UFO Sightings in the United States

California Moon Object

Whittier — I was taking horizon night video of the sunset with my new drone over my town and decided to compare what I learned with Apollo footage from 1969. I saw the Raw Uncut Apollo 11 landing that helped me understand how awesomely clear that video was back then with all the streaks and black dots on the most important video of all time.
Stop this video at 16:33 to see it yourself. At about 20 minutes, you’ll see a crime being committed. These aliens are better seen as a shadow. It’s a lot harder to hide a shadow. There are so many of these things, you may be able to catch hundreds on the screen. They hover over the astronauts heads and follow them. Something scared the life out of Armstrong and he freaks out. There is a slight glow that approaches the astronaut from behind very slow. He is warned by the other astronaut and he freaks out again.

The last photo was not take by me, but is very close to the image of Alien that I have.
The only way to see if these Aliens are few or many or if they are being controlled (like my drone) by the two orbs seen far away in the background… If so, these guys are super awesome UAV Pilots. Colorado Orbs

Vail — I was driving west on Highway 70 on June 29, 2017. I like to take pictures of scenery. As I was approaching Vail I placed my camera outside the window to take pictures of a road sign. A few days later once I got home (Austin, Texas) I was reviewing pictures and that is when I saw odd metallic shaped objects. Then I noticed the same objects in a different picture.

Delaware Light

Ocean View – I had just returned from market and noticed an orange fire like light in the clearing in front of my house. It glowed like a fire in the sky so I pulled my phone camera was able to capture a photo before the light disappeared. I witnessed the craft veer left and then veer right again as if it were going through an s curve. The light ejected a flash of light/ beam from bottom of craft and at that moment I doubted it was a plane. A pulse of light the same color as the craft was shot straight down from the bottom of the craft. I ran into the house and showed my wife and daughter. We went outside but the craft was gone. Florida Lights

North Port — My fiancé and I were sitting on our back lanai talking at 9 pm when I spotted a small red-orange orb, flying NE. I said “Honey, what is that?” We got up to investigate for 5 minutes, before it was gone. The light intensified as it gained altitude, shining a bright orange aura around the orb. Suddenly, what was just one orb of light, turned into 8 or 9 orbs of light, rotating in sequence? After about 10 seconds of the sequenced lighting, it switches back to one single red, orange orb. You could clearly see it was a circular unidentifiable object, probably the size of a car. The lights were on the bottom of the craft about 10 miles away.

The craft would hover, then move forward a bit, stop, move back and then move forward really fast. Repeating this 4 times, also ascending and descending in a Z shape. Then it took off east and we never saw it again.  Thanks to MUFON CMS

Idaho Cloud Ships

Caldwell — I’ve been recording the Cloud Ships that You Tubers are posting about for several months here on July 11, 2017. What I’m providing are pictures worldwide and some on your site and MUFON. The clouded drones, believed to be remotely controlled by small V like ships-often can be seen in the cloud sideways or backwards.
They have approached my surveillance position in the past, but now they follow me, cloak and uncloak and approach my home. Now they employed on 4 occasions a regular Police looking Drone, which flies lighted, lights off, stationary and mobile surveillance, dangerously low on freeway, perpendicular to freeway, parks on on-ramp, and flies near aircraft possibly in blind spot.
The clouded Drones fly over residential, industrial, commercial areas daily and a school by me, often at an increased speed downward which is intimidating.
The last two nights have been horrifying, as they use numerous SR like ships, plus the real drone, and now lights or stars to intimidate me via proximity approach. I have many pictures over the months. I know I’m not the only one being targeted possibly. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Illinois Lights

Chicago – On May 25, 2017, I was in my back yard smoking a cigarette at 9:11 pm, I witnessed some sort of flying craft rise up above the trees, just to the north of I-55. It was very close when I first saw it about the size of a silver dollar. I could see bright multiple lights on the craft and seemed to represent one very bright light. The object went straight up at a very high rate of speed and looked about the size of a penny. I watched the silent object hover for around 30 – 45 seconds and noticed 4 individual lights which seemed to be in the shape of a diamond. The top light wasn’t very bright. The side lights were yellow-orange color very bright and somewhat oval shape. The bottom light was somewhat round and also very bright. These lights would flicker sporadically. After watching the object hover for 30 – 45 seconds, I ran into my house to grab my cell phone when I came out it was still hovering but a second later, it sped off SE as I took a photo. Indiana Disc

Dunlop — on July 10, 2017, I was showing my 6 year old son the  park I went to when I was young  I took two pictures of my son, then two selfies with myself and son. As I stood up finishing the last picture, I saw some black object very quickly go across sky and into the cloud cover. I dismissed it immediately thinking that I imagined it. In the evening around 5 pm, I called my wife in California and sent her pictures. That is when I discovered the very black thing that had moved across the sky. There also seems to be some sort of portal looking thing that I remembered seeing go into cloud cover, that was very strange indeed.

I also had four other UFO incidences I never reported. I saw an L shaped ship, soundless ‘floating’ over a road while a friend and I pulled over in amazement to watch. It had two small white lights on underside in a fog under the ship with two super bright white light circles on the ground in 1997, in Elkhart County, Indiana. In the 1998 incident a friend and I saw two silver metallic saucers that disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Maine Object

 Presque Isle – On July 14, 2017. I was in the car on my way home when I saw a bright light to the left of me and I thought it was a plane. We have a small airport where the planes are usually pretty small, but. I noticed it was moving too slow to be a plane so I pulled over to check it out. I noticed it was just hovering when a jet came from its left and it bolted to the right and up into the sky. I didn’t see the object after that. I have never seen a military jet up and Maine before. I got some pictures of the UFO but it all happened too quickly to get much though. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Massachusetts Light

Medford — I arrived home just past 12 midnight on June 11, 2017, and looked up at nearly full moon with a blue blurry object just below the Moon. It was hovering and then flew from left to right, but staying within vicinity of the Moon.
I got a very strange feeling that I was looking at something other than a Star so I began taking cell phone pictures zooming in.
The object was going through a blurry transformation of shape and color. I was positive whatever it was, it had to be significant in size because of its distance away.
After 10 minutes I went into the house to get my roommate but it had disappeared from view. I had taken all of the pictures in under a minute. At one point it looked “cylindrical” in shape and changed again into an unknown shape as it hovered and made no sound while I observed it. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Michigan Orb

I was outside on my deck watching the sky and I saw a reddish orange glowing ball flying over me on February 19, 2017.

I took pictures with my phone not real clear but not fake either!

I was really excited when I seen it whatever it is!

Minnesota Abduction

Plymouth — Going to bathroom at 3:56 am when happened to look up through sky light to see a light/object quickly flying north on July 7, 2017. It made sudden turn to the NE. This is the second one in two nights. I know immediately what they are. It then suddenly disappeared. I have had multiple abductions since I was a child. I can tell you about seeing more than 5 different entities on a huge ship. I was taken around the ship and shown many things by a tall hybrid female who very strangely looked like me. I am aware of when they will come and when they will take me. They have taken my husband and children. They have little recollection. I have had many that I remember. The one in charge of the ship I was on last, was nearly 9.1/2 feet tall with a white robe, very thin, long white hair and facial hair. He glowed and sparkled as if lit up from within. I must tell you I will see them again and again, but have been allowed selected memories.
I have much more details about the various abductions. They are getting ready for something big. They told me that our government is dealing with a type of Alien that cannot be trusted and are concerned for us as they have been watching over us. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Nevada Area 51

 I look at Area 51 Google Earth maps quite a bit and stumbled on these new quite large man made caves near area 51 on July 14, 2017. They are to the south closer to the old nuclear test site. What I find very interesting is there are clearly quite a few vehicles parked near it so it looks quite active. I know a lot has been said about an area S4 and that it is in a mountain. Maybe it’s nothing but your team should look into this as I found it quite different than other surrounding structures. And with its proximity to Area 51 well it’s not hard to imagine that whatever this is related. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Hampshire Cylinder

Conway — We went to the top of White Mountain on July 7, 2017, and after coming back down the twisting road to park in the information building to cool the breaks and take a bathroom break.

As we were leaving I took a photo of the building and did not realize till today that there was an object above the building. That’s when I noticed the object in my photo. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Jersey Object

Beachwood — A week ago about July 5, 2017, at 1:30 am, I ran my dog out front and caught something in the sky I thought was odd. There was an aircraft with several flashing lights on it but it wasn’t moving. I come in the house and for the next hour I watched this silent thing out my window just hover with very slight bobbling. I was 100% positive it wasn’t a helicopter or planet because it’s much bigger than Jupiter/ I’m right next to Toms River in Ocean County. The object was near Joint Base McGuire so I called them at 2:30 am and got the operator. After explaining what I was seeing he said they have nothing in the sky, but he believes me and wasn’t surprised at all. Then he just said there’s nothing he can do and maybe try 911.

So the next night I brought my sister out around midnight when I saw it again Her first words were “What is that”? It’s not any kind of plane.  My cell phone camera can’t pick it up unfortunately. Feel free to call me anytime on my cell 732-581-6000. Thanks, Joe

Ohio Disc

Celina — At 8:49 pm, I was standing on my balcony facing north while smoking a cigarette on June 27, 2016 when I noticed a while disc shaped object. It was significantly brighter in color and moving fairly quickly although the exact speed I couldn’t say. I managed to take 4 pictures before I lost the object. After taking the pictures I showed them to my wife and she dismissed the images .I still cannot figure out what the object was. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Pennsylvania Orb

Harrisburg — I was at a buddy’s house Saturday night July 8, 2017. We were sitting outside when this extremely bright aircraft came over top of us. It made a noise like I haven’t heard before. It changed direction pretty quick and flew off out of sight in a few seconds. Four of us witnessed it. I got what photos I could from my crappy cell phone camera.

South Carolina Triangle

Columbia — I cannot recall the exact date now, but it was an evening in 2001 between 9 and 10:30 pm that it happened. I was driving from Columbia to Elgin when a MASSIVE triangular shaped craft was hovering above the interstate. It was dark colored, but it had three lights, one at each end of the triangle. I think one was green, red and either blue or yellow.  Several of us decided to pull over to look closer, and got out of their cars while I stood up thru the sky roof for a good look.  I stood and stared for at least 10 minutes.  It was strange how it stayed so long, and then it went dark before it disappeared at an unnaturally high speed. I know many people travelling the highway saw it. Fort Jackson is very close and there are two air bases in Sumter that borders Columbia.  I submitted sighting in May of 2008 in Spartanburg, SC.

Tennessee Two Orbs

Huntington — I was driving north on South Veterans Drive and my radar started going off on April 18, 2017. So I held my phone to my left at an apartment complex to see if I could figure out where the cop was hiding.

Well I was shocked upon review of the footage that there was no cop and there were two orbs that appear and then streak off to the left or approximately south. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Texas City Dikes – I was taking pictures of sunset and surroundings on July 8, 2017.

I never seen this in the sky due to sun but after taking the pictures and seeing it is unbelievable.

Worldwide UFO Sightings

Australia Cylinder

Port Macquarie, N.S.W — .Object was first sighted with 90 MM telescope on July 9, 2017. At 2.06 PM to 2.39 PM, it was not visible to the naked eye. The object drifted west for 5 minutes and then east for 20 minutes until it was out of sight. I used a Canon 7D camera with a 1,800 MM lens raw format. The object was fading in and out of visibility and was turning slowly at times. It looked like a possible serpent, similar to Mexico sightings. Your guess on what this object was is as good as mine. It was an unknown object.

Canada near Miss

Lake Ontario — Federal transportation investigators say they are unable to identify an airborne object that caused a Toronto-bound plane to take evasive maneuvers that left two flight attendants with minor injuries.

A Porter Airlines flight en route from Ottawa to Toronto on November 14, 2016 narrowly avoided a mid-flight collision above Lake Ontario with what flight crew said may have been a drone. The Transportation Safety Board says it has now closed its investigation into the incident, saying that the object doesn’t appear to have been a drone. The description and size of the object does not match any known commercial or consumer available unmanned aerial vehicle,” TSB spokeswoman Karine Eyamie said Wednesday. “The incident will remain identified as a near collision with an unidentified airborne object.”

The TSB noted that the incident occurred too far from shore and too high for the object to be a drone. The Dash 8 Porter aircraft with 54 passengers was flying at just under 3,000 meters over Lake Ontario at 7:30 a.m. and was about 55 kilometers from Toronto’s island airport when the near miss occurred.

The TSB said it will not file a full, public report on the incident. Porter previously said its two flight attendants, who were in the process of securing the cabin for landing and weren’t in their seats, were pitched about the cabin when the incident occurred, but continued with their duties. A TSB investigator said the aircraft ducked under the object in the air and noted that the encounter had been “very close.” A system-wide outage forcing Porter Airlines to ground all of its arriving and departing flights Saturday has been resolved, the airline says. Porter Airlines resumes flights following system outage affecting about 400 passengers Thanks to Paul Shishis

Scarborough — At 3:17 pm witnessed high in the sky thousands of feet– quarter mile away
heading towards the southeast on July 4, 2017
I could see a very high bright white flashing UFO on and off
I alerted a co-worker and pointed it out to him,  who could now see it. After taking a total of eight zoom shots I took video. This unknown object went above the clouds and was not seen again. France Light

 Saint Germain en Laye — I was at home watching the fireworks on July 14 at my window.
2. I call my girlfriend to tell her what I saw because my phone is broken cam. I describe to her the red point in the sky.
3. I thought it was a plane because the red light is like a plane’s light.
4. It looks like a red circle maybe more like a small cone, and not a perfect circle. At the beginning, before I took my laptop to film the object. It was like he is watching the fireworks or wondering what was going on here. It remained until the end of the fireworks and moved to the right and left very quickly. I turned on my Macbook Pro and turned on photo booth. It blinks 2 or 3 times and has flashing stop disappearing from my field of view.

   Netherlands Orbs

Department Lozere — My mother, eleven year old son, and I were sitting outside looking up at the night-sky explaining the Big Dipper on August 18, 2012. There is a lot of activity in the sky: apart from the usual airplanes and satellites.

On the left of the handle of the Big Dipper  a rather bright little white light (a little ‘star’ if you will), in a jerky fashion and with the tiniest wobble moves ‘down’ along the handle and finally, I think even before reaching the pan it disappears.
I witnessed the exact same thing a couple of weeks earlier so immediately after I drew a simple sketch of it too.

The last sighting had a similar effect but the direction was NNW followed, in the same direction but at a little distance, by a short, parallel streak of light, most likely a meteor. #2 a light/’star’ was moving in the same manner but in the opposite direction of #1; While #4 flew the same as #1 again. Then #5: was observed by my son with his younger eyes. “Look look straight up!” he said, “I saw a dim metal grey flying vessel heading west. This was the most spectacular event we saw that night about 11:10 PM. The vessel seemed to be one object in a diamond shape but it had four segments with lightning-like bluish-white neon light tube. The silent vessel flew 100 meters high at 150 and 200 km/h and was the size of a fighter jet. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Peru Black Orb

Lima — I was adjusting my camera to high quality and making test pictures on July 9. 2017. Only when I was on my PC did I see a dark ball inside the fog of the sky. It was to the east of Lima. The previous and later pictures did not show the ball, it was in just one picture.
I was taking some 15 pictures each minute.
Today it was cloudy early in the morning and less cloudy at the time of the picture. The Sun was going to the West. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Puerto Rico Disc

 Humacao — Following a sequence of photo shooting I found a Flying Saucer southeast of us on July 05, 2017, One photo was at  5:14PM and the other at 5{17PM.

One photo had three objects and the other had one object which I believe is the same object in both photo.

There seems to be UFO activities around the antenna tower area on top of the hill at the other side of the town in Humacao, Puerto Rico seen in the picture. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Turkey Orbs

Samsun — I sat on the balcony on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 23:00. I looked at the sky to see if there were stars.
Three lights of orange color appeared on the roof of the next school. They are in the shape of a circle and they fly in a northeast direction in the form of a triangle.

Two of the lights left their places a little and they came back to their old places. Everything was so fast and gets very close. Thanks to MUFON CMS

UK England Disc

Gatwick — It was a hot summer’s day, and I was sitting in the garden, outside my building, when I noticed something shiny in the sky on July 12, 2012. I knew it was not an airplane, because, I live under the flight path of two airports, Gatwick to the South and Heathrow heading to the North.

I always take my camera and binoculars outside day or night. I took out my camera (old TZ8) and zoomed in and started taking pictures, I managed to get about 5/6 picture, when I looked at them, I was shocked at what I was looking at and decided, I was not staying out side anymore.
I had/ have an Instagram page uploaded the pictures and told my followers, that I saw a UFO that evening. The UFO disappeared into the clouds and that was the last I saw of that one. The next day, I went back into my garden and noticed something red in the sky. I managed to get one picture of this UFO, because it was moving so fast. After seeing this UFO, I went inside, because I was getting scared. Since then, it’s been hell. I now have UFOs, coming over me and my building, every time I go outside to stargaze. Huge Unidentified Flying Object caught on Sat24 Africa Satellite

A resident of TD near Boston was looking at the weather on Sat24 and noticed a huge unidentified flying object moving at very high speed between north Sudan and Chad.

These pictures are taken from sat24 Africa satellite and daytime map on 23 July, 2017 and show a satellite image looking at the sub Saharan Africa region, specifically the border between Sudan and Chad.

At 09.30 there is nothing but cloud but at 10.00 you can clearly see something moving at high speed coming out of the border area between north Sudan and Chad.

At 10.15 the object is bigger and by the distance covered travelling at a very high speed, then at 10.30 it is gone. It seems to be coming out of north Sudan and curving into Chad in a SW direction.

The witness states “Given the high speed and size of the object, it is absolutely no plane.” So, what is it, a rocket, a UFO? Mufon case 85291.

UFO Photographs Taken In London, England

Do not fear the animal mutilations, crop circles, claims of “ancient astronauts,” lights in the sky or the strange new cults for the reason that we do not know yet if they exist. However, it has been decades since the sighting emerged, however, no definite answers yet. So the answer would merely depend on the belief you have. It was a hot summer day when the witness was sitting in the garden. Minutes later, he noticed something shiny in the sky. Of course, he knew that it was not an aeroplane as he is familiar with it. In fact, he lives under the flight paths to two different airports, the Heathrow heading to the North, and the Gatwick heading to the South.

The good thing is, the witness always takes his binoculars and camera outside, whether it is day or night. He took his camera and tried zooming in. He started taking pictures and managed to get five to six photos. The witness was scared when he looked at them and finally decided never to stay outside again. The witness shared the photos on his Instagram page by telling his followers what he saw. The UFO finally disappeared in the clouds, and that was the last time he saw. The next day he decided to stay in the garden to do some readings but noticed something red in the sky. He again took his camera out of his bag and started taking pictures, but only managed to get one pic since it was moving too fast. After seeing the images, he went inside because of fear. Since then, it has been hell since strange objects are coming over as soon as he goes outside to stargaze.

There is no rationale as to how these strange objects got there or why they exist, to begin with. There are tonnes of research to be done concerning the aliens and what they are. The witness was reliable enough to conclude what he saw. He has photos and people that can support his statements.

NASA Mars Rover Snapped The Clearest Alien UFO Ever

It does not matter how anyone personally feels political these days. Folks who take religion to literal extremes could care less as well as many of these people that the Earth will suffer a biblical or dogmatic fate. NASA, one of the leading space discovery areas, is one that has helped to provide new insights to those interested in space. Not only is this a part of the current events, but also invites discovery into the events that are designed to help with the discovery of the history of space science.

Recently, a clear photo showing an extraterrestrial spaceship went viral on the internet. The Mars Rover of NASA has snapped a photo that shows a strange object appearing on the Red Planet’s surface. The high-definition image shows the rocky landscape situated on the Mars. However, there is an object right in the middle of the image that looks entirely different. It has a metallic and smooth exterior. There is no denying that it bears a resemblance to a stereotypical spaceship. Certainly, it does not look like the natural forces made it.

However, NASA did announce that it had found a running water in 2015 on Mars. Guess what? There may be an existence of an alien right now. Moreover, the new development rise after the hacking group named Anonymous claimed by the space agency will eventually announce the fact that they saw aliens. Alien hunters post photos or videos online, claiming to be an alien craft. They are amateur footage so not convincing. However, the Rover of NASA is equipped with powerful lenses, so the image is incredibly clear. According to the conspiracy theorists, many people accuse NASA of covering up the alien existence – sometimes posting images from the surface of the Mars or the moon, claiming they show aliens or artefacts even if they are just an oddly shaped object or rock. But with the image posted on March, the discovery is challenging to explain.

Abandoned 'out of this world' UFO-shaped Soviet monument captured in incredible photographs

Incredible photographs have captured a Soviet monument that looks like a UFO straight out of a sci-fi film.

With a large spaceship-shaped dome and a beaming silhouette from the centre it would be easy to confuse the Buzludzha monument with a scene from the movie Independence Day.

But the attraction near to Kazanluk, Bulgaria, played host to the country’s socialist communist party with its grandiose space, 70 metre tower and striking mosaic artwork.

Construction of the monument began on 23 January 1974 and opened on 23 August 1981. It cost roughly $35 million to build.

Mosaics inside the building cover approximately 510 square metres of space and are decorated in commemoration of the history of the Bulgarian Communist Party.

The site, which was abandoned in 1989 after the collapse of the Soviet Union, was visited by Bob Thissen from Heerlen, The Netherlands.

After a two-hour mountainous trek through the snow, urban explorer Bob photographed the incredible location saying it looked like a scene from a sci-fi film.

A strange looking object seen flittering over the skies of Cornwall left locals bemused, with some believing that aliens had paid a visit to the UK's southernmost county.

A number of clips taken over the past couple of days shows a shimmering black object in the sky morphing into different shapes and sizes, uncharacteristic of a flock of birds. 

Surfer Kiefer Krishnan, caught the strange object on his Go-Pro camera while hitting the waves on Monday.

The same day photographer Shayne House spotted the UFO, which appears to disappear and re-materialise, over the A30, declaring on Twitter: 'What the?! Is this an alien spacecraft over the A30?'

Also on Monday Harry Wild, who works in food marketing, caught the object over Fistral beach and asked on Twitter if anyone else had seen it.

On Tuesday, there were more sightings with beauty blogger Stephanie, who runs the 'cocochic' website,  also recording the mysterious moving shades in the sky while going to the hairdressers in Truro.

The belief that aliens may have chosen Cornwall as their first landing point on Earth was short lived however. 

The Eden Project, who are hosting its new Journey Into Space attraction on July 27, have hinted that they had something to do with the quickly moving black smudge in the skies.

A spokesperson for the centre said: 'It's true we have a galaxy of ways to tell the story of space at Eden this summer. To coin a phrase… ''The truth is out there.''

UFO hunters are convinced they have found solid evidence of alien life over Cornwall as dozens of locals reported seeing a strange translucent, shimmering craft in the sky.

Over the past week, residents of Cornwall have reported seeing a strange shimmering object in the sky which some believe is proof that extraterrestrials are visiting.

The odd phenomenon was first spotted on Monday by surfer Kiefer Krishnan, who caught it on his Go-Pro camera, and uploaded it to Instagram with the caption: “Looking through the GoPro footage and found the Strangest sighting at the end of the vid.”

Since then, a flurry of videos were uploaded to social media sites, all of which were spotted in different locations across the southwestern tip of England.

Harry Wild wrote on Twitter: “Odd sighting at #Fistral today. Anyone else see it? #ufocornwall”.

It has been seen over Truro city centre, Carluddon clay tip, Fistral beach in Newquay, over the A30, above Roche Rock and by a surfer above the sea off the Cornish coast.

People have taken to social media in their droves after witnessing the weird object.

The first to spot it was surfer Kiefer Krishnan, who caught it on his Go-Pro camera, which he posted on his Instagram account on Monday.

Photographer Shayne House spotted the weird object, which appears to disappear and rematerialise, over the A30, also on Monday. He filmed it for A30 and even managed a close-up. He declared on Twitter: "What the?! Is this an alien spacecraft over the A30?"

Dan Goodwin took to Twitter when he captured footage of "this weirdness" at the clay tip near St Austell. His film was retweeted 78 times.

The final sighting, so far, was by a Steph – who goes by the name CocochicBlog – who caught the odd object on her phone above Truro while on the way to a hair appointment.

While some believe the shimmering, translucent, pulsating object is "some kind of craft", others believe it to be swarm of insects or birds - and it has even been suggested it could a publicity stunt for the new 'Journey into Space' attraction at the Eden Project.

Whatever it is, it has turned heads across the Duchy.

Cornwall Live approached various agencies about these sightings but no one has any answers.

The Eden Project launches its new Journey Into Space attraction on Thursday, July 27, prompting speculation the UFO could be a publicity stunt.

Awakening was billed as the place "where ufology and conspiracy meets spirituality and consciousness." I found Flat Earth truthers and Darth Vader instead.

I hadn't even entered Europe's biggest UFO convention before someone handed me a pamphlet linking Satan to aliens, featuring a quote attributed to Jesus that was apparently uttered by the Son of God sometime in September of 1985. I'd gone with my friends, Tom and Matt, to check out Awakening, billed as the place "where ufology and conspiracy meets spirituality and consciousness."

A month or so ago, Tom texted me a link to the event page. I knew I had to go as soon as I saw it—we wanted to challenge our deeply-held beliefs and see if they would stand up to all the ideas and theories we'd read about in obscure corners of the internet. Was the Earth flat? Are politicians actually reptilian humanoids? Why not go in with an open mind?

As Tom finished his cigarette, a man dressed as Darth Vader emerged out of the venue, followed closely by a troop of Stormtroopers. The Bowlers Exhibition Center in Manchester usually plays host to Elvis impersonator concerts and the Great Northern Ska Festival, but I doubted the 84,000 square feet hall had ever encountered this mix of sci-fi enthusiasts, New Age kooks, Flat Earth conspiracy theorists, and people otherwise willing to fork out anywhere between £15 to £100 for a ticket to drink in a Star Wars inspired cantina bar.

When Tom threw his cigarette butt on the ground, a woman handing out pamphlets to asked him to be a good lad and pick it up and put it in the bin. "They'll get ya," she added in a thick Mancunian accent, looking around conspiratorially.

This was the first Awakening expo, but the packed crowd clearly didn't care that this was its maiden voyage. People stood around the entrance, spinning on their heels and deciding where to go first: the stalls selling everything from Pokémon toys, healing crystals and VHS tapes for 20 pence apiece? The Area 51 mock-up, complete with a UFO guarded by two alien "greys" with bulging, orb-like eyes? As we decided on a plan for the day, Tom nudged me, and I looked up to see a man dressed as Elvis circling the Pokémon stall, talking to a friend.

On our way to a talk titled "The Secret Life of Teas: A Journey Into Plant Intelligence and How It Can Guide Our Personal Evolution," we walked past two men dressed as men in black, complete with sunglasses and earpieces. "Cool costumes," I said to Matt. "Is that what they want you to think?" he replied.

Anne, the founder of Attic Teas, a Bristol-based tea company and cafe, took to the stage in front of about 25 people. Hydration, she informed us, was important to reach a higher state of being, and vibrations were key to reaching this higher consciousness.

We lined up to be served a small paper cup of tea and returned to our seats. According to Anne, it was a blend of Attic Teas' own making; once we'd drunk it, she would help us through a guided meditation routine. I downed mine and enjoyed the slightly herb-y aftertaste as Anne fiddled around with her laptop for a few seconds. "Notice the energy of your breath," a soothing voice radiated from the speakers. "Notice how it feels."

Darth Vader had clearly circled back to the venue; I could hear his distinctive breathing from somewhere in the crowd. Maybe he was a fan of artisanal teas and guided meditation. Despite the distractions, most of Anne's audience kept their eyes closed. I did feel relaxed and kind of spaced out, even though it sounded like Darth Vader was wheezing directly in my ear.

A rapt audience at a talk about how humanity was descended from lizards.

"We will definitely be attending next year," Anne said in an email after the event. "It was right up our street!" When I asked what a tea company had to do with conspiracy theories, and UFOs, she replied that she didn't really like the term "conspiracy theory" because it "sets an 'us versus them' tone."

"We should all be encouraged to question things and discover alternatives," she added. "For me, the power of possibility is what I find intriguing, the invisible world of vibrational energy, intention and ancient wisdom that comes from everything, not just humanity."

On another stage, Flat-Earth truther Darren Nesbit was just beginning a talk with the somewhat protracted title: "A Fixed Plane Earth Presentation. Exposing The Lies of NASA, The World Governments and Media."

Nesbit, a solemn bald man with a beard, admitted that a talk on the flat Earth might seem incongruous at a UFO convention, but explained that it was the perfect setting for it because everyone was here "seeking truth." As the name suggests, Flat Earthers believe that we live on a flat plane, instead of a round, sphere-like planet. (You might think that any number of NASA pictures would be enough to dissuade them, but Flat Earthers also believe that NASA is in on the conspiracy.)

The talk began with an image from The Truman Show (1998) featuring Jim Carrey ascending the stairs at the edge of his film set world, about to discover the truth of what lies behind his life. Its caption read: "We accept the reality of the world with which we are presented."

Nesbitt's talk went down a storm: All the seats were taken, and people had lined up at the back to listen to him speak. After the event, he said that getting the Flat Earth message out was usually a lot harder. "I try to look for the right opening to bring it up, normally with humor," he said on email. "It's easier if you start with money, politics—things that people are familiar with and know there's something dodgy about to begin with."

According to its organizers, Awakening was a "phenomenal success"—tickets for their 2018 expo have already been released. The 2,500 people that walked through its doors, they said, were proof that "more and more people are seeking answers to the biggest questions of mankind and our true origins." One thing I do know is that I came out with more questions than when I went in, but maybe next year I'll just go for the tea.

MYSTERY surrounds a possible UFO sighting photographed by people on the northern beaches this month.

Narrabeen’s Gus Medero captured a close-up shot of the bizarre object and he was one of several witnesses at a loss to explain­ it.

The Civil Aviation Safety Authority has also described the object as “a mystery”.

Mr Medero was taking sunrise photos at Avalon’s Bangalley Head on July 5, about 7am, when his camera also captured a large white dot in the sky above the sun.

Medero said the unidentified object looked to have “four jet streams coming out” of it.

“I’ve never seen anything like it,” Mr Medero said.

“I can’t really give you a definitive answer (on what it was).”

Mr Medero said the object — which was moving in upwards — was most likely a satellite, if he had to guess.

Cromer’s Blake Hirst also took photographs of the object­, from Dee Why Beach.

He, along with others at the beach at the time, said he noticed the object­ move from one side of the rising sun to the other before­ it disappeared upwards into the atmosphere.

“It’s the strangest thing I’ve ever seen,” he said.

“I’m not one to believe in UFOs or ghosts or anything like that but it makes you wonder. Some guy made a joke that it was the North Koreans­ sending a missile.”

Asked if he thought it could have been a drone or a plane, Mr Hirst said: “The way it took off and shot up to space, it could have been a drone ... but I don’t know.

“It seemed it was going way too fast to be a drone — it was going faster than an aeroplane.”

Mr Hirst said it looked like lights were “flashing on and off” from the object.

Belrose woman Bernice Camf also saw the object from her home and believed it was “space junk”.

A spokesman for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority viewed photos of the object and said it was a mystery as to what it was.

At that time of the morning the light often makes things look different than they are,” he said.

 It’s a close encounter of the blurred kind.

A video filmed in the east end of Glasgow on Monday has attracted debate online over whether or not it captures a UFO.

The clip, uploaded by David Rhodes, shows a bright circular light in the distance.

Rhodes said in a comment posted online: “It disappeared right after the video ended and the sky was clear - spooky.”

Amateur photographs and videos of UFOs have a huge following, with the town of Bonnybridge, near Falkirk, being a mecca for enthusiasts from all over the world.

Earlier this year pictures of an UFO spotted near the Kelpies went viral.

Heather McEwan, from Falkirk, took some shots of the famous landmark in May and later spotted a strange object in the image she had taken.

Heather said: “I came home and it wasn’t till the following day when I was showing my daughter the pictures that she spotted a strange object.

“Curious I took the camera to Asda and had the picture blown up. I contacted UFO website BEAMS (The British Earth and Aerial Mysteries Society) and sent the picture.

“They were very interested and asked me to send the original files which I did. After examining the files they have agreed that it is not a plane or drone, nor is it a reflection from a camera and have now put it up as a UFO on their website.”

I have a confession to make. If I were a member of Congress, I would ask serious questions like Al Franken and Elizabeth Warren do, but I'd also ask questions like the one that Congressman Dana Rohrabacher threw at Ken Farley on Tuesday. Farley is a Mars specialist from NASA. Rohrabacher is a congresscritter from California. The following dialogue ensued, from Ars Technica.

"You have indicated that Mars was totally different thousands of years ago. Is it possible that there was a civilization on Mars thousands of years ago?"

"So the evidence is that Mars was different billions of years ago. Not thousands of years ago."

"Well, yes." "And, umm, there would be, there's no evidence that, uhh, I'm aware of," Farley continued.

"Would you rule that out? See, there's some people... Well, anyway."

"I would say that is extremely unlikely."

Admit it. You'd ask about stuff like this, too. Hell, Bill Clinton wasn't in office for six months before he was asking the Air Force about UFOs. Hillary Rodham Clinton talked about them while running in 2016. One of the least damaging revelations by WikiLeaks that came out of the hack of John Podesta's account was Podesta's abiding interest in the same subject, via NBC News:

Podesta also got multiple emails from Blink-182 guitarist and UFO enthusiast Tom DeLonge. They revealed that Podesta took part in a documentary about extraterrestrials by DeLonge was producing. And they revealed that DeLonge was interested in introducing Podesta to people who shared their UFO obsession. "I think you will find them very interesting, as they were principal leadership relating to our sensitive topic," DeLonge wrote in an Oct. 26, 2015 email. "Both were in charge of most fragile divisions, as it relates to Classified Science and DOD topics." "Just looking to have a casual, and private conversation in person," the email states.

Also, I'd advise you all not to elect me president, because I would go completely bananas on this kind of stuff.

UFO in de lucht boven Groot-Brittannië houdt gemoederen flink bezig. Wat is dit?

Groot-Brittannië was deze week in de ban van UFO’s. In het Engelse Cornwall is door verschillende mensen een vreemd vliegend voorwerp gefilmd, schrijven diverse media.

Veel mensen denken dat het een publiciteitsstunt was van Project Eden, een lokale toeristische attractie. Anderen geloven dat aliens het graafschap hadden bezocht.

EEN WEEK VAN VREEMDE WOLKEN, UFO'S EN DIMENSIEPORTALEN ( VIDEO )

Naast alle andere vreemde verschijnselen in de lucht is het nu zo langzamerhand overduidelijk dat er ook intelligente activiteiten boven onze hoofden plaatsvinden. 

In slechts enkele dagen tijd zijn er een aantal verschijningen van vreemde wolken met daar omheen vliegende UFO’s. 

Voor wie zijn ogen openhoudt, valt er veel te ontdekken in de lucht. De meeste mensen raken begrijpelijkerwijs al opgewonden wanneer ze een onbekend vliegend object ontdekken, maar vaak is er nog veel meer te zien. 

Daarom vandaag wat voorbeelden die door mensen grotendeels niet worden opgemerkt. 

Zoals de volgende opname die enkele dagen geleden is gemaakt in Veliki Novgorod, een stad halverwege tussen Moskou en Sint Petersburg in Rusland.

Zo op het eerste gezicht lijkt het op een eenzame UFO in de nachtlucht, maar schijn bedriegt hier. Wanneer je goed kijkt naar de beelden hieronder, dan zie je weer een voor ons bekend patroon. 

Links een donkere wolk die eigenlijk niet in het landschap thuis hoort en al met al zie je twee UFO’s die om de wolk heen dartelen. Iets dat we al veel vaker hebben gezien en ons ook door getuigen is verteld. 

 

Eveneens een paar dagen geleden filmt een inwoner uit Kazachstan vreemde lichten die uit een wolk tevoorschijn lijken te komen.

Ook hier lijkt het weer als je naar de bewegende beelden kijkt, alsof de lichten thuis horen in de dikkere wolk. Ook hier zie je hetzelfde soort verschijnsel van ronddartelende lichten alsof het verkenners zijn. 

 

Dan een vreemde, minder vaak voor komende UFO en wolk opname die op 18 juli genomen schijnt te zijn bij Jacksonville in de Amerikaanse staat Florida. 

Vanuit de hemel zie je een heel vreemdsoortige, diamant-vormige wolk als het ware naar beneden hangen, met aan de rechterkant daarvan een UFO.

Maar, hier wordt het nog veel vreemder. Ook hier zie je de UFO een beetje rond de vreemde wolk vliegen, maar aan het eind van het iets minder dan anderhalve minuut durend filmpje, zie je de vreemde wolk naar boven opstijgen. 

Alsof het geen wolk is, maar een gecontroleerd ruimteschip, wat het waarschijnlijk ook is. 

 

Dan een ander fenomeen dat eveneens deze week gebeurde, in het Engelse Cornwall. Dit gebied is gelegen aan de uiterste zuidwest punt van Groot Brittannië en talloze getuigen hebben opnames gemaakt van iets dat er als volgt uit ziet:

Het beweegt ook en heeft in eerste instantie wel iets weg van een grote groep vogels die soms ook wel hele vreemde patronen in de lucht kunnen maken, maar men schijnt het erover eens te zijn dat het hier geen vogels betreft. 

Wat is het dan wel? Zijn we hier getuige van weer een soort dimensieportaal in een wolk of is het iets totaal anders? 

 

Naast alle andere verschijnselen die zichtbaar zijn in de lucht en waar we eerder over schreven, is nu toch zo langzamerhand wel overduidelijk dat er meer, voor de gemiddelde mens onbekende, beschavingen actief zijn op aarde.

Er zijn aardig wat voorspellingen gedaan die te maken hebben met de maand september van dit jaar. Zijn wij getuige van de aanloop daar naartoe?

For all the hope and expectation, it is sobering to recall that, despite the best efforts of scientists and engineers, there is still no evidence that life exists anywhere beyond our own planet. There are, however, some planetary prime suspects. Here are the five places astronomers and astrobiologists think are the best chances for harbouring ET.

1. LHS 1140b

News of this planet, a “rocky super-earth”, was announced in the journal Nature in April. Orbiting a red dwarf 39 light-years from Earth, the planet sits in its star’s habitable zone and has an estimated mass almost seven times that of our own planet, leading to the assumption that it comprises rock encasing a solid iron core. According to Jason Dittmann of the Harvard Smithsonian Centre for Astrophysics in Massachusetts, US, LHS 1140b’s density means it might have survived the runaway global warming thought to denude many red dwarf planets. If so, it might now boast a stable atmosphere and liquid water. “This is the most exciting exoplanet I’ve seen in the past decade,” he said. “We could hardly hope for a better target to perform one of the biggest quests in science – searching for evidence of life beyond Earth.

2. Enceladus

Thanks to data from NASA’s Cassini spacecraft, Saturn’s moon Enceladus has emerged as every ET-hunter’s favourite target – mainly due to the strong likelihood that it features a subterranean ocean. In April this year, a team of scientists from the South West Research Institute (SWRI) in Texas, US, revealed a plume of hydrogen erupting from the moon’s surface. The plume may well be evidence of hydrothermal vents in the subsurface ocean – the same type of vents that support extremophile life on earth. “The discovery of hydrogen gas and the evidence for ongoing hydrothermal activity offer a tantalising suggestion that habitable conditions could exist beneath the moon’s icy crust,” says principal investigator Hunter Waite.

3. Titan

Another of Saturn’s 53 moons, Titan is known to have permanent hydrocarbon lakes, a nitrogen-heavy atmosphere, and possibly a subsurface ocean beneath a salty crust. It is a possible host for either water-dependent or methane-dependent life.

4. Proxima-b

This planet, discovered in August 2016, orbits the star Proxima Centauri, 4.2 light-years away from our sun, and is the nearest candidate beyond the solar system for hosting ET. Research in May’s Astronomy & Astrophysics journal found the chances of life existing on the planet may hinge on its orbital speed. Astrophysicists at the University of Exeter calculated that if Proxima-b rotates on its axis three times for every two times it orbits its sun, then the chances of it being habitable are substantially improved.

5. Trappist-1

The announcement of the Trappist-1 system in February, with seven rocky planets orbiting an ultracool dwarf star, sent ripples of excitement through astrobiologists everywhere. At least three of the planets looked like they were within the star’s habitable zone. The latest analysis, by Eric Wolf from the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics at the University of Colorado, Boulder, US, has somewhat dampened expectations, suggesting that only one of the group has life-sustaining potential. But never mind: one chance in seven is still better than no chance at all.

Two large UFOs have been seen flying over Chelmsford

What could the object be?

A man has described his surprise at seeing two large UFOs in the sky over Chelmsford.

The resident, who did not want to be named, saw the objects in the air over Manor Road where he lives on Monday afternoon (July 17).

The two UFOs, which were different shapes, were first spotted by a group of people in the street just outside the city centre.

The man who contacted Essex Live said he was in his garden when he saw a small group of passers-by staring up into the sky.

"I heard one of them say 'is it a bird?' but then the others said 'that is no bird'," he said.

No one who saw the objects had any idea what they were

"When I looked up I saw two large objects in the sky. They were jet black underneath. They were quite big and quite high up. They were sort of rolling over and over in the sky. At first I thought they were bits of a large balloon but they didn't move like that.

"Then I wondered if they were bits of plastic that had got up into the sky but they were moving faster than the wind which didn't make sense. One was almost a cylinder shape and the other was longer. It was very strange.

"There is no way they were aeroplanes. At this point I rushed indoors to get my camera and when I came back they had moved a bit further away but I managed to get a few snaps.

The objects were said to be moving 'faster than the wind'

"I have never seen anything like it before. I have no clue what they were. They seemed to be almost linked together as they kept at roughly the same distance apart the whole time.

"I watched them move off into the distance as they headed towards the cricket ground but then I lost sight of them. I wouldn't like to say what they were, I really have no idea."

The man has since showed the photos to "six or seven" people and no one has been able to hazard a guess at what they might be.
