A 25-year old witness named Mikhail Abramov went with two friends in a boat north of town on the “White Sea” to the forest looking for berries. They debarked, gathered berries and stayed to spend the night in an old empty wooded shack. At 03:00 a.m. Mikhail went outside for a… physiological need and heard a growing humming sound, the sky darkened a thunderstorm approached. The witness stood waiting wondering why the sudden sharp changes of weather. Hail began falling and suddenly he saw a dot of light in the black sky over the forest, it was moving quickly towards the witness. Mikhail froze and pondered upon the origin of the object. The object then descended very low and the witness was able to see a woman with long hair, sitting astride a small cylinder shaped object. The cylinder-shaped device emanated a blue glow from its rear section. The witness watched flabbergasted and could not move from his location, apparently paralyzed. The strange woman pointed a finger at the witness in an apparent threatening manner, he could not say exactly. At the same moment he felt an electric current that ran through his body. Then the woman suddenly accelerated away from the area again transforming itself into a distant dot in the sky, and quickly disappearing from sight. The witness stood stunned for some time, staring at the sky for some time and then went back into the shack. In the morning his friends were also stunned as they noticed that Mikhail’s hairs had become totally gray overnight. (!) So this happened a few years ago, while sitting here reading other stories I remembered it and decided to post it. I used to work shift and the evening shift was 2pm-10pm. My dad would pick me up every time I worked the evening shift. This one night we’re driving home from him picking me up from work and we’re basically the only people on the road. Far in the distance you can faint lights of vehicles that are approaching. I am tired and we’re not talking much but as I glance across the street to the opposite side of the road, I think I see what looks like a person just standing there. I keep glancing at this figure and then directly in front of us looking at the vehicles that are passing and the headlights that would emit a bit of light in the direction of this thing, trying to make it out. We come closer to where its standing and I tell my dad that I think that there’s someone on the other side of the road. He isn’t paying much attention to me and soon I see the figure start to walk across the street. Dad is gunning it because it’s late and he’s tired from waiting up for me to finish my shift. I tell him “daddy I think someone is crossing the street” He ignores me still and speeds up. This figure is directly in front of us and the lights from our vehicle shines right through the legs of this person that also looks bare as though their wearing shorts and they look barefoot. We drive through this and all my hairs stand on end….my dad is silent and I am in shock because I am not sure of what I just saw. When we reach the crossroad that takes us to our town, my father slows down and says ‘did you see that just now?’ and I reply asking if it looked like we drove through someone. He replies yes and confirms what I know I just saw. To this day I still have no idea what/who that was and when I bring it up, my father is still amazed at the experience. People have died on that stretch of road, the last being an old man who rode a bicycle every morning to and from the village. t seems that residents at Kampung Seri Aman Dalam, Puchong, might be worried about a close encounter of the giant kind after a resident found four huge footprints that measured 23 inches long.
This is yet another incident that was brought to light after a police report made by the resident began circulating online.
The report, made by 68-year-old Kamaruddin Isamail, mentioned the discovery of the giant-sized footprints near a field at Lot 123, Lorong 4, Kampung Seri Aman Dalam in Puchong at 9.55am this morning.
He stated in his report that he saw three footprints in the shape of a human foot, which measured up to 23 inches long, that “seemed rather weird” to him.
When The Rakyat Post contacted Kamaruddin, he confirmed making the report and said there were actually four footprints, but only three of them were clearly seen.
“It’s something that is weird. In my 30 years of staying here I have never found such a thing.”
He said upon making the report, which he did because it was an unnatural occurrence, he was visited by a police sergeant after which he called officers from the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Perhilitan).
“Perhilitan came to see me. Even they said they had never seen such a thing and couldn’t determine what kind of print it was.
“It’s weird and it is something very worrying,” added Kamaruddin.
When asked what he thought it could be, he said he had heard of stories about giants and genies, but he did not know them to be true.
When contacted this evening on the issue, Serdang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Razimi Ahmad told The Rakyat Post that he wasn’t aware of the incident at the time.
However, a quick call to the Bukit Puchong police station where the report was made, confirmed that the report was genuine and was lodged by Kamaruddin this morning.
Meanwhile, Kamaruddin said he was to meet the village committee tonight on the incident to find out if such a footprint was real and perhaps shed light on what it could be. – The Rakyat Post

When feeling, movement, and the ability to speak came back to her, she told her daughters to dress her in a shroud and place her in a coffin. For days she continued to demand that her daughters, friends, and maid treat her like she was dead. They finally gave in, putting her in a shroud and laying her out so they could “mourn” her. Even at the “wake,” the lady continued to fuss with her shroud and complain about its color. When she finally fell asleep, her family undressed her and put her to bed. Hello, I live in York, Pennsylvania and have witnessed what I believe to be a Chupacabra. Pennsylvania is known for its woods and farmland, but where I live there are lots of businesses, with wooded areas and small farms in the surrounding area. I was driving to work several months ago around 5:30 pm and was driving on the on ramp to I-83 off of Queen St. and spotted what I thought at first was a dog crossing the highway. My first thoughts were “Oh my God someone’s dog is about to get creamed!” but as I looked closer it looked different than any dog I’ve seen before. It was larger than a beagle, yet smaller than a labrador. It actually reminded me of a kangaroo because it’s front legs appeared to be shorter than the back legs and it had a rather long slender head in proportion to its body. The fur was grey and very short, possibly hairless. I’m just assuming it was patchy or what some would call mangy because there were discolorations. The tail was thick where it was attached to it’s body then tapered into a very thin hairless tail. This thing walked across the highway and hopped over the median to the other side like it was king of the world and had absolutely no fear of the cars that were fast approaching, I couldn’t believe it made it across completely unscathed! When it crossed the other side of the highway it escaped off into someones backyard which was actually a small farm. I’m 27 years old and have never seen anything like that in my life. I’ve seen several videos on tv about the chupacabra and have even went back and looked at several videos of what people believe is the chupacabra and it is an exact match. Even the description I have given is the same as what others are that have seen what they also believe to be the Chupacabra! The odd thing is most of these sightings are in Texas, but a lot of weird things happen in PA! Thank You for letting me share.
Authorities in Bihar, eastern India, are flummoxed after a man allegedly lost his wife in a gamble for a bottle of alcohol.
The saga came to light after the woman contacted a women’s helpline over the weekend. She told the authorities how a man had been calling her on her cell phone claiming that he was her new husband. The victim is a resident of Bihta town in Patna district.
“She [the victim] told us how a local man had been calling her on her mobile [phone] for some time claiming to be her new husband and threatening her with dire consequences if she did not talk properly with him whenever he called her,” the women’s helpline project director Pramila Kumari said on Monday.
She added that an investigation had been ordered into the case. She also sought legal action against the accused if the incident was found to be true. The caller also informed her that her husband is a drunkard who always assaults her while under the influence of alcohol.
If you examine recent history, even without particular attention, you should notice pretty soon that in the last fifty years there has been a technological breakthrough that has led to impressive inventions that were absolutely unimaginable just a few years earlier. In many cases, moreover, we haven’t witnessed a step by step evolution due to a series of progressive achievements but, on the contrary, a lot of discoveries seemingly have come out of nowhere. Thinking about these inventions as something 100% terrestrial would be totally legitimate, if only the former head of the Foreign Technology Division at the Pentagon, U.S. Army Colonel Philip J. Corso, had not related a completely different story that not only showed in a plausible way how it was possible to make these outstanding discoveries, but also fitted perfectly the overall framework of the Roswell affair.

After hearing claims of that kind, the first aspect that must be taken into consideration is whether the source of such claims is reliable or not. In this regard, the American researcher Larry Bryant, through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, was able to get Philip J. Corso’s Department of the Army Form 66, Officer Qualification Record, which summarizes his military career. In a nutshell, he served 21 years in the Army, from 1942 to 1963, he was awarded the Legion of Merit and, besides being a member of the National Security Council, on June 20, 1961, he was assigned to the Foreign Technology Division as a Staff officer and then, on July 18, 1962, he was assigned as Staff officer in the Plans Division, Office of the Chief of Research and Development (OCRD).
In 1997, Colonel Corso took the field with a series of deflagrating statements: the Roswell UFO crash did really happen, the craft was a biological spaceship that worked in conjunction with a crew of Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (EBEs) who drove it through a particular neural interface. Corso said that, executing General Arthur Trudeau’s orders at the Pentagon, he was responsible for handing the parts of the recovered flying saucer to several U.S. companies connected to the U.S. Army in a reverse engineering operation.
The connection between Colonel Corso and the Roswell case dates back long before the Sixties. In his autobiographical book “The Day After Roswell”, Colonel Corso reports that, in early July 1947, when he was assigned to Fort Riley (Kansas), five trucks of 25 tons and some semitrailers entered the base, coming from Fort Bliss, Texas, and headed to the Air Material Command at Wright Field, Ohio. That night Corso was patrolling the base and, when he approached the medical facilities, was called by Sergeant Brown who, in an altered voice, urged him to come in and have a look. Since he had a security clearance, Corso entered the building and saw a series of boxes stacked along the wall; Sergeant Brown told him that the drivers of the trucks had claimed that they were the remains of an air-crash. Corso came close to a box and then lifted the lid after loosening the nails. By using a flashlight, he saw that there was a thick glass container with a blue liquid where a strange figure was suspended.For a moment, he thought it was a child, but soon realized that he was wrong: it was a humanoid, about four feet high, four-fingered hands and a disproportioned bulb-shaped head, with eyes without irises, huge orbits, elongated thin lips and a small nose. Taken by utmost amazement, Corso looked for the delivery note and found a document stating the creature had been retrieved on a craft which had crashed near Roswell at the beginning of the week and had had to be taken to the pathology department of the Walter Reed Military Hospital. Corso closed the box carefully, still upset by what he had seen.

The memory of that day, despite being always vivid, was set aside in the following years, since he had not the opportunity to know further details about that alien corpse. This until he was assigned to the Foreign Technology Division at the Pentagon, under the orders of General Arthur G.Trudeau, where his job was that of sending several unknown items to companies and scientists whose fields of specialization were more suitable in order to try to unravel the secrets behind alien technology.
It did not take long to see the results of this reverse engineering operation: night goggles, image intensifiers, fiber optics, aligned molecules used in the manufacture of bulletproof vests (i.e. kevlar), transistors, lasers, all discoveries that, perhaps, without a “little” help from an extraterrestrial civilization would have been made in a remote future.
The testimony of Colonel Philip J. Corso is very important not only because it comes from a highly decorated military man, but also because it fits perfectly in a precise framework of events, providing further credibility to the case that, to date, is no doubt the most convincing one with regards to the presence of alien activity on our planet. Indeed, Corso not only provided a direct confirmation to the recovery of extraterrestrial entities in the desert of New Mexico in 1947, but he also made us understand how the technological leap of the latest decades had been possible all of a sudden. It would be very easy to say that he was crazy, but his credentials are visible to all.
From Roswell to Serpo
The Roswell affair, however, besides Corso’s testimony, presents a series of interesting side events that are quite difficult to judge considering that in many cases the evidences supporting them are, unlike the well grounded core of the Roswell UFO crash, just rumors and odd coincidences. Anyway, given the importance of the Roswell affair, every story somehow related to it must be duly regarded with much more attention, since there may be another piece to add to a mosaic whose global look is already well defined.
One of the most intriguing and, at the same time, hotly debated side event is the so-called Project Serpo, an alleged exchange program between the United States of America and an extraterrestrial race that would have taken place between 1965 and 1978.
After hearing a claim like this, it is essential to investigate thoroughly the source from which the information has come out.The first vague reference to an exchange program between the U.S. government and an extraterrestrial civilization was made in 1983, when the famous researcher Linda Moulton Howe – who was producing for HBO a documentary called The ET Factor - was approached by Richard C. Doty, special agent of the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), who told her that he had obtained a security clearance that enabled him to provide her with official documents, photographs and videos concerning a human-alien exchange program: it would have begun in 1964, when an alien spaceship would have taken off from Holloman Air Force Base, with a human crew on board, heading to Zeta Reticuli. Later, however, Doty sat back and said that his clearance had been revoked and that, therefore, he could no longer release any information.
But who is Richard C. Doty? In the transcript of a telephone interview with Philip Klass, Doty says that his father, Edward Doty, was in the Air Force, and was at Holloman AFB from 1962 to 1964.
It seems that Richard worked at Kirtland AFB in 1980, since that is when the Bennewitz affair took place. In the early 1980s, Paul Bennewitz started to report strange lights over the Manzano area of Kirtland Air Force Base, and claimed to have recorded unusual signals emanating from the base that he believed being of extraterrestrial origin.
According to Doty, he tried and managed to convince Bennewitz that he was actually experiencing extraterrestrial phenomena and that there was an alien base under nearby Archuleta Mountain, the so-called Dulce base.
According to famous researcher William Moore, by the time he was sent to investigate Bennewitz’s claims in 1982, Doty had been feeding the man disinformation for two years.
As you can see, Doty’s background is totally compromised and leaves room to think that he is a disinformation agent.

The Serpo affair
In 2005 the Serpo affair was brought in broad daylight on a private UFO email list moderated by Victor Martinez, a former employee of several U.S. federal agencies.
On November 2, 2005, a retired senior official within the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) who called himself “Request Anonymous” started to release information about said exchange program on that UFO email list.
All of the information presented to Victor Martinez by “Request Anonymous” – as proved beyond any reasonable doubt – came in fact from Richard C. Doty. Doty denied any involvement in the story, despite the massive amount of evidence to the contrary.
These data are strictly connected to the Roswell incident: Anonymous claimed that one crew member had survived after the crash and had been brought, along with several other corpses, to Los Alamos National Laboratory. There some scientists allegedly managed to establish a form of communication with the alien being which gave indications about the planet from where he had come: Serpo, in the Zeta Reticuli system. After a reverse engineering operation aimed at repairing a transmission device, the US government managed to get in contact with Serpo.
In 1952, according to Anonymous, the alien died, but both humans and aliens had already started to plan an exchange program. However, especially after the death of the extraterrestrial entity, the problems of mutual understanding reached their peak, and that’s why it took so long to get the exchange program started. First with the approval of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and then on behalf of President Johnson, a meeting was held on April 24, 1964, near the Holloman Air Force Base in order to examine the details of the exchange that would have begun in July the year after and would have seen the departure of twelve human astronauts to Serpo on an alien spacecraft.
Anonymous provided detailed information as regards the training that was given to those who were supposed to leave for Serpo: astronomy, physics, psychology, nutrition, biology, linguistics, sessions at zero gravity in low oxygen conditions, questioning under psychological stress, prolonged periods of isolation, survival techniques in hostile environments.
However, the composition of the team gave birth to strong skepticism: Anonymous reported that there were ten men and two women in the team, each of them from the Armed Forces. According to some researchers, the presence of female staff is highly unlikely: in fact, at that time there were women in the Air Force, as well as in the Navy and in the Army, but their presence was limited to medical, administrative and logistical support.Consequently, there were no women with a technical and tactical preparation that could have been adequate to that operation, not to mention the fact that there were no female astronauts at that time.

According to Anonymous, in July 1965, as agreed, an alien spaceship which had previously landed in Nevada took off with twelve human crewmen.Anonymous has even shown some parts of the captain’s diary, where you can read that immediately after the departure he felt a strong sense of disorientation, since the instruments for measuring time did not work anymore. Then Anonymous provided a series of data about Serpo’s culture and society that strongly resemble Tommaso Campanella’s and Francis Bacon’s utopias.
The information given by Anonymous with regards to Serpo’s orbit and distance from the two stars of Zeta Reticuli system are totally wrong, since these two factors would not match Kepler’s Third Law. Anonymous replied that even the scientists on board had been baffled by this data and they had come to the conclusion that Kepler’s laws were not applicable in the Zeta Reticuli system.
According to further releases by Anonymous, the program was to expire in 1975 but, for unknown reasons, it ended in 1978 and just six team members came back to Earth, since two had died on Serpo and four had decided to stay there.
In December 2006, Anonymous sent Victor Martinez some photographs of the expedition but they were fake. Then Anonymous vanished and did not post any further comment.
Conclusions
There is no direct evidence of the existence of an exchange program with an alien civilization, there are only rumors and data given by Richard C. Doty, who has proven himself to be a disinformation agent.
So, here we get straight to the crucial point: when a person whose trustworthiness is nil provides a lot of information about an alleged exchange program that was somehow connected to the Roswell UFO crash as well as the subsequent reverse engineering, everybody could be induced to assume that even the Roswell crash and the reverse engineering operation are silly fancies.This is exactly the intent of many fictitious deep-throats: debunk the phenomenon, undermining its foundations.This strategy is certainly more subtle because it becomes very hard to distinguish what is real from what is plausible or totally invented to discredit the truth. Project Serpo is certainly a topic of great interest but it is totally ungrounded. There are only elements given by a fraudster whose credibility cannot be compared to the credibility of Colonel Corso (who, among other things, has never mentioned such project).
So one needs to separate the Roswell case as well as Colonel Corso’s claims, remembering that for a few hours, on July 8, 1947, the lid on the UFO phenomenon was off and it was possible to take a peek inside the mystery.
The press release distributed that morning by the Public Information Office at the Roswell Army Air Field on the direct orders of base Commander Col. William Blanchard was clear and shocking at the same time, and its importance will never die down: < <The many rumors regarding the flying disc became a reality yesterday when the Intelligence office of the 509th Bomb Group of the Eight Air Force, Roswell Army Air Field, was fortunate enough to gain possession of a disc through the cooperation of one of the local ranchers and the sheriff’s office of Chaves County. The flying object landed on a ranch near Roswell sometime last week. Not having phone facilities, the rancher stored the disc until such time as he was able to contact the sheriff’s office, who in turn notified Maj. Jesse A. Marcel of the 509th Bomb Group Intelligence Office. Action was immediately taken and the disc was picked up at the rancher’s home. It was inspected at the Roswell Army Air Field and subsequently loaned by Major Marcel to higher headquarters>>.

3 years ago, my uncle (my father’s brother) passed away. He lived in Lansing, Michigan at the time. I was born and lived in Lansing until I moved to West Lafayette, Indiana for college. After I graduated, I moved to Arizona (where I currently reside). A few weeks after my uncle passed away, I received a package from the executor of my uncle’s estate.
The contents included several personal items that had belonged to my father and a large envelope with several photographs from the 1960′s. Most of the photos where of my father & uncle at various hunting camps. The envelope also contained a letter written by my uncle for me. There was no date, but I could tell he had written it.
Here is the exact content in the letter:
Please forgive me for not telling you this in person. I never knew how to explain what happened. In 1966, not long after you were born, your dad, a guide and I were in North Bay, Ontario moose hunting. We had been out in the forest for almost 6 hours and were making our way back to the cabin. It was dusk and it started to become dark quickly. As we got nearer to the cabin, we could hear strange whirling sounds coming from the direction we were heading. I was now dark, and we could see a bright green light was shining above the cabin. We stopped walking and watched the light as it slowing circled about 50 ft. above the cabin. The light was oblong in shape. I could not judge the size since there was an aura around it. The swirling sound continued also. The next thing we remember was waking up in our cabin bunks the next morning. All of us had sharp pain around our ears and eyes. We couldn’t explain what had happened to us. We packed our gear and headed for home as soon as we could. By the time we reached Lansing, your Dad was terribly ill. Your Mom rushed him to the hospital that same night. The doctor said he had the flu, but I knew better. I didn’t suffer any effects. The guide was OK also. Your Dad was in the hospital for four days and started to feel better, but he was really never the same. I believe the incident at the cabin affected him. He would say that he continually had sharp stabbing pains all over his body. It became so bad that he could not work. Well, you know the rest of the story. I felt that you deserved an explanation of what happened. I don’t know if you should tell your Mom. That’s your decision. For as long as could remember, my father was in and out of treatment. When I received the letter, my mother had already passed away. I don’t know if she ever knew what happened to my father. My mother was the sole bread-winner for our family. We did receive some money from the state for my father’s disability, but I know it wasn’t much. Those payments stopped soon after my father took his own life in 1975. A video that was allegedly obtained from sources inside a Puerto Rican federal agency shows two UFOs over western Puerto Rico.
The video was reportedly shot by an infra-red camera aboard a Homeland Security helicopter in the Puerto Rican city of Aguadilla in the early morning hours of April 26, 2013.

This video was uploaded to YouTube by José Martínez, a member of the Puerto Rican Research Group. He explains that the video was shot by a helicopter from Rafael Hernandez International Airport, which was formerly a United States Air Force base called Ramey Air Force Base (This base was named after Brigadier General Howard Knox Ramey, and not after General Roger Ramey as some believe. Roger Ramey is the infamous general who announced to the world that what was recovered in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 was simply a weather balloon). Several federal agencies are currently housed at the Rafael Hernandez International Airport.
According to the website Historias Ufologicas en Puerto Rico y el Exterior, “In the video you can see how the object moves very quickly. In one part of the video you can see how the object is thrown to the sea at extreme speed,” and when it comes back out of the sea, there are “two objects on the screen.”

Researchers reportedly conferred with authorities from the Puerto Rico Joint Forces of Rapid Action (FURA), a division of the state police of Puerto Rico that coordinates operations between Puerto Rico police and U.S. federal agencies. These authorities confirmed that the UFO video was taken by a camera aboard a Black Hawk helicopter. The website asserts that “this proves that federal agencies in Puerto Rico have knowledge of the presence ovnis-extraterrestre and surveillance in the [hottest areas of] Puerto Rico are being monitored.”

When asked by YouTube viewers for more information about this video showing UFOs in Puerto Rico, Martínez responded by saying that, in order to protect the identity of his federal agency sources at the airport, he “cannot give more details.”

The witness, Giorgio Filliputti, had gone fishing at the river Corno when he suddenly heard a sharp whistling found followed by some spiral movement of air behind him causing ripples on the water and sending the surrounding brush rustling. The wind became stronger so the witness decided to climb up a nearby embankment and take a look around. As he reached the top of the emba…nkment he caught sight of a metallic disc shaped object sitting on a nearby dry mud flat. The object rested on three thick legs that terminated on flat plates on the ground. The object was totally smooth and the metal appeared to be brass like in appearance. A figure then appeared walking on the rim of the disc. I was described as short and oriental in appearance wearing a silvery tight fitting overall which sparkled in the sunlight. He also wore dark boots. His face was dark bronze in complexion and he had large almond shaped eyes. The humanoid appeared surprised upon seeing the witness then walked briskly around the rim, briefly bending down and touching something on the dome then disappeared behind the dome. Moments later the witness heard a loud rumbling sound and saw the object rise slowly straight up, emitting a bluish flame from the bottom, it then turned on edge and shot away at great speed. Ground marks were found at the scene.

A man named Marshall was walking along a quiet country road not far from the Welsh border. A movement in the field to his left caught his eye and he was astounded to see a strange figure of a man physically leaping high hedgerows in great bounds, in fact it looked as if he was gliding above the ground. Suddenly the ‘man’ leaped onto the road and as he glided past Mr. M…arshall he slapped him so hard across the face that he fell to the ground, leaving a red imprint on his cheek for several hours afterwards. As he slapped Mr. Marshall, the strange man gave out an almighty cackle of a laugh and carried on with his journey across the fields. It all happened so fast, Mr. Marshall was dumbstruck, shocked with his senses haywire. He describes, the man as wearing a type of black shell suit and having an elongated chin. Other than that he cannot say only he seemed to defy all laws of gravity pertaining to man.
The anonymous witness was on his way to a lake when he saw a strange approximate 4 ft tall white colored entity, which he briefly chased and managed to take the above photograph. The entity appears to have an oval shaped head and round eyes. The witness waited four months before developing the photograph since it was a remote and desolate area. The day after h…e gave the photo to his grandson the witness died (approximate 70 years later).

Explanatory Surgical Event: Federal law requires virtually everything in a modern operating room to be marked with graphic warning labels. Icon-like shapes identify combustible and oxidizing gases, toxic substances, etc.
Although James Wilson's efforts may seem amusing or even far-fetched to most researchers, I wish to commend him for being willing to construct a hypothesis for consideration. Sadly though, it seems he only has a superficial understanding of abduction claims (I note that his four references do not include any studies of actual abduction data) and no apparent contact or interviewing of any abduction participants. Wilson is correct in proposing an analysis of abduction data to distinguish between abductees who have and have not had prior surgical experiences. But note that once again “explanations” find their way into publication and public notice rather quickly – before a careful analysis of actual data takes place. We shall keep pushing professional journals toward acceptance of data-rich studies that lead us closer toward a truth based in reality – not just theory. As TV journalist George Knapp wisely noted in his award-winning documentary, UFOs: The Best Evidence, “Science should be the investigation of the unexplained, not the explanation of the uninvestigated.”

Rebecca was six years old in 1978 when something terrifying walked into her life.
“When I was a child I saw what I now know is called the Hat Man,” Rebecca said. “The Hat Man I saw spoke to me.”
Although she now lives in Florida, Rebecca grew up in Missouri, and spent parts of 1977 and 1978 in her grandmother’s house in Independence, Missouri.
“During this time in my life my mother, sister and I lived with my grandparents off and on due to our own circumstances and the fact that my grandfather was in and out of the hospital,” she said.
Rebecca remembers other relatives staying in her grandparents’ house at that time, taking the spare bedroom she usually shared with her sister. That night, Rebecca and her sister slept in her grandmother’s room, and soon discovered they weren’t alone.
“My sister and grandmother were sleeping in the bed like normal, and I was sleeping between the two of them with my head at the foot of the bed,” Rebecca said. “I had a terrible nightmare, one where the dresser drawers were opening and closing on their own and ghosts and clothing were flying out.”
Rebecca remembers her dreamself lying in the same place as her body slept.
“Most dreams are in other places, or familiar places, but never from the perspective of where you are actually sleeping,” she said. “I woke up from the dream very afraid.”
Terrified, she gently kicked, trying to wake her grandmother, but couldn’t rouse her.
“I debated getting up and finding my mom, but I would have had to walk past the dresser from my dream and decided that was too scary,” she said. “I turned my gaze away from the dresser and up to the window behind the headboard of the bed and that is where I saw the Man.”
The Man, a dark, looming figure, seemed to stand on the headboard, but Rebecca now wonders if the Man stood behind the headboard and was extremely tall.
“The Man was wearing a long flowing coat, a top hat and carried a cane,” Rebecca said. “He had no real features, but was a solid object that blocked the light from the window behind him. I was terrified because there was someone else in the room and because I recognized it as non-human.”
Rebecca and the Hat Man stared at one another for what could have been minutes, or seconds, when the figure lifted its arm and pointed at her.
“He said, ‘This is your last chance,’” Rebecca said. “His voice did not fill the room. The best way I can describe it is that it filled my head. The voice was flat with no residual sound, as if everything surrounding the words had been removed.”
After the Hat Man spoke those five cryptic words, he put down his arm and disappeared. She told her family of the encounter the next day, but they paid little attention.
“Little kids are always filled with stories that grown ups nod and smile while hearing,” she said. “I vaguely remember being afraid of grandma’s room for a while, but not much else following the incident.”
She didn’t bring up the Hat Man encounter again until her teens; this time her family listened.
“Everyone believed in ghosts, so it was another neat ghost story from a family member for everyone except my aunt,” she said. This is because her aunt has had more than one ghostly encounter, all eerily similar to her own. “She said she had seen the same man in that same house.”
Although the fear of her grandmother’s room has long since gone, along with the terror of that long ago moment when she met the Hat Man, one question remains.
“I’ve tried to figure out what, ‘This is your last chance,’ meant,” she said. “My grandfather died somewhere around this time, but I can not be certain if the Hat Man appeared before or after his death. I do know that grandpa was not in the house at the time, but he spent quite a bit of time in the hospital toward the end of his life. Was the Hat Man telling me this was my last chance to talk with him? I don’t know.”

Manoel do Espirito Santo, 20, high school student, local resident, was in front of his house with some friends, Julio, Paulo, Deca and Carlito when he saw a yellow light moving E/W slowing in speed and stopping about 20meters from the group. He said he could see two crew members inside who appeared to be human, one man and a woman, the “man” was on the left side and the woman on the right side of the “apparatus” both wore different shape goggles and communication gear (earphones) the one on the left seemed more attentive to the group of witnesses. At the same time, the other, behind a horizontal tube directed a ray of red light toward the group, having been hit directly, it felt like an electric shock, from the feet to the head, then felt paralyzed (arms and legs immobilized) and semi-conscious. The object gradually began to move away, gaining altitude and speed. Manoel was able to move again, feeling numb for some minutes. The object seemed like a reddish-yellow star from a distance, it turned more yellow as it came closer. Manoel observed a bluish light in the front top part. It had the shape of a barrel with a thin tube and another, more slender, horizontal (45 degrees) one which emitted the ray of blue light. The apparent size was 1.20 to 1.40m and gave the appearance of being transparent (in the bluish area) with a division between the two crew members. It climbed straight up in a wavy motion, until it reached a certain altitude, abruptly varying its speed.
Two California witnesses southbound along Highway 5 in Coalinga reported watching a slow moving, triangle-shaped UFO “with three huge, white lights on the underside” that descended to just 20 feet over their vehicle, according to June 2, 2014, testimony in Case 56732 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The reporting witness was driving with a passenger in the vehicle heading to Phoenix when the object was first seen and thought to be a plane about midnight on May 29, 2014.
“It flew straight up and over us,” the reporting witness stated. “It went up quick in a field and then flew right over us, slowly.”

The witness described the object.
“It had three huge, white lights on the underside. It took off straight towards us and I thought, why would a plane fly so low? When I saw the underside with the huge white, round lights, it was dark in color with sharp edges, triangle-shaped with no other lights. It flew above us maybe 20 feet.”
The object then moved over a nearby field and appeared to land.
“It flew to the west of the highway and all the lights underneath came on brighter. When the lights came on brighter, it rotated in the air before its descent, then landing in a field.”
The witness pulled over for a better look.
“There was a huge glowing light. I was in disbelief and totally amazed. I was very glad to have a witness with me who saw the same. It was truly unbelievable.”
The witness moved to another location hoping to continue to watch the object.
“We went to a rest stop a mile away and watched the glowing light. There was no way to see since it was far into the field.”

The witness, a Mr. Kovac (pseudonym) suddenly woke up and noticed two young-looking dark skinned men at his window. They appeared to be carrying a piece of heavy machinery between them and Mr. Kovac watched for fifteen to twenty minutes, during which time he was unable to move or cry out. In his own words, he felt “paralyzed”, as if in a “force field”. The following morning, in a f…ield of rye adjacent to his home Mr. Kovac found a flattened area some fifteen to twenty meters in diameter which had four holes in the center. Mr. Kovac said the holes looked as though legs supporting something had been in the holes. On a later date, more recently, a medical examination revealed certain complications which Mr. Kovac feels are in some way connected to the paralysis and UFO. He was apparently hospitalized and the investigator could not locate him later.

The locals of Kalachi village in Kazakhstan and the almost abandoned Soviet town of Krasnogorsk, Russia have been suddenly falling asleep, and then waking up with no recollection of what happened.
More than 7,000 experiments into the soil, air, water and patient’s blood, hair and nails have been carried out by scientists in these remote villages.
But so far, all results have come back inconclusive – although scientists fear leaking uranium could be to blame.
And villagers even fear that they buried an elderly man before the sleeping condition was known about, because they thought he was dead.
The sleeping epidemic causes people, including children, to suddenly fall into a deep sleep, which can last from two to six days.
Jack Weiner’s dog woke him up when he scratched at the door wanting to go out to relieve himself. When Jack got up to put him out, he was shocked to see a blue light shining through the kitchen window. He went out to look and saw a glowing object hovering over the field adjoining his house. He decided to bring the dog back in. In the morning, he thought he had dreamed about the whole thing. However, under hypnosis, he relived a shared abduction experience with his wife in minute detail. Mary only remembered dreaming about deer with big eyes coming to their bedside. She did not respond to hypnosis. The following is an excerpt from Jack’s hypnosis sessions: “It’s blue. A blue light. And I think, ‘That’s funny. That’s not the moon.’ And then I go to the window and look out the window and what I see is amazing. I see a big, bright light and its right over the truck in the field outside the house. And I’m thinking, ‘Oh my God! I can’t believe that!’ And so I say, ‘Mar get up. Get up and look! And I run to the door and I go out the door and I’m running towards the light up in the field…Then I see the dog running alongside me…And so I pick him up and I run back to the house…The light is still there and it’s moving…And then I put the dog back in bed and I’m thinking, ‘I don’t want to do this. I don’t want to do this now!’ I don’t want to look at the light…So I’m going back to bed…And I’m thinking, ‘I don’t want to deal with this now. Why are they here now?’ And I’m scared…so I pull the covers over my head…and Mary’s next to me. And then I know, I know that something’s in the house. I just know that they’re there and I’m under the covers and I think, ‘Oh god, oh god! Why are they here now? I don’t want this to happen.’ (Gasps) And then the covers move and I feel something on the cover…And then the covers are down and I’m looking there and I was right. They’re right there! Oh God! They’re right there, right next to my bed…It has big eyes and a big head and it’s dark and there’s light behind it coming in the door. And it’s just taking the covers away and I don’t want to look at it…And I look at Mary…There’s another one there and it’s next to Mary. And I wish that I could do something but I can’t. I have to do what they want. And the light is out there and they want me to go out there…They’re lifting me. Mary’s standing and they’re making us move towards light…And the dog isn’t doing anything. We’re through the door…We walk up the lawn and I feel like I’m floating…our feet are on the ground, but my feet are not doing what I want them to.” Jack and Mary were brought to stand in front of a huge house-sized glowing object sitting on a blue light that enveloped its underside. The glow around the object itself was changing colors from white to yellow to orange and purple and back to white. No noise emanated from the object, but the air was filled with the acrid smell of ozone. Then, Jack and Mary were made to walk into the blue light under the object. Instantaneously they were transferred inside of the glowing object. Mary was separated from Jack, who was made to undergo examinations similar to the one that he and his friends had experienced twelve years earlier. After the examination, Mary rejoined Jack and they were literally floated across the lawn from the craft to their house, through the unopened front door and to their bedroom, where they went back to bed in a strange lethargic state of mind. The experience left physical evidence behind in the form of burns on the bottom of Jack’s feet. Jack also received a biopsy-like scoop mark above his ankle during another abduction.

Location: Eagle Lake Allagash Waterway Maine Date: August 26 1976

On Friday night, August 20, four young art students in their early twenties left Boston, Massachusetts for a canoe and camping trip in a wilderness area of Northern Maine along the Allagash River. The group consisted of identical twins, Jack and Jim Weiner, Charlie Foltz and Chuck Rak. Upon arrival at a staging point, they hired a pontoon airplane which flew them and their canoes to Telos Lake on the Allagash Waterway. During the next several days they canoed and camped along the Waterway. On the evening of Thursday, August 26, they reached Eagle Lake, set up camp and decided to go night fishing for trout. The pitch darkness of the area necessitated the building of a huge bonfire to mark their campsite so that they could find their way back to it. Shortly after beginning to fish, Chuck became aware of a feeling of being watched. He said, “I turned toward the direction from where I felt this and saw a large bright sphere of colored light hovering motionless and soundless about 200-300 feet above the southeastern rim of the cove.” Chuck yelled for the others to look behind them. There, rising above the trees was a huge oval glowing object. As their eyes became adapted to its intense brightness, a gyroscopic motion was noted, as if there were pathways of energy flowing equatorially and longitudinally from pole to pole. This divided the sphere into four oscillating quadrants of bright colored light. The color changes were very liquid and enveloping, as if the entire object had a plasmatic motion to it, like a thick sauce does as it starts a rolling boil. Charlie grabbed a flashlight and blinked it at the object. Instantly, the huge rising glowing object came to an abrupt halt and began to slowly approach the canoe. Simultaneously, a tube-shaped beam of light erupted from the object and hit the water. A glowing ring with a dark center reflected on the water’s surface, indicating that the beam was hollow. The object and its beam of light began moving toward the canoe. Terrified, the campers began paddling frantically toward their bonfire and camp as the beam swept across the lake directly at them and engulfed them. It was from this point on that the conscious memories of the four differed according to each witness’ vantage point. The next thing Charlie remembered was paddling for shore and standing at the campsite with the others, watching the object move away. Chuck Rak remembers staying in the canoe after the others had piled out in panic onto the shore. Transfixed, still holding his idle paddle, he could not take his eyes off the object. Jack and Jim were able to consciously remember a bit more. Jack said that “It was just behind us and I could see that we were never going to outrun the beam. It was advancing too fast and I remember thinking, ‘Holy shit! This is it! We’ll never get away.’ The next thing he knew, they were on the shore getting out of the canoe looking directly at the object which was now about 20 or 30 feet above the water. The beam was coming out of the bottom of it like the object was sitting on the beam. It hovered there, right in front of us, completely silent for what seemed like four or five minutes. Suddenly the beam was pointing up towards the sky. The object began to move up and away from them towards the southwestern sky and then shot into the stars and was gone in just a second. Jim Weiner said that “There was no mistake that it was coming directly to us. Then I remember standing on the lakeshore watching the object hovering above the lake 50 to 75 yards in front of us…Then the search beam went upward into the sky and we saw it moving away at a tremendous speed. We all seemed to be in a state of shock…We just stood there unable to move or talk.” When the strange anesthetizing effect wore off, Chuck got out of the canoe and joined the others as they trudged dreamily up the beach to their camp. Even in this state, they were dumbfounded when they realized what had happened to the huge bonfire that had just been blazing several minutes ago. “When we left to go fishing,” said Jim, “we set very large logs on the fire to burn for a good 2 to 3 hours. The entire experience seemed to last, at the most, 15 or 20 minutes. Yet the fire was completely burned down to red coals.” At that time, they had no memory of what happened during the time it took for their huge bonfire to burn down. This would remain a puzzle to them for years. A few years later, Jim suffered a head injury which caused temporal-limbic epilepsy. During treatment, Jim’s doctors asked him to report any unusual experiences that might be symptomatic of his condition. Jim described strange experiences that he and his friends had experienced since the UFO encounter. These included awaking at night to see strange creatures, levitation from bed, and temporary paralysis while something was done to the genitals. He also described their encounter with a UFO and the period of missing time. Jim’s doctors advised him to contact a UFO researcher as they felt that Jim and his friends may have been involved in a UFO abduction experience. Jim contacted Raymond Fowler during one of his UFO lectures in the Boston area. In January of 1989 Fowler initiated a formal investigation with MUFON investigator and CEIII/IV specialist, David Webb (Solar Physicist) and with MUFON consultant, Anthony (Tony) Constantino (Professional Hypnotist). It was conducted in a careful and meticulous manner over a period of 24 months. It was obvious to them that the period of missing time had to be sandwiched between sighting the object and reaching shore. The beam of light hitting the canoe seemed to be the dividing point between memory and amnesia. During the first of a long series of hypnosis sessions, it was decided to concentrate on this segment of the terrifying encounter. Under hypnosis, all four witnesses relived detailed and traumatic UFO abduction experiences during the period of missing time. All were transferred from their canoe into the UFO by the hollow tube-like beam of light. On board, they encountered strange humanoid creatures that exerted some kind of mind control over them so that they could not resist their demands. All were made to undress and sit on a plastic-like bench in an area illuminated by diffuse white light. After looking at their eyes and in their mouths with a pencil-sized rod with a light on its tip, the aliens placed them in a harness and flexed their arms and legs. Then, one by one they were made to lie on a table where each was examined by a number of strange hand-held and larger machine-like instruments that were lowered over their bodies. During this segment of the examination, the alien entities removed samples of saliva, skin scrapings, blood, feces, urine and sperm from each of the abductees. After the examination the abductees were made to dress and enter another room which had a round portal in one of its walls. They were lined up and made to walk into the portal. Strange sensations surged through their bodies as they found themselves floating down the hollow beam of light into their canoe which was now in shallow water near their campsite. The tube-like light seemed to hold the canoe steady as each was placed in it in the same seating position they were in prior to the abduction. As the hypnosis sessions continued, much detail was recovered about their on board experience. Also it was discovered that the twins had had bedtime visitations by alien creatures and abduction experiences since early childhood. These experiences were relived in vivid detail under hypnosis. The humanoids were described as having large oval-shaped heads and long necks, with large shiny oval-shaped black eyes. They had claw-like three-finger hands and were about six feet tall and dark gray in color.

Air Force Sgt Jonathan P. Lovette and a Major Conningham were out in a field from the launch sites looking for debris from a missile test when Sgt Lovette went over the ridge of a small sand dune and was out of sight for a time. Major Conningham then heard Sgt Lovette scream in what was described as terror or agony. The Major thinking Lovette had been bitten by a snake or something ran over the crest of the dune and saw Sgt Lovette being dragged into what appeared to him and was described as being a silvery disc-like object which hovered in the air approximately 15 to 20 ft away. Major Conningham described what appeared to be a long snake-like object, which was wrapped around the sergeant’s legs and was dragging him to the craft. Major Conningham admittedly froze as the sergeant was dragged inside the disc and observed the disc going up into the sky very quickly. Major Conningham got on the jeep radio and reported the incident to Missile Control whereupon Missile Control confirmed a radar sighting. Search parties went into the desert looking for Lovette. Major Conningham’s report was taken and he was admitted to the White Sands Base Dispensary for observation. The search for Sgt Lovette continued for three days at the end of which his nude body was found approximately ten miles downrange. The body had been mutilated; the tongue had been removed from the lower portion of the jaw. An incision had been made just under the tip of the chin and extended all the way back to the esophagus and larynx. He had been emasculated and his eyes had been removed. Also, his anus had been removed and there were comments in the report on the apparent surgical skill of the removal of these items including the genitalia. The report commented that the anus and the genitalia had been removed, as though a plug, which in the case of the anus extended all the way to the colon. His body had also been completely drained of all blood.
