Nazis Thought Yeti Could Be Progenitor of Aryan Race

As icy temperatures blast much of the northern hemisphere and winter approaches with chilling speed, a mysterious creature from the Himalayas reminds us that the north is home to more than just snow.

This mysterious creature often takes a backseat to the more notable Bigfoot. However, similar in stature and structure to Bigfoot, the Yeti, or Abominable Snowman as he’s sometimes called, is best known for inhabiting the Himalayan Mountains and is an indispensable part of local lore in Nepal and the surrounding area.

 

Sightings of the creature have also been reported in other parts of the world, including the United States. 

 

The Yeti has a rather extensive history. 

 

According to National Geographic, Alexander the Great came across tales of the beast-man as early as 326 B.C. during his campaign to conquer the Indus Valley. 

 

When he pressed the natives to present a specimen, they refused, saying that the creature could not survive at lower altitudes. 

 

The Nazis were also interested in the Yeti, believing that it might be a progenitor of the Aryan race. Head of the S.S. Heinrich Himmler supposedly sent German Professor Ernst Schäfer to search for the creature in 1938, reported National Geographic. Schäfer came to the conclusion that the Yeti was a Tibetan bear. 

 

 

Differences Between Yeti and Bigfoot

 

The Yeti is similar to Bigfoot, but different in several key aspects. The bipedal ape-like creature can come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but it is often covered with dark-gray or reddish-brown fur, weighing in at 200 to 400 pounds. 

 

The most distinctive feature between Bigfoot and Yeti is the height; Yeti reports place the creature at an average of about 6 feet tall, according to Live Science, and Bigfoot is said to average about 8 feet tall but accounts come in of it being 10 feet or taller.

 

Evidence?

 

Evidence for the Yeti, as with many creatures of myth, is often very hard to come by or unreliable. Unlike the many Bigfoot footprints that are often found and casted, the snowman’s footprints are usually found in snow, which makes it more difficult to differentiate from other creature’s prints. 

 

In 1960, Yeti lore seemed to be reaching new heights when Sir Edmund Hillary, the first man to scale Mt. Everest found what he thought might be a scalp from the mysterious beast while searching for physical evidence of the creature. However, the hide was actually from a serow, an animal similar to a goat that is native to the Himalayas. 

 

However, as with Bigfoot, the absence of physical evidence doesn’t mean the creature definitely doesn’t exist. The Himalayas are both remote and vastly uninhabited with a range about 1,500 miles (2,400 kilometers) long. 

 

The Yeti is said to inhabit the space from the tree line, at a height of about 14,000 feet, to the permanent snow area at about 20,000 feet. Mount Everest’s peak sits at 29,028 feet. 

 

Recent Sighting

 

One of the last alleged sightings wasn’t in the Himalayas, but rather in Litchfield, Maine, last winter. 

 

The sighting was reported to the International Cryptozoology Museum, according to WMTW 8, a local ABC affiliate. 

 

The person who purportedly viewed the Yeti preferred to remain anonymous, only leaving his initials, “M.P.” This person claims the Bigfoot-like beast had fur that was all white. 

 

 

 

Yeti’s Place in Nepal’s Culture

 

 

Back in Nepal, the Yeti is taken rather seriously and an important part of the culture.

 

During the Mani Rimdu Festival, which takes place during the first full moon of the 9th month of the Tibetan lunar calendar (late October), the local monks wear masks to represent divine beings during their ritual dance.

 

During their dance, one of the monks traditionally takes on the role of the Yeti. 

 

The native Sherpas also have a legend surrounding the Yeti, and it states that the Yeti will only show itself to those who believe in it.

Indiana witness snaps photo of hovering orbs

An Indiana witness in Crawford County reported watching and photographing “three, bright, white, hovering orbs” in a triangle formation, according to testimony in Case 76612 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was out driving at 3 a.m. on March 2, 2015, when three orbs were noticed in the sky.

“I disregarded them and kept driving,” the witness stated.“When making my second round through the same area, I noticed the three orbs were in the same spot. I thought that I may have been too sleepy to really know, so I stopped in the road and starred for approximately 2-3 minutes and realized they weren’t moving.”

The witness was on the phone with a friend and the call kept dropping, but was detailing to the friend exactly what was being seen.

“I decided to go another round and saw that the orbs were still in the same spot. I pulled over again and noticed a cloud was between the orb formation and decided to take a picture of the orbs. The orbs were bright white and glowing but did not emit a noise, light, or cause any other trouble. I have traveled this same route numerous times at the same time at night and have never seen it before or since. The whole ordeal lasted approximately 45 minutes to an hour. The orbs stayed exactly the same and I decided to go home. I didn’t feel nervous, scared, or anxious. I just felt curious and interested.”

This UFO fleet was caught by Streetcap1 of Youtube. Its an awesome find. I have seen thousands of SOHO sun photos, but never one like this. here we see fleets of ships in groups of 2, 3 and even 4. This is a fleet, which is not a good sign. For a fleet this size to be passing Earth, something big is about to happen. Yes, you can bet money that they know we are here, but they are so technologically advanced that we are not threat to them. Thus, they ignore us. We see a 60-80 ships here, that the SOHO image caught. Many more it didn't catch.

This looks to me like a UFO that has risen out of the water and is hovering over the water. UFOs often try to discuss themselves, thats not news to most of us. They make themselves look like meteors as they enter the atmosphere. They make themselves look like passengers jets, but morph. Now we have evidence that they make themselves look like ships...but they fly. You see, they can play their tricks all they want, but sooner or later they get caught.

There glowing orbs are increasing in frequency around the globe and they always look like these white balls light. These photos however show some of the greatest close ups ever of these orbs. 

The orbs are observing humanity, watching us, but for what reason. The fact that so many of these particular types of UFOs are being seen makes me a bit nervous. Why so many? And why spread them around the world? They are everywhere like a satellite defense system waiting to be activated over every country in the world.

Glowing UFOs over Nevada: Are These Mystery Crafts Belong To Aliens?

Alien theorists believe that “ancient aliens” landed on earth. However, what evidence could exist for these encounters? On Friday, June 3, 2016, a hunter claims to have spotted a fleet of the mysterious object over Henderson in Nevada. While people have argued the footage showing the glowing lights hovering over the place, alien believers insist that the footage likely shows alien filmed in an area nearby the hotspot, Nellis Air Force Base. In this place, it is where the conspiracy theorists claim a race known as the Tall Whites, which have been maintained as a secret base since the year 1950s. Steven Barone, a UFO hunter, has recalled his experience that he missed the chance to record the strange objects. He admitted seeing them after waiting for several minutes but suddenly disappeared. The quick appearance has led him to miss recording on such footage.

From the comments made by Barone, one could conclude that Henderson is swarming with strange objects. He captured on camera three separate events from his backyard in the affluent Summerlin area of Las Vegas on June 3, 2016. However, some Youtube commenters provides an insight as to why enthusiasts believe that the metropolitan area of Las Vegas is running rampant with aliens is related to a notorious hotspot, with a history of alien sightings. The Nellis Air Force Base is about eight miles outside Las Vegas. The place features famous alien folklore as the site of a top-secret Tall White Alien base. The base accommodates a small community of Tall White engineers and scientists who work with the USAF and provide technical assistance essential to ongoing black projects.

According to one UFO blogger, the aliens filmed by Barone were probably Tall While alien taking off from the Nellis Air Force base, hovering in the outer space. Alien conspiracy theorists claim that in 1950, the U.S. government entered into a secret trade agreement with the Tall White aliens. Under the agreement, the aliens would allow the U.S. government to get access to advanced technology as a swap for access to natural resources, such as titanium and aluminum. The aliens were believed to have an identical appearance to humans. The only physical features that made them difference are their large dark pink or blue eyes or chalky white skin.

Mysterious orange orb caught on video in Vancouver

A UFO hunter in Vancouver caught an orange orb on video recently, using his specially outfitted UFO spotting cameras and lenses. He says the object was able to be filmed using his night vision camera, but it did not show up on his thermal, heat-sensing camera.

Charles Lamoureux has been hunting UFOs for a long time. He uses a system he calls his Skywatcher’s Mobile Unit (SMU). He says it is “fitted with Night vision, thermal camera, and regular camcorder, etc.”

Lamoureux is not one to call every light in the night sky a UFO. Often he points out birds, planes, satellites, and other more mundane objects that often get mistaken for UFOs. However, what he captured on the night of June 3rd, 2016, he cannot explain. He sent the video (seen above) to OpenMinds.tv, and gave us some information on how it was obtained.

According to Lamoureux, he first spotted the object on night vision at around 11:45 pm. It was about 2 hours into his skywatching session.

“I noticed 1 orange fuzzy object and realized it was within 200 feet from me since I had to focus the camera,” Lamoureux explained via email. “I know this because of my camera is usually set for infinity and if I have to focus when I know the object must be within 200 feet as per experience using this camera over the years.”

He says the object appeared to be sphere shaped, and he began attempting to identify what the object was.

“Most night vision captures I see, I can easily see wings if it’s a bird, bug or any other mundane object,”  Lamoureux continued. “This object was semi translucent, so I ruled out balloon. I then followed it, and since it was fairly close, I looked directly at the sky and did not see anything.”

Lamoureux’s SMU unit also includes a thermal camera for picking up heat signatures, but the object was not being detected with it. A small bird, or other heat-emitting object, was able to be seen on the unit above the orb he was tracking. This can be seen in the video. However, although the bird can be seen in the thermal and the night vision, the orb is only seen on the night vision.

Thermal imaging shows objects that are different temperatures as different colors. Lamoureux concluded that the orb could not be seen on the thermal camera because it was either the same temperature as the air around it or colder.

Lamoureux estimates the object was at about 80 degrees over the horizon to the southwest of him. The object passed in front of buildings towards the end of his video, so using their height, he estimated the object was about 30 stories high. He says there was no wind – “not even a breeze” – leading him to believe it was not an object being carried by the air.

Lamoureux is convinced the object is unusual. He wrote, “It’s been 15 months since my last witnessed event, and I skywatch almost every clear night since. This is the real deal and for sure 100 percent spherical.”

In order to get another opinion from an experienced skywatcher and “UFO” video analysts, I asked the Mutual UFO Network’s chief video and photo analyst Marc D’Antonio to take a look.

“I looked at the video, and noticed that he is using the Luna Optics full-color MicroLux camera. The sensitivity is about 0.3 lux so it is an interesting camera,” wrote  D’Antonio.  “As for what he caught on the footage, it’s not very far away, it’s only about 100 feet away from him by his own admission.”

D’Antonio continued, “It appeared to me to be more like a plastic bag flying around in the air. I am not saying that is what it is, but that would account for the reason why there is no thermal signature which he thought was very important.”

D’Antonio notes that the object was filmed in a city, and there is a lot of trash blowing around. He has seen trash floating around in a city be mistaken for UFOs before.

However, D’Antonio wanted to be clear that he is not making any final conclusions, just suggesting another possibility. He also points out that the video does not provide any evidence that puts it in the “extraterrestrial category” either.

D’Antonio gave me a similar conclusion to a video I was given many years ago of an object floating around the Las Vegas strip.

Although, D’Antonio feels the object might be trash floating around the city streets, the object does appear to be spherical in shape, as Lamoureux has pointed out. At one point, it also appears to change direction.

Lamoureux’s UFO research is being featured in a French-Canadian documentary titled (translated) “Lights in the sky.” He says it is a “Very unbiased look at [UFOs],” and that “the film follows me in my travels to find answers.”

He says a French version will be aired on Canadian television soon, and an English version of the documentary is in the works.

Sphere UFO described as size of ‘football stadium’

A New York witness at Saranac Lake reported watching a sphere-shaped UFO move overhead the size of a “football stadium,” according to testimony in Case 76535 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The sphere-shaped UFO moved directly overhead under 500 and appeared to be the size of a football stadium.

The witness had gone out with friends to see a band play and the group was sitting around smoking cigarettes afterwards at 2:30 a.m. on May 13, 2016, when the incident occurred.

“I saw it coming very slowly, at first looking like something out of ‘Doctor Who’ or ‘Star Wars,’” the witness stated. “I stared at it in awe for a good 15 seconds before my brain kicked in and I realized I should point it out.”

The object had now moved directly overhead at under 500 feet.

“I could see the most beautiful blue color I’ve ever seen forming thick circles, smaller ones around the edges. At this point the ship looked spherical, like a glass planet. I saw what looked like hundreds of observation windows. I told my friends to look up, and we all watched as it very slowly, noiselessly continued onward.”

One of the friends commented that the object looked like a shuttle.

“It kind of did by the three very bright lights visible on its backside. If I hadn’t of looked up, it would have buzzed us and we would never have seen it. I live in the mountains near Canada and have spent many years searching a light pollution-less sky. I have never seen anything like this. It was comparable to having a football stadium pass right over your head, slowly and silently.”

The group watched the object until it was out of sight – about five minutes of total viewing time.

I usually don't post a lot of night UFO sightings due to the fact its night, and not much can be seen, but this in cool, because it does look like a disk and she gets more than a minute of footage. Possibly checking into how the polluted chemical ridden water is affecting the residence of the city. There is always a reason when they appear. We just rarely know about it.

We were travelling along the Hume Highway towards Sydney. The object was geo-static for at least 30 minutes after I first noticed it. I did not see it fade away. We pulled off the Highway and I took a couple of still photo’s. It was higher than the clouds and aircraft taking off from or landing? at Sydney airport as I saw 2 planes pass left to right below the object.

Witnesses Claimed Seeing an Alien Climbed the Trees

Remember extraterrestrials and alien creatures? Some people might not believe it—but there’s a time when a claim to have been abducted by aliens was debunked as a hoax or a myth. Since some people believed it to be fictional, anyone desperately trying to provide explanations should consider the evidence. One mysterious creature was seen climbing through the trees. Afterward, it jumped back on board when it was seen. According to the local TV news, three students have allegedly seen the entity circling Argentine city Santa Cruz before making the dramatic landing. According to a report on Notivision, locals claimed that a UFO is an extraterrestrial creature descended from its ‘vessel,’ before exerting efforts to get back on board.

It was believed that three students witnessed the EL Dorado sighting as they returned home from school. It started with a bright light when the unimaginable object occurred. Another witness claimed to have heard a very loud sound. Unfortunately, the sounds cannot be recorded because the signals went out. While there are no other ways to keep a track on the sound, it was caught on the camera before it landed. According to the reporter, a mysterious object was seen by the residents. The strange sighting was crashed on the district’s Calle 2 describing a mysterious creature that climbed a tree. Another witness told reporters that couple of eyes constantly looked at him.

It was son Friday that the strange event took place in the El Dorado district around 10 pm local time. Please remember that El Dorado district is situated in the El Bastión sector of the city. Whether or not the encounter and sighting is a genuine one has not been concluded yet, but witnesses firmly admit that it did happen. In fact, there is one resident that provided a layout of what it looked like.

Glowing Diamond UFO Looks Similar to Infamous Sighting in 1980

A video has brought many commotions among experts after it shows an activity analogous to aUFO sighting in 1980.

The footage shows a UFO in a diamond shape, which is observed from inside a plane flying 43,000 feet above Texas in the U.S.

A man only identified as Steve was the one who recorded the video. He reportedly works as an aircraft maintenance director for a corporate jet fleet in the nation.

He apparently sent the video to SecureTeam10, a group of people who love to spend time analysing UFO sighting videos and share their findings on their YouTube channel.

Tyler of SecureTeam said that after they had watched the clip, they realised that the diamond-shaped UFO looked the same to the Cash-Landrum incident in December 1980 involving two women Betty Cash and Vicky Landrum. Cash and Landrum were on their way to their home from dinner with Colby, the seven-year-old grandson of Vicky. While travelling, they saw a large diamond object in the sky.

According to the reporting witnesses, the mysterious aerial object emitted flames from underneath and Betty got terrible burns as she got out to investigate.

Both of them said the unknown thing started to move away when 23-military-type helicopters appeared to approach it.

Openness and Honesty About Aliens and UFOs in the UK

A video that shows David Cameron promising to be open and frank about extraterrestrial life has increased hopes of an official announcement of the existence of such life outside planet Earth.

UFO hunters are expecting and wishing that US President Barack Obama will go public about it before leaving the office.

Lobbyist Stephen Bassett believes that if Americans make the first move, the Prime Minister will follow suit.

It looks like the Tory leader will love such move after stating that no government shall hide the truth.

Richard’s letter to David Cameron asks for an interview

Chartered electrical engineer, Richard D Hall, interviewed Cameron in 2009 (before he became Prime Minister) and asked him about Dr. Edgar Mitchell, who said on a British radio station that the American government have had contact with aliens on multiple occasions and still happening at present.

The Tory chief poked fun at the question at first saying that alien life forms have been visiting Earth, and one of them was the trade secretary Peter Mandelson.

However, it looked like he changed his tone when he found out that Richard, who hosts the television show Rich Plane and runs the Rich Planet website, was serious about it.

David Cameron’s polite reply

According to Cameron, he has no idea whether ET intelligent life exists or alien sightings that have happened have any basis in truth.

He adds that UFO or alien sighting reports tend to have rational explanations and show that they are not what people who believe in UFOs suggest. However, he notes that the government should be as open as possible. He is happy to give the public a guarantee that he is open and frank about it because it‘s not something that any government should hide from anybody.
