed in the 2nd photo; way up on the ridge appeared a large circular orb! It was only in the second photo and no aircraft could fly there with the massive updrafts!

Nevada Lights

Huge ‘UFO’ spotted hovering over Las Vegas by multiple witnesses as videos emerge –Hundreds of people have witnessed a baffling series of lights over Las Vegas, flooding Twitter with pictures of the bizarre “UFO”. The lights were spotted by people on different sides of Sin City on March 1, 202, at 7.30pm local time.  www.dailystar.co.uk

New Hampshire Triangle

Stratham – on March 2, 2021, I was hanging out at a friend’s house and saw a slowly moving triangular object only a few hundred feet altitude.  S lowly passing above I run back to my two other friends and they both witnessed this object.

New Jersey Triangle

Woodbridge – on March 1, 2021, riding and saw what I thought was an airplane. The object moved faster than a normal airplane, and then came to a stop and hovered. It did this several times before hovering near a cloud and then disappearing. I captured video on my dash camera.

New Mexico American Airlines Crew Reports UFO

Clayton — February 21, 2021, news report courtesy of an American Airlines passenger jet traveling from Cincinnati to Phoenix encountered an apparent UFO over northeastern New Mexico. The pilot on flight 2292 radioed around 1:00 p.m. CST and said that the unidentified object was flying right on top of them, according to a transmission recorded by Steve Douglass on his blog, Deep Black Horizon. American Airlines verified to Fox News that the transmission is from flight 2292. “Do you have any targets up here? We just had something go right over the top of us,” the pilot said in the radio transmission.

• “I hate to say this but it looked like a long cylindrical object that almost looked like a cruise missile type of thing moving really fast. It went right over the top of us.” Following a debrief with our American Airlines Flight Crew, we can confirm this radio transmission was authentic and the flight that landed in Phoenix, Arizona.

American Airlines spokesperson told Fox News. “For any additional questions on this, contact the FBI that did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Flight 2292 was around 37,000 feet at the time. Scott Stearns, of White Sands Missile Range stated, “The range is fully-instrumented, and was not testing anything on Sunday.”

New York Cylinder

Lyndonville – on February 1, 2021, at 6 AM about 4 miles east, appeared a large hovering white cylindrical object. It was oriented north south, tip to tip, next to Lake Ontario, near Lyndonville. No wings no exhaust discharge, and no movement and no sound.

North Carolina Orb

 Roan Mountain – on January 26, 2021, at 9:03 PM I was outside saw a dot couple times moving in a very erratic way. I got my phone in case I saw it again. And within a couple minutes I saw it 3 more times with a blue area just prior. I sent some video of a sighting.

I saw it with my eyes 3 times, which was when I got my phone. And the visual with my eyes was WAY better than the video and was not near the moon. It was very real and very vivid as the object was stationary and then took off. It zigzagged and then took off and was gone so fast I could not believe it.

Penn Hills, Verona – on February 22, 2021, noticed moon was going full in sky while still plenty of daylight so decided to take picture of it for neat conversation piece on FB . After taking picture noticed the dark triangular looking craft in picture did not see while taking picture

Antwerp — on March 4, 2021, by accident I looked up in the sky and saw a strange coffin shaped object. I grabbed my iPhone and took several photos of it, I then observed it hovering for at least 10 minutes, and then it slowly disappeared out of sight. Drones do not look like this object.

NOTE PETER2011: According to Belgian researchers, this was a plastic bag, which was blown up by the wind .. Then a photo was taken of it ... I saw the original photo and this statement seems completely correct to me ...

Brazil Explosions Caused by UFO?

Sao Paulo – on February 22, 2021, this record was seen in Brazil and is the proof that I sought to inform that we are being visited by extraterrestrial beings, but even so with so much information, the mainstream media has not taken anything seriously.

Itaquaquecetub – on February 26, 2021, the UFO flew at a high speed and appeared and disappeared wherever it flew, leaving radioactive waves that destroyed the power cables with its radioactive frequency power that ended up causing a short circuit where it landed

France Triangle

Luxeuil Saint Sauveur — on May 28 or 29, 2010, I was a student in Nancy to finalize my license in psychology. I took D 314 road on a full moon night, around 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. I was driving with my Peugeot 206 and I and I observed a luminous object. I stopped and found myself in front of a silent stationary triangular object.

Mexico Black Object

Ciudad de México – on September 10, 2010, the object stayed in the same area all the time, with sudden changes of direction, drastic accelerations and decelerations, it reflected the sunlight, in the end it just disappeared, some classmates saw it with me. It can only be seen in a photo.

UK/England Lights

Read –on February 22, 2021, this is not a photo -just my Photoshop interpretation of the weirdest lights of what I just saw. I was on George Lane at 12 6.45pm when I spotted 3 hovering low lights just over the horizon. These were not stars as I know all my constellations. They faded one by one in 30 seconds.

Sheffield – on February 27, 2021, looking at a Full Moon, noticed something unusual, a dark spot at the top, so I got the Binoculars for a closer view. A black unusual object strange in shape seemed to glide left in front of the moon then disappeared. The black object was vivid against the white moon.
