Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

De groeiende stapel bewijs voor UFO’s kan niet langer worden genegeerd. Als je voorbij de horrorfilms over aliens en de nepfilmpjes van UFO’s kijkt dan kom je al gauw tot de ontdekking dat er heel veel hooggeplaatste overheidsfunctionarissen en wetenschappers (500+) zijn geweest die hebben gezegd dat dit onderwerp een stuk serieuzer moet worden genomen.
De Canadese oud-minister van Defensie Paul Hellyer heeft bijvoorbeeld gezegd dat we al worden bezocht door buitenaardse wezens.
Robert Bigelow, de oprichter van Bigelow Aerospace, heeft in een tv-interview gezegd ‘dat er een buitenaardse aanwezigheid is geweest en nog steeds is’.
Wetenschappelijk bewijs
Bigelow was nauw betrokken bij het geheime UFO-onderzoek van het Pentagon, waar de New York Times vorig jaar over berichtte.
De krant schreef dat Bigelow wrakstukken van UFO’s, bestaande uit onbekende legeringen, heeft opgeslagen in één van zijn gebouwen in Las Vegas.
Voormalig senator Harry Reid zei in een interview over deze wrakstukken: “Nu hebben we wetenschappelijk bewijs.”
Buitenaards ruimteschip
Oud-gouverneur Fife Symington was getuige van de Phoenix Lights in 1997. Tegen CNN zei hij later: “Het was waarschijnlijk een soort buitenaards ruimteschip.”
Waarom horen we hier bijna niets over op tv en lezen we hier vrijwel niets over in de kranten?
Wat de meeste mensen niet weten is dat in 1993 documenten uit de jaren vijftig zijn vrijgegeven waaruit blijkt dat de CIA opdracht had gegeven alle informatie over vliegende schotels te debunken.

De spionagedienst had geconcludeerd dat het Amerikaanse volk als het ging om UFO’s ontzettend goedgelovig en gevoelig voor massahysterie was.
De CIA werkte samen met de massamedia, Hollywood en zelfs Disney om al het UFO-onderzoek in diskrediet te brengen.
Taboe
De luchtmacht kreeg van de CIA opdracht om niet langer te praten over UFO’s en een desinformatiecampagne te beginnen.
De strategie werkte: UFO-onderzoek werd taboe, mensen raakten gedesillusioneerd en de media berichtten steeds minder vaak over UFO’s.
UFOs are SO hot right now. The US government’s quasi-official acknowledgement in December last year that aerial craft of unknown origin are real and continue to be secretly studied has reignited mainstream media interest in the subject—and this interest extends to the entertainment industry.
Hollywood is hoping to capitalize on the public’s newfound willingness to believe that “the truth is out there” with two major projects set for release in 2019, both co-produced by self-described “UFOlogist” Steven Spielberg: A Men in Blackspinoff movie starring Chris Hemsworth (the filming of which caused some disruption in London last week), and a reboot of the popular 1990s teen sci-fi series, Roswell.
The new TV show, titled Roswell, New Mexico, will again be adapted from the Roswell High book series by Melinda Metz and will draw narrative inspiration from the rich tapestry of UFO lore. It has been developed by Carina Adly Mackenzie for The CW and is set to debut as a mid-season entry during the 2018–19 television season. Controversially, it may even offer some mild Trump-era political commentary, specifically on the thorny topic of immigration. Here’s the official show blurb…
After returning to her hometown of Roswell, New Mexico, the daughter of undocumented immigrants discovers her teenage crush is an alien who has kept his unearthly abilities hidden his entire life. Roswell, New Mexico is a co-production between Bender Brown Productions, CBS Television Studios, Warner Bros. Television, and Spielberg’s Amblin Television. The cast includes Liz Ortecho, Nathan Parsons, Lily Cowles, Michael Vlamis, Tyler Blackburn, Heather Hemmens and Michael Trevino.
The show’s pilot episode is already in the bag after being filmed in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico last year. The rest of the series will begin filming on August 13, 2018 and will take place in Las Vegas, and Santa Fe.
As for the Men in Black spinoff, director F. Gary Gray’s London-based MIB is due for release on June 14, 2019.
The Moon has long held the fascination of humanity, whether it be in ancient times when she was looked upon as sister to the Sun, or in modern times with her enigmatic rise over the horizon on any clear evening. Much can be said of the connection life on Earth shares with our Moon, from the tidal fluxes it governs to the pale glow it casts on Earth as it reflects sunlight at night, to which nocturnal creatures move about.
The Moon has also captured our imaginations for other reasons, particularly since the Apollo missions of the 1960s that first took humans to our barren and lonely natural satellite. This, of course, has also led to some rather odd speculative threads in the decades that followed: on the more extreme side of things, there are those who still maintain that the Moon landings could have been hoaxed, despite a remarkable amount of evidence to the contrary.
Others, while acknowledging that NASA’s studies of the Moon are legitimate, nonetheless try to argue that the space agency has been working to hide things from the public that we’ve found there. These ideas largely center around the notion that various “out of place” objects are visible in NASA photography, which ranges from trees and various other kinds of flora to buildings, landed spacecraft, and even lunar archaeological digs, as proposed by Richard C. Hoagland and others over the years (this game of pareidolia has carried over to Mars in more recent years too, with tabloids constantly reporting on alleged objects, and in one case even a Sasquatch, visible on the Martian landscape).
Of course, while most claims that involve the discovery of strange things on the Moon (or on Mars, for that matter) are rubbish, it’s at least worth noting that the possibility of discovering objects of artificial origin maybe shouldn’t be ruled out of hand.
Some time back, an associate of mine whose professional background is in aeronautics put things into context for me during a discussion we were having about the search for alien life. He brought up why the creations of some long-lost intelligent civilization might indeed end up on our Moon, and even if that civilization never took interest in Earth or visited our planet at any time in the past. As my friend suggested at the time, what essentially might amount to the “debris of civilizations from the billions of years of the Universe’s existence that drifted here” could eventually be found on the Moon, likening such interstellar garbage to “the junk floating on (Earth’s) oceans.”
My friend hadn’t been the only person who ever wondered about this possibility, however unlikely it might actually be. In a paper from a number of years ago by Alexey Arkhipov of the Ukrainian Institute for Radioastronomy, titled “A Search for Alien Artifacts on the Moon,” Arkhipov pointed out that ten stars which had been discovered at the time of the paper’s authorship had been potential hosts to intelligent life. These planets, having come and gone in our solar system since the appearance of our planet, might have produced various kinds of technology for remote exploration of space, much like our current space programs have done over the last several decades.
“Such distances,”Arkhipov wrote, “can be covered by space probes even at the present day level of science and technology.” Additionally, Arkhipov suggested that while we are studying unusual features on the Moon that would appear to be natural, perhaps they should not be ruled out of hand–particularly when viewed from great distances away–as possible artificial features of some kind.
Arkhipov wrote:
Only about 0.5 percent of the lunar surface has been photographed with a resolution of 1-10 m (Hansen 1970). But even the 1 m resolution photography can prove to be insufficient for an artifact discovery. For example, a photograph taken by Lunar Orbiter 3 shows the Surveyor 1 station on the lunar surface merely as a light-colored boulder (Jaffe and Steinbacher 1970). Modern lunar base projects (Shevchenko and Chikmachey 1989) contemplate placing manned modules under the lunar surface to protect them from radiation and meteorites. It is not improbable that our predecessors did the same billions of years ago. Since that time traces of their constructions could be destroyed by erosion, making objects hard to find.
Arkhipov’s ideas are novel, and while perhaps unlikely, he’s correct that we should never rule things entirely out of hand before they are reliably disproven. Although of equal interest to the ideas expressed in Arkipov’s writing is the fact that such a paper exists in the first place; for ideas of this caliber to be espoused seriously by scientists these days, let alone a few decades ago, is often tantamount to being anomalous itself. Similar papers have appeared though, such as Paul Davies and R.V.Wagner’s “Searching for alien artifacts on the moon” (Acta Astronautica, Volume 89, August–September 2013, Pages 261-265) and Davies’ “Footprints of alien technology” (Acta Astronautica, Volume 73, 2012, pp. 250-257), just to name a few.
If technological trends and developments we are seeing today are any indications of things to come, they may also help facilitate more regular visits to the Moon, and if so, there may yet be unique things we’ll learn about our natural satellite… and maybe even a few unforeseen surprises.
I found these photos of a jellyfish UFO in the NASA Apollo 10 index. The UFO actually changes shape as it rotates and moves. The UFO is in the center of the photograph, so its very obvious that the astronaut that took the photo did see the UFO. Now I am asking myself three questions about this:
1. Is it a UFO that transports aliens?
2. Is it a non intelligent animal...like a jellyfish in space?
3. Is it intelligent enough to be communicated with?
So many questions all because of one discovery...the more we know, the more we want to know.
Imagine an alien taking part in the lunar mission Apollo 10...working with NASA to achieve a giant step forward for humanity. This just may be true. This NASA photo of an astronaut with one tinted eye shows that aliens may have taken part. The eye is large and dark, and he is looking toward the camera. The photos before and after do not show his eyes to be this way, so he must have blinked due to the flash of the camera bulb. Some alien species have built in sunglasses that are there to protect their eyes...much like the grey. They can raise it to make in invisible, just like you opening and closing your eye lids. Well the camera flash revealed who he really is...an alien.
I found this base on the Earths moon today. The base is clearly made by intelligent life because it has a perfectly flat bottom area which is impossible for something thats almost -5 miles across. However it could actually be a alien ship hovering above the surface. That would explain it. Also there is a tower near it that is about .3-.5 miles high. Absolute proof that aliens exist, so powerful of proof, we could take NASA to court and use this to force them to tell the truth about the existence of aliens. Scott C. Waring

Lauro Quotes MacArthur as Saying Wars Between Nations Are Now Obsolete
Mayor Achille Lauro of Naples, which was badly damaged in World War II, called on General of the Army Douglas MacArthur yesterday and received the general’s cheering opinion that war between countries on this earth was probably obsolete.
However, war between the planets may replace it, in the general’s opinion, Mayor Lauro reported afterward in the (New York Times, Oct 8, 1955.)
“We deal now, not with things of this world alone, but with the illimitable distances and as yet unfathomed mysteries of the universe. We are reaching out for a new and boundless frontier. We speak in strange terms of harnessing the cosmic energy, of making winds and tides work for us, of creating unheard of synthetic materials to supplement or even replace our old standard basics; to purify sea water for our drink; of mining ocean floors for new fields of wealth and food; of disease preventatives to expand life into the hundreds of years; of controlling the weather for a more equitable distribution of heat and cold, of rain and shine; of spaceships to the moon; of the primary target in war, no longer limited to the armed forces of an enemy,but instead to include his civil populations; of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy; of such dreams and fantasies as to make life the most exciting of all times.”
These two statements were apparently combined into:
“Because of the developments of science, all the countries on earth will have to unite to survive and to make a common front against attack by people from other planets. The politics of the future will be cosmic, or interplanetary.”
Researcher Tim Cooper writes; It is my understanding from what Cantwheel told me that the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU) was a unit in Army CIC before WW II that was proposed by General McArthur and established by a classified general order from General Marshall sometime in 1942 after an investigation of the March 1942 Los Angeles UFO air raid incident. In the frantic weeks that followed the Pearl Harbor attack, many Americans believed that enemy raids on the continental United States were imminent. On the West Coast, inexperienced pilots and radar men had mistaken fishing boats, logs and even whales for Japanese warships and submarines. Just a few days later on February 23, 1942, a Japanese submarine surfaced off the coast of Santa Barbara, California, and hurled over a dozen artillery shells at an oil field and refinery. While the attack inflicted no casualties and caused only minor damage, it marked the first time that the mainland United States had been bombed during World War II.
The day after the oil field raid, paranoia and itchy trigger fingers combined to produce one of the most unusual home front incidents of the war. It began on the evening of February 24, 1942, when naval intelligence instructed units on the California coast to steel themselves for a potential Japanese attack.

All remained calm for the next few hours, but shortly after 2 a.m. on February 25, military radar picked up what appeared to be an enemy contact some 120 miles west of Los Angeles. Air raid sirens sounded and a citywide blackout was put into effect. Within minutes, troops had manned anti-aircraft guns and begun sweeping the skies with searchlights.
It was just after 3 a.m. when the shooting started. Following reports of an unidentified object in the skies, troops in Santa Monica unleashed a barrage of anti-aircraft and .50 caliber machine gun fire. Before long, many of the city’s other coastal defense weapons had joined in. “Powerful searchlights from countless stations stabbed the sky with brilliant probing fingers,” the Los Angeles Times wrote, “while anti-aircraft batteries dotted the heavens with beautiful, if sinister, orange bursts of shrapnel.” Chaos reigned over the next several minutes. It appeared that Los Angeles was under attack, yet many of those who looked skyward saw nothing but smoke and the glare of backpack fire. Some people claimed to see disc shaped saucers in the air with exploding shells seeming to hit some sort of defensive shell around the craft. “Imagination could have easily disclosed many shapes in the sky in the midst of that weird symphony of noise and color.
For others, however, the threat appeared to be very real. Reports poured in from across the city describing Japanese aircraft flying in formation, bombs falling and enemy
World War II-era anti-aircraft spotlights.
There was even a claim of a Japanese plane crash landing or the downing of flying saucers. Allegedly one crashed in the ocean and was later recovered by the Navy.
While the Army also got a crashed UFO of its own.
Charles Patrick later wrote in a letter. “I could see six planes, and shells were bursting all around them.” The barrage eventually continued for over an hour. By the time a final “all-clear” order was given later that morning, Los Angeles’ artillery batteries had pumped over 1,400 rounds of anti-aircraft ammunition into the sky.
Secretary of War Henry Stimson echoed Army brass in saying that at least 15 planes had buzzed the city.
General Marshall established by a classified general order sometime in 1942 the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU after an investigation of the March 1942 Los Angeles UFO air raid incident. Thousands of military personnel and civilians who claimed to have seen aircraft in the skies over L.A. According to an editorial in the New York Times, some eyewitnesses had spied “a big floating object resembling a balloon,” while others had spotted anywhere from one craft to several dozen. “
Japanese military later claimed it had never flown aircraft over the city during World War II, providing fuel for a host of theories involving visits by flying saucers and extraterrestrials.
During the war years the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU) composed of several investigative teams were created to investigate the progress of the German atomic bomb program and the alleged German flying saucer program. The IPU reported directly to headquarters G-2 Intelligence.
Back in 1992, Robert Collins filed a FOIA request to INSCOM at Ft. Mead and received a 500-plus page package of Army CIC files on flying saucers in August 1996. More recently, NARA located the USAFOSI UFO files for all their districts and I gave this info to Ryan Wood who has received microfilm rolls of these files.
If the Department of the Army is correct, the IPU files are in there. If the IPU was created in 1942 as Cantwheel claims, then there had to have been incidents as far back as 1939 or 1940 to warrant an investigative unit in CIC. It is noteworthy to mention here that the State Department had received well over 800 reports from military Attaché’s during the 1946 UFO wave over Europe and is possible that the IPU got those reports. I have some reports from CIC in Europe that date to May 1947 and some reference CIC investigations in Germany shortly after Germany’s surrender. We have yet to see these. There were several projects. One was called MESA and another called HARASS. Project PAPERCLIP under a cover project called FIAT is mentioned in these CIC files. It would appear that the Army was investigating the UFO phenomena long before official Air Force investigations began in June 1947. General MacArthur and Admiral Mountbatten had knowledge of classified military involvement in the UFO issue has Allied Commanders in the Pacific during the Second World War. MacArthur was allegedly involved in the creation of an Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU) after the 1942 Los Angeles Air Raid involving UFOs. The IPU’s existence was eventually confirmed by Army responses to FOIA requests in 1984. Given MacArthur’s alleged role in the IPU, he was aware of official military records concerning UFOs. This contributed to his belief that extraterrestrials formed a national security threat that could unify the countries of the world.

Strong rumors indicate they both saw crashed saucers and their occupants in the Pacific. One allegedly landed on Admiral Mountbatten’s estate in England. His biography states, “What do you think about flying saucers?” He asked his daughter Patricia in a 1948 letter. He had been discussing the phenomena with his trusted close friend Peter Murphy. “They were both convinced that they come from another planet but we mutually and independently came to the conclusion that they were not aeroplanes with silly almost human pilots but are themselves the actual inhabitants: Martians, Venusians, Jupiterians or what have you. Why should life in another planet with entirely different conditions in any way resemble life on our planet? Their inhabitants might be ‘gaseous’ or circular or very large. They certainly don’t breathe, they may not have to eat, and I doubt if they have babies– bits of their great discs may break away and grow into a new creature. The fact they can hover and accelerate from the Earth’s gravity again and even resolve around a V2 in America (as reported by their head scientist) shows they are far ahead of us. If they really come over in a big way that may settle the capitalist communist war. Is Someone Sabotaging Our Weather?
Jet streams are like rivers of wind high above in the atmosphere. These slim strips of strong winds have a huge influence on climate, as they can push air masses around and affect weatherpatterns.
The Jet Stream has moved south creating a state of emergency in numerous states and Europe with unusually hot weather and floods in many states. Additionally, tornadoes are setting records. Jet streams form at the boundaries of adjacent air masses with significant differences in temperature, such as the polar region and the warmer air to the south. The jet stream is mainly found in the tropopause, at the transition between the troposphere (where temperature decreases with height) and the stratosphere (where temperature increases with height).
Russian and Chinese Haarp facilities could be effecting the weather to sabotage the weather in the United States. Obviously weather warfare is difficult to prove. Haarp facilities may be affecting the weather in the US and Western Europe bringing in extreme heat. This is the hottest weather in years and may be a natural occurrence.
Successful Russian rain making equipment was exported to Mexico is likely adding to the severe drought conditions in California. The large number of fires in California and the West suggest arson by terrorists is a partial cause. The tremendous heat in the West develops large thunderstorms, rain, tornadoes and floods in the Mid–West and East.
China is already spending $100 million a year to make rain as scientists and employees are actively changing the weather. The Beijing Weather Modification Office is part of China’s nationwide weather control effort, believed to be the world’s largest; it employs 37,000 people nationwide, who seed clouds by firing rockets and shells loaded with silver iodide into them.

The Chinese government has approved a $168 million plan (1.15 billion yuan) to modify the country’s weather, potentially bringing more rain and snow across an area almost double the size of France.

According to Zhang Qiang, head of the Office, cloud seeding increased precipitation in Beijing by about one-eighth nationwide, similar efforts added 7.4 trillion cubic feet (210 km3) of rain. Haarp appears to have the ability to effect the jet stream that appears to undulate more or less up and down as it meanders around the world. Effecting the jet stream direction in Russia or China theoretically can affect its position in the United States. Traditionally, cloud seeding has involved dropping a vapor into the clouds (usually silver iodide) that’s designed to bond with the water, making it heavier and creating rain or snow. Ground-based generators are designed to spray upwards into the clouds causing it to rain. New Radio Telescope Picks Up Mystery Signals Detected From Deep Space
A new radio telescope in Canada is doing its job picking up mysterious signals from deep space known as “fast radio bursts” (FRBs). The Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) in British Columbia detected the first-ever FRB at frequencies below 700 MHz on July 25, a signal named FRB 180725A. As you might guess, FRBs are milliseconds-long bursts of radio emissions that come from some unknown source across the universe. They’re one of the newer cosmic mysteries around, having been first detected only about a decade ago. Maya and Bruce Cornet, Amsterdam 1963
Dr. Bruce Cornet reports on his encounter with Maya and Lyra in Amsterdam in early August 1963. I was with my High School French Class, and we spent the summer at Cannes, France. On return to the United States we stopped at Amsterdam for three days.
Maya met me in the lobby, and asked me if she could be my tour guide. I thought she looked better than my other male companions, so I accepted her offer. I was mesmerized by Maya, a short petite brown-haired attractive woman, whose pheromones were very arousing at my age of 17. She spoke fluent English with no accent. For three days Maya escorted me around the city as a guide to tourist attractions, and I thought she lived there she knew the city so well. She introduced me to Lyra on the last day at the Zoo. I had no clue who she was or why she chose me. After two days I was falling in love with her; we held hands and even kissed.
She asked me about space travel. We talked about many subjects. At the end of day three days she asked me to take her back to her room in another building on the same street. At the door she said good bye. I asked her if we could write, and she said that would be impossible. I asked why? She replied that she did not live in Holland. I was surprised.

I asked her where she lived, and she said, “In the mountains.” I asked her which mountains, and she said, “The Andes Mountains” (in Peru?). I could not understand why she lived in another continent and did not have a mailing address. I would not find out why until I read Ted Rice’s story of meeting Maya and Lyra in Idaho during a summer job at a ski resort in 1962, one year before I met them. His story is published in Masquerade of Angels (1994) by the late Dr. Karla Turner.
In that lengthy story he tells of how on the last day he saw these two women, who befriended him for weeks at the resort, showing up unexpectedly and then disappearing just as mysteriously, they took him on a hike into the mountains to their disc-shaped ETV, and flew him to their underground base in the Andes Mountains. They showed him how they cloned human bodies and how they could transfer their consciousnesses from one body (container) to another. They transferred his spirit/consciousness to a female clone, and when he woke up he was shocked to find he was incarnated as a woman. He didn’t like it, so he asked them to return him to his original body, and they did. Then they took him back to the ski resort.
As crazy as this story might sound, and as dismissive it might be because critical parts of his story were recovered through regressive hypnosis, his description of Maya is exactly like my Maya (was she the original or a clone?), and what she asked and told both of us was very similar. She even told Ted that she kept a photo album filled with pictures of humans she had met on assignments.
I wanted a picture of her, but she said she did not want me to take a picture of her. That raised questions in my mind, because the entire encounter was so unusual, if not abnormal. I snuck a picture when we were at a wine factory, with me in the foreground and her in the background. Luis Elizondo Apparently Cannot Reveal Top Secret UFO Data
Dr. Bruce Cornet comment on Luis Elizondo tells the audience in the early part of his presentation at the overall successful MUFON Conference in Cherry Hill, NJ stated that “they” are already here. Then during the Q&A part at the end, he was asked to answer a question with a yes or no answer: Are ETs here? He said he could not answer that question yes or no, because he needed more facts. He said what he believes is not relevant, because it is an opinion. So he gave the audience a grey answer after saying “they” are already here. But he emphasized that the public needs to know the government (DoD) is taking the phenomenon seriously. The wolves have known for decades, but the sheep still do not know? Who is out of touch?· · He pushed the concept that the reality of ET and UAP are new to a lot of people, requiring slow disclosure with education. Nuclear Bomb or Asteroid Impact Creates a Nuke Mushroom
A meteor hit the earth and exploded with 2.1 kilotons of force last month, but the US Air Force has made no mention of the event.
NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory confirmed an object of unspecified size travelling at 24.4 kilometers per second struck earth in Greenland, just 43 kilometers north of an early missile warning Thule Air Base on the 25th of July, 2018.
Director of the Nuclear Information Project for the Federation of American Scientists, Hans Kristensen, tweeted about the impact, but America’s Air Force has not reported the event.
We’re still here, so they correctly concluded it was not a Russian first strike. There are nearly 2,000 nukes on alert, ready to launch. Mr. Kristensen argues it’s concerning there was no public warning from the US government about the incident. Arizona Light
On January 3, 2018 at 7:20 am, i was observing the sunrise. the object shown appeared in about 10seconds as I was watching. it appeared to be about 4-5 miles away and was hundreds of feet across. The object looked to be circular in shape and had pointed v-shaped structures coming out from the outside edges that were similar to the crown on the statue of liberty. The object was gleaming brightly in a silver color. It seemed to drop in altitude to just above the clouds and then remain stationary. I routinely take photos of sunrises and wanted to capture it to show to my wife. I ran out onto my front deck in my underwear and only took two photos as it was very cold. My mind was very confused at what I had seen and I seemed to have an inability to focus on the event. Just after the incident we were returning home after dark and had just left the highway onto Windmill Road when a disc UFO slowly passed over us going east and quickly disappeared glowing orange and red on the underside. Hot Springs — Here is a photo of the UFO sighted over Lake Ouachita on July 20, 2018. You can zoom in and actually see the outline and the geometric shape through the white light. You can see in the photo that it was not a star.. The sighting occurred around 9:30 p.m. I was looking due south.

Farmington — I and my grandchild were observing the stars outside our house on June 22, 2018, when an object appeared over the house across the street at a high altitude. At first we thought it was a plane so my grandchild started looking through binoculars and realized it was in the shape of a triangle.

I was watching the sunset on a 2nd story porch facing the bay on July 10, 2018.. 2. I first noticed how bright the object was and I thought odd there were no stars out yet 3. I had no idea what it was but it was slowly moving in my direction. Then became stationary. 4. The slow moving object had huge bright lights surrounding with a metallic background and smaller dimmer lights in the center. 5. We brought my cousin’s telescope out and we then could see the details described in #4. I was very excited, jumping up and down, due to details we could see through the telescope. White Plains— This is a photo I was sending to my family for genealogical purposes. I have the original and can provide it. once I uploaded the photo from my phone to my mac I noticed the odd object to the right since it was a black and white photo, it could have been silver, grey, etc. What captured my attention was a trail behind it like a contrail/chemtrail. That was a very odd thing to see back in 1919, It could be something wrong with the camera, but I found it interesting and thought MUFON would appreciate looking into it.

North Carolina Object
Winston Salem— This is an aircraft you can see most of the days landing in that area. I don’t know if this is another kind of ship. But it is interesting because it was a metal structure, aluminum, and was landing in that area. If you check the area in Goggle Earth you can see that in that area there is no a proper place to receive it.
The route is US-HWY 311. Close to Winston Salem, Exit 68. You can see it between 6 and 7 PM. It appears first as a light or star, and after a moment you can note that is descending. I tried of make it clearer with Photo shop and got a litter better view of the aircraft. Looks like an spherical shape. Very interesting really. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Monroe Institute — I was further analyzing my videos from Sunday, July 29, 2018, and I saw this when I made the picture of the starship a little bigger. It’s as though the star beings were saying Hi to me. The lines in the picture are from the computer’s monitor when I took the picture of the stopped video. I took this photo at night of a star craft that came overhead on June-5, 2018. The letters were “ty”. My wife and my son suggested that “ty” might mean thank you. Strange. Spokane –I look up at about 55* in the Western sky and see a bright light which I first thought was a helicopter but it made no sound and then it started immediately dimming/getting further SW then disappearing suddenly. As I am stunned I get up try to see if it went behind the tree in front of our porch, I then noticed two stars and all of a sudden a smaller dimmer light came out from behind (?)and under and then to the right of the brighter star and then changed direction started moving like a dim satellite moving up (eastward). It made no sound. Then at 4:27 am I saw what at first looked like a plane then looked off and it was pulsating Orange and then whole thing was lighting up like pulsating and flying southeast. Salisbury – On July 27, 2018 @ 9:51 pm on a beautiful night observing and shooting video and photos of the night sky. one star in particular, located almost directly overhead, seemed to keep drawing my attention. as I was filming and zooming in, an object appeared shooting from lower right to upper left of frame. once I edited video by adding a filter, I could see that the object changed trajectory and disappeared at high speed.

Courcheve — Standing outside of a ski chalet with a friend, myself taping. We both noticed a light in the sky very, very high up. It did not move but seemed to reflect light. I had my camera to hand, an Olympus Pen-F with a 14-42 lens attached. My friend and I pondered what the object could possibly be. A balloon, or perhaps a drone? I took photos, and then after about 30 minutes the object sharply headed across the sky and simply vanished. My friend and I looked at each other, and knew that this was something quite weird. Carrick on Shannon— I live in a rural part of the west of Ireland with no light pollution. Two persons and I observed a strange light in the sky at 9.45pm, on August 3, 2018. As we are rural and in a flight path to Knock Airport so we are very used to viewing aircraft, and this was very unusual in its brightness, hovering and sudden movements.. At 1.45am I went outside and observed that the object was still in the air but much closer. I could very clearly see its movements which went from hovering to very side to side and sudden up and down movements. The first video was without zoom and shows its sudden movements. The second video I zoomed in on the object and could not find any reasonable explanation as to what this could possibly be. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Novi Sad — I was in the center of around 8:50 pm and took photos of the church in the background and did not observe objects in the sky until I got home and looked at the pictures. They were taken during the course of a 3 minute time frame. Two shots of four objects moving west and the last shot showing some kind of larger craft in the distance. Five orbs are at the top of the picture, that are not stars as it was cloudy just a few minutes before rain started. I hope that MUFON can maybe make more sense of what is in the pictures. Istanbul— On April 29, 2018, as soon as I got to my house I saw an object moving fast west and a rhythmic bright white light blinking. I suspected that it might be UFO. I could photograph the second and third frames. The photo of Umer-3600 is the third photo of UFO.
Then the fourth UFDA pass is done in the same direction and the same speed and the event is finished. I also took the optical zoom with the Nikon CoolPix p900 machine.

Camborne— It had just gone half 11 on a Sunday morning of the 6th May 2018, when my son noticed what he thought was a bright star during the middle of the day. It was too late in the day to be a star or planet so I took notice straight away. It was hovering just above the tree line then suddenly moved to the right and travelled some distance instantly north. It was now n a northwest direction. again it hovered for about 15 minutes before beginning to climb in altitude. I managed to get a few photos and it looks like a bright star in them, though if you zoom in enough it does appear that you can make out it was a metallic ball. I wanted to zoom in with the camera, but as the sun was so bright I could not make it out well enough on the camera screen to lock in on it. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Newton Abbot — I was sky watching looking through my binoculars on July 24, 2018 when something darted out of a cloud and caught my eye. Whatever it was it was moving very fast. I could not see what it was at first but then I caught a glimpse of it. The object appeared to be shaped like a bullet and it was a grey color with a bluish tinge around it. I put down my binoculars and picked up my camera but unfortunately I had lost sight of the object. I zoomed in to the area of the sky where I had sighted the object and started to take photographs in random bursts hoping to capture the strange object in a photograph. I couldn’t believe my luck to my amazement the object flew by once again allowing me to capture it in one of the photographs that I was in the process of taking. wow. The Photograph was taken on the 24th of July 2018, 2:37 PM at Newton Abbot Devon England.

Audio reveals creepy details of UFO mystery

In 1966, over 300 children and staff from a Melbourne school reportedly witnessed multiple UFOs silently flying through the sky before landing in a nearby field.
It is the largest mass UFO sighting in Australia, yet hardly anything was reported on it at the time.
Over the years, there have been differing reports about the details of what happened on April 6 at Westall High School, such as people claiming there were three saucerlike objects, while some thought there was just one.
In the 52 years since, there has been wide speculation about what people saw, with some believing it was an alien encounter and others pointing the finger at the government testing new technology.
Throughout all the years of speculation, however, one particularly interesting piece of audio has been greatly overlooked.
An American physicist known for his research into UFOs, Dr. James E. McDonald, conducted an interview with a science teacher from the Westall school, Andrew Greenwood, who witnessed the event.
He then recorded himself describing their meeting and the creepy details Mr. Greenwood gave about his experience. “Greenwood told me the UFO was first brought to his attention by a hysterical child who ran into his classroom and told him there’s a flying saucer outside,” Dr. McDonald said.
“He thought this child had become deranged or something so he didn’t take any notice, but when the child insisted that this object was in the sky he decided to go out and have a look for himself.”
When he went outside, he noticed a group of children looking toward the northeast area of the school grounds and as he approached them he claims he saw a UFO hovering close to the powerline.
Mr. Greenwood described it as a round, silver object about the size of a car with a metal rod sticking up in the air.
According to Dr. McDonald, the teacher then told him five planes came and surrounded the object as more people began gathering to watch the scene before them.
“He called it the most amazing flying he had ever seen in his life,” Dr. McDonald said.
“The planes were doing everything possible to approach the object and he said how they all avoided collision he will never know.
“Every time they got too close to the object it would slowly accelerate, then rapidly accelerate and then move away from them and stop. Then they would take off after it again and the same thing would happen.”
This game of cat and mouse reportedly went on for about 20 minutes and by this time Mr. Greenwood said 350 children and staff were watching on.
Suddenly the UFO shot away and vanished within seconds and it was at this point the headmaster came out and ordered everyone to go back to class.
Over the years there were reports that the government tried to cover up the incident and stop witnesses from talking, but Mr. Greenwood claimed it was the headmaster who first tried to squash discussion of the incident.
“He gave the school a lecture and told the children they would be severely punished if they talked about this matter and told the staff they could lose their jobs if they mentioned it at all,” Dr. McDonald said.
The teacher claimed the headmaster was so “scared” and “disturbed” by the incident that he had refused to come outside until the object was gone.
“When the Royal Australian Airforce contacted the headmaster he told them to ‘go and jump in a lake’,” Dr. McDonald said.
There have been claims from several witnesses that sharply dressed men in black suits visited them and warned them from speaking about the incident.
This lines up with a few experiences Mr. Greenwood had when he tried to speak with other witnesses about what they saw.
“At the time of seeing the UFO he was a complete skeptic himself. He had never even considered the possibility of their existence,” Dr. McDonald said.
“When he asked the physical education teacher to describe what she had seen herself so that he could compare it with his own observation, she just wouldn’t say anything.”
He then reportedly spoke to one of the older students who described the event in great detail exactly as he had seen it, but when he spoke to her again half an hour later she wouldn’t say a word.
Mr. Greenwood didn’t think it had anything to do with the headmaster’s threats as no one usually took him seriously and he knew for a fact that the student he spoke with didn’t attend the meeting where he had made the threats.
Dr. McDonald’s description of his interview with Mr. Greenwood offers a rare insight into the events from the eyes of someone who was an adult at the time.
There continues to be speculation over what actually happened and the site of the encounter has been turned into a memorial park to reflect the 1966 Westall UFO Incident.
Popular UFO hunter Scott C Waring posted on his blog that an alien space ship was trying to camouflage itself in the clouds.
The photo shows faint clouds with a rainbow light scattered through the atmosphere.
However, conspiracy theorists are pointing to a large, circular but translucent object in the clouds which they believe is a UFO using a cloaking device.
Mr Waring says of the image, which was taken in General Santos, Philippines: “This awesome UFO was hiding above a cloud during sunset and for a few minutes the cloaked craft was visible to the naked eye.
“Such beautiful colours and notice the round disk edge of the craft. This looks to be at least 500 meters across.”
The anonymous person who took the image and passed it onto the UFO hunter said: “Unfortunately, I had only one phone at hand, the ‘good’ HD Camera is currently defective. The colours were actually much more intense.”
However, other self-proclaimed experts believe this is not concrete proof that humanity is looking for in the search for extraterrestrials.
Nigel Watson, creator of the UFO Investigations Handbook, said the light is simply a trick of they eye.

He said: “Spectacular footage of a sundown, giving a halo impact that may be interpreted as a flying saucer – properly by Scott Waring anyway!
“I do not see the place he will get the estimated measurement of the ‘object’ as 500 metres throughout, with out understanding the gap and measurement of the the cloud.
“Anyway it appears to be like good however tin foil hats can go on standby in the intervening time.”
The most likely explanation would be apophenia – where the brain recognises specific patterns in things.
If someone has hinted something looks like a UFO for example, the brain will try to picture it in that way.

Les progrès du numérique vont-ils conduire au remplacement des humains par des machines en toutes tâches ? Nous roulions dans une rue, j’examinai anxieusement les policiers et les agents d’entretien : c’étaient des robots. Un épicier se retourna avec curiosité : c’était un robot. Je tentai de distinguer les chauffeurs des voitures qui nous dépassaient : elles n’en avaient pas. Face aux clients, à la banque, au restaurant, au salon de coiffure, c’étaient des robots, tous, chatbots et androïdes, à roulettes ou sur des jambes… Cette scène imaginaire, inspirée du roman de Pierre Boulle1, présage-t-elle du futur qui nous attend ? Depuis quelques années, des chiffres tapageurs font les titres de la presse au sujet de l’automatisation du travail, susceptible d’être effectué par des machines ou des logiciels. Selon certaines études, cela concernerait près d’un emploi sur deux dans les dix ou vingt prochaines années2 ! Après le plombier polonais, le (ro)bot autonome voleur d’emploi s’invite dans les débats…
Combien d’entre nous seront-ils concernés ?
« Ces études se sont notamment basées sur la créativité et la dextérité manuelle requises par un emploi pour déterminer s’il est automatisable ou non », commente Gregory Verdugo, chercheur au Centre d’économie de la Sorbonne3. Plus fine, une étude de l’OCDE4 distingue les différentes tâches d’un même emploi et tient compte du degré d’interaction avec les clients ou les collègues, une capacité gourmande en adaptabilité et, pour l’heure, non automatisable à 100 %. Résultat : « seulement » un emploi sur dix serait menacé par la prochaine « robolution » dans les pays les plus industrialisés.
En 2004, deux économistes de Harvard classaient la conduite parmi les activités qui échapperaient aux révolutions technologiques (...). Six ans plus tard, les Google Cars sillonnaient les routes californiennes.
Avec une approche similaire, l’enquête Insee/DARES5 arrive à 15 % d’emplois automatisables pour la France. « Bien malin en vérité qui peut prédire ce qui sera techniquement automatisable », intervient Gregory Verdugo selon lequel aucun de ces chiffres ne fait sens. « En 2004, Frank Levy et Richard Murnane, deux économistes de Harvard, classaient la conduite parmi les activités qui échapperaient aux révolutions technologiques parce qu’elle réclame de s’adapter à des situations non prévues. Six ans après la sortie de leur livre, les Google Cars sillonnaient les routes californiennes… », illustre l’économiste.
Dans cette chaîne d'assemblage de voitures Hyundai, à Montgomery, aux Etats-Unis, la répartition du travail entre les humains et les machines est flagrante : un seul employé semble superviser tout un parterre de robots.
Chacun croit qu’il n’est pas remplaçable par une vulgaire machine, mais je pense qu’à long terme, on finira tous par y passer.
«Jusqu’à présent, ce sont surtout les emplois non qualifiés qui ont été pourvus ou modifiés par des machines, dans les usines principalement. Aujourd’hui, c’est le caractère routinier ou non d’une activité qui est pris en compte, le fait de suivre une suite d’actions selon un protocole strict », analyse Gilles Saint-Paul, chercheur au sein de l’unité Paris-Jourdan Sciences Économiques6. Et routinier ne rime pas forcément avec peu qualifié. Jardiniers et plombiers tirent ainsi leur épingle du jeu, en partie grâce à la souplesse de leurs gestes et à leur facilité de déplacement, bien loin de celles des robots. Tandis que les cols blancs ont de quoi trembler sérieusement, à commencer par les comptables jugés à l’unanimité « très automatisables ».
Selon le New York Times, de nombreuses banques américaines développent des « robo-advisors », logiciels qui gèrent le patrimoine et font fructifier l’argent de leurs clients. Au Japon, Watson, la célèbre intelligence artificielle d’IBM, remplace trente-quatre employés d’une compagnie d’assurance-vie, soit un quart des effectifs. Et on teste des algorithmes pour conseiller juges et avocats à partir de décennies de jurisprudence ou pour distinguer entre mille une tumeur maligne. Chaque jour, ou presque, de nouvelles prouesses émaillent la rubrique high-tech des webzines, laissant perplexes les jeunes cadres dynamiques.
Remplacer aussi les chercheurs...
« Ce qui est amusant, c’est que chacun croit qu’il n’est pas remplaçable par une vulgaire machine, mais je pense qu’à long terme, on finira tous par y passer », soutient Serge Abiteboul, chercheur au Département d’informatique de l’École normale supérieure (DI ENS)7, qui imagine sans état d’âme déléguer une part importante de la recherche scientifique aux intelligences artificielles (IA) du futur. « En biologie par exemple, séquencer un gène était un sujet de thèse acceptable il y a quelques années, maintenant c’est entièrement automatisable. Et dans la plupart des domaines de recherche, une grosse partie du travail est déjà faite par les machines », abonde Gilles Saint-Paul, également prêt à céder son fauteuil à une IA pondeuse de modèles économiques. Mais alors quid de la créativité, nécessaire dans ces activités intellectuelles ?

« Les programmes d’échec ou de jeu de go jouent parfois des coups créatifs auxquels les humains n’auraient pas forcément pensé. La création n’est pas le but principal des machines actuellement, mais avec des générateurs de nombres aléatoires, elles peuvent produire des quantités pharaoniques de choses qui sont ensuite triées via des mécanismes de sélection : la plupart partira à la poubelle mais dans le lot, il y aura des idées intéressantes », répond Gilles Saint-Paul. « D’ailleurs, il y a déjà des productions artistiques réalisées par des machines, en arts graphiques, en écriture de scénarios, etc. La question est plutôt : aura-t-on envie de lire le roman écrit par un algorithme ? », interroge Serge Abiteboul.

Une fois qu’on comprend bien une tâche, rien n'empêche de la rendre routinière.
À long terme, il n’y aurait donc pas d’obstacle théorique à une automatisation totale. Il y a ainsi 50 % de chance que l’IA soit plus performante que nous en toutes tâches dans quarante-cinq ans en moyenne, et automatise tous les métiers dans cent vingt ans, selon les 352 experts en IA interrogés par une équipe d’Oxford8, qui situent la rédaction d’un best-seller et la maîtrise d’une chirurgie aux alentours de l’an 2050.
Quant à la gaucherie des robots ambulants, c’est un faux problème : « Certes, le plombier humain se contorsionne pour atteindre les bons tuyaux et boulons, mais on peut repenser et standardiser l’organisation spatiale de nos installations pour que ces mouvements complexes ne soient plus nécessaires », estime Raja Chatila, directeur de l’Institut des systèmes intelligents et de robotique (Isir)9, faisant remarquer que la méthodologie de son lave-vaisselle est totalement différente de la sienne pour arriver à un résultat identique… Idem pour les robots Kiva des entrepôts de la société Amazon. Comme le choix et la préhension sur les étagères des objets à expédier est un vrai casse-tête pour un robot avec des bras, la société de vente a changé la nature de la tâche à accomplir : les robots, sortes de « coffres à roulettes », se contentent de glisser sous les étagères et de les soulever pour les apporter entières à un employé (humain), qui, en bout de chaîne, n’a plus qu’à lever le bras pour y prendre le bon article à expédier.
Rendre automatisable n'importe quelle tâche
« Le processus est repensé pour que les tâches non routinières soient remplacées par des tâches routinières automatisables, dans le même esprit que la chaîne d’assemblage de Henry Ford », commente Gilles Saint-Paul. Selon lui, toute tâche peut se découper en une suite d’actions à accomplir strictement. « La distinction routinier/non routinier n’est pas immuable. Une fois qu’on comprend bien une tâche, toutes peuvent devenir routinières », affirme-t-il. Dans ce cas, ne faudra-t-il pas garder un humain « dans la boucle » pour prendre les décisions finales, notamment en médecine et dans le domaine de la justice ?
Même s’il faut garder quelques humains au travail pour superviser les machines et prendre les décisions finales, on peut imaginer qu’à long terme, on sera plus proche d’un cas limite du type un humain pour cinq cents machines.
Le besoin de maintenir ainsi la machine à un traditionnel rang de simple outil, inévitable condition brandie par les cols blancs en voie de remplacement, laisse Gilles Saint-Paul sceptique : « Je ne suis pas certain que des arguments techniques le prouvent. En revanche, il faudra bien entendu considérer les problèmes d’éthique et de responsabilités juridiques ou morales que cela peut poser, ainsi que l’acceptation des citoyens et des consommateurs. Même s’il faut garder quelques humains au travail pour superviser les machines et prendre les décisions finales, on peut imaginer qu’à long terme, on sera plus proche d’un cas limite du type un humain pour cinq cents machines », projette l’économiste qui a élaboré six scénarios pour un tel monde.

En attendant une potentielle « robolution » totale, revenons à notre avenir imminent. Un consensus émerge clairement chez les chercheurs sur une idée jugée contre-productive et pour l’instant retoquée par le Parlement européen : taxer les machines « voleuses10 » d’emplois. « Les robots et logiciels perfectionnés sont une opportunité considérable pour la croissance et l’innovation. Les taxer alors qu’ils n’ont pas encore été déployés serait stupide », affirme Gilles Saint-Paul. « Si seule la France met en place une taxation, elle aura un désavantage compétitif par rapport à d’autres pays », enchérit Gregory Verdugo. Une telle mesure pourrait provoquer une sévère vague de « délocalisation robotique », alors que notre pays est généralement jugé sous-équipé et en retard : 32 000 robots, contre plus du double en Italie et du triple en Allemagne11.
Ensuite, ce n’est pas parce qu’une activité est robotisée qu’elle n’emploie plus d’humains : les industries automobiles outre-Rhin ont 100 000 salariés de plus qu’il y a vingt ans12. Beaucoup d’emplois non qualifiés et qualifiés vont disparaître, mais d’autres devraient être créés sur les nouveaux marchés des objets connectés, des transactions sécurisées ou des dispositifs médicaux, dans lesquels la France a un fort potentiel à exprimer. Enfin, les pays qui ont le plus de robots (Japon, Corée du Sud, Allemagne et Suède) seraient aussi ceux qui ont le moins de chômage et le plus d’emplois dans l’industrie.
Avant l’arrivée de l’informatique, les métiers de la banque étaient faiblement qualifiés (donner des petites coupures, noter les dépenses, etc.). Une fois déchargés de ces tâches, ils se sont spécialisés dans des activités plus qualifiées de conseil.
La technologie transformerait l’emploi plus qu’elle ne le détruit (Encadré 1). « Regardez les métiers de la banque : avant l’arrivée de l’informatique, ils étaient faiblement qualifiés (donner des petites coupures, noter les dépenses, etc.), reprend Gregory Verdugo.Une fois déchargés de ces activités routinières et mécaniques, ils se sont spécialisés dans des activités plus qualifiées de conseil. » Finalement, cela nous pousse à nous spécialiser là où se trouve l’avantage comparatif de l’humain par rapport à la machine. Et maintenant que les algorithmes de conseil sont sur le point de les surclasser, que feront banquiers et assureurs ? « Ils trouveront autre chose pour améliorer le service », suppose l’économiste. Il est vrai, les humains sont très doués pour créer de nouveaux besoins, il suffit de voir le nombre d’applications smartphone dont on ne peut plus se passer...
Au Robot Restaurant de la ville de Kunshan, ouvert en Chine en 2014, ce sont des robots qui servent les plats et accueillent les clients grâce à 40 phrases types.
Selon le Conseil d’orientation pour l’emploi, il faut ainsi se préparer à ce que la nature de 50 % des emplois mute sous l’influence de l’IA. Et début 2016, le Forum économique mondial estimait que plus de 2 millions d’emplois seraient créés d’ici à 2020 dans les domaines spécialisés, tels l’informatique, les mathématiques et l’ingénierie. Mais « si tous les gens qui ne sont pas complémentaires de l’IA sont mis sur le côté et qu’on leur donne des jeux et du cirque, dans cinquante ans nous avons Metropolis, et dans un siècle nous avons Matrix », prophétise le transhumaniste Laurent Alexandre13, qui n’a peut-être pas tout à fait tort sur ce point-là…
Protéger les individus plutôt que les emplois
« En tout cas, il vaut mieux aider les gens à se réallouer dans un autre secteur plutôt que d’empêcher la mise en place des technologies, sources de richesses », insiste Gregory Verdugo. Selon lui, le discours de la préservation des emplois à tout prix, exercice obligatoire du politique en visite dans une usine, est plutôt vain, surtout dans les secteurs en déclin à cause d’une rupture technologique (comme le disque laser face aux fichiers téléchargeables sur Internet) ou d’un changement de goût des consommateurs. « Il vaut mieux protéger les individus que les emplois, comme l’ont très bien fait à la fin des années 1990 les pays scandinaves en mettant en place des politiques de formation dites de flexisécurité », illustre le chercheur. À condition bien sûr qu’un vrai volet sécurité compense les concessions en matière de flexibilité…
Le problème ne sera plus de donner du travail à tout le monde mais de se répartir des richesses produites grâce à la technologie.
Et si un revenu universel de base s’impose pendant les années de transition, afin de maintenir la cohésion sociale, il ne doit pas s’opposer à la transformation numérique mais l’accompagner. C’est le filet de sécurité dont les travailleurs bénéficieront pour se former et s’adapter tout au long de leur vie. Dans ce cas, qui devra mettre la main au porte-monnaie ? « Comme le propose Thomas Piketty, on peut taxer le capital en général plutôt que de taxer le travail, reprend Gregory Verdugo. Surtout, taxer spécifiquement les robots au détriment des autres technologies pousserait notre industrie à essayer de s’en passer. » Économiquement suicidaire et franchement anachronique… (Encadré 1).
Le travail ne restera pas forcement le nœud autour duquel s’articulent droits sociaux, intégration sociale et accomplissement de soi. « Pousser des wagonnets au fond de la mine n’est pas un objectif pour l’humanité », commente Serge Abiteboul. Robot vient du tchèque « robota » qui signifie « travail forcé », et travail vient du latin « tripalium », instrument de torture à trois pieux… Peut-être aboutira-t-on dans cent ans à une société sans travail humain où les individus n’auront comme inquiétude que d’occuper leur temps libre et se trouver un nouveau rôle social. « Keynes voyait le progrès comme facteur d’expansion du loisir. Le problème ne sera plus de donner du travail à tout le monde mais de se répartir des richesses produites grâce à la technologie », conclut Gregory Verdugo. « L’économiste Richard Freeman, de l’université d’Harvard, encourage d’ailleurs travailleurs et syndicats à investir dans la possession des machines et logiciels sophistiqués. Pour que les gains en productivité qu’ils apporteront soient effectivement redistribués et que les travailleurs ne deviennent pas “ les serfs des nouveaux seigneurs des robots ”. » On nous aura prévenus… ♦

Pour sauvegarder l’emploi, l’empereur romain Vespasien avait ponctuellement renoncé au progrès technique au Ier siècle. Les canuts de Lyon, ouvriers tisserands de la soie, firent la peau à de stakhanovistes machines à tisser dont la cadence leur faisait concurrence dans les années 1830, tandis que leurs homologues britanniques, les luddites, en auraient réduit en miettes plus d’un millier en 1811. L’idée que le progrès technique détruit l’emploi a la vie dure. Dans les années 1980, l’économiste Alfred Sauvy montra qu’elle était fausse et que durant les deux siècles précédents, production et productivité furent bouleversées et décuplées sans provoquer d’augmentation durable du chômage. « C’est la thèse du déversement », explique Gregory Verdugo. En bref, grâce à une meilleure productivité, le progrès technologique permet de baisser le prix de certains produits, ce qui provoque une hausse de la consommation de produits déjà existants ou de nouveautés, créant de nouveaux emplois pour les produire. « Le passage du cheval à la voiture a mis les cochers au chômage mais a aussi créé toute une industrie automobile. Et nous sommes passés de la société agricole à industrielle, puis au tertiaire, dominé par les métiers de service, en consommant plus de soins médicaux, de loisirs, de culture, etc. Il n’y a pas de modèle économique qui le garantisse, mais jusqu’ici l’innovation technologique n’a jamais tué l’emploi. »

Qui seront les perdants de l’automatisation ?
Le progrès technologique n’a certes jamais tué l’emploi, mais il crée toujours des inégalités. Ces quarante dernières années, les travailleurs les plus qualifiés ont tiré les marrons du feu tandis que les moins qualifiés se sont appauvris. Avec la prochaine « robolution », les écarts devraient se réduire : en se reconvertissant dans les métiers encore préservés, les cols blancs verront baisser leur revenus (sauf les experts des nouvelles technologies), tandis que les personnes peu qualifiées dont le travail est encore difficilement automatisable (jardinier, plombier, nounou, etc.) vont gagner du pouvoir d’achat. Jusqu’à ce que, imagine-t-on, tout le monde soit logé à la même enseigne : plus de travail… Le seul véritable problème de l’humanité serait alors la répartition des richesses produites. « Il faudra prendre garde à ne pas aller vers un monde trop inégalitaire », imagine Serge Abiteboul. « Aujourd’hui, quelques “ oligopoles ” du web se partagent une très grande quantité de richesses et paient très peu d’impôts. Les gouvernements doivent y réfléchir s’ils veulent sortir de ce modèle délétère », alerte le chercheur. « Les créateurs de ces empires ont du talent, mais cela justifie-t-il qu’ils accaparent en totalité le produit du travail des machines ? Est-ce vraiment un choix de société ou plutôt le résultat de systèmes politiques et de considérations économiques devenus obsolètes ? », questionne Serge Abiteboul. Nos modèles économiques fonctionnent en effet sur la concurrence, or dans le monde du web la logique est inversée : « De nouveaux concurrents n’ont quasiment aucune chance de détruire la situation de monopole d’un acteur déjà bien développé, car plus il y a de monde sur un réseau, plus il est attractif pour les consommateurs. Par exemple, créer un concurrent à Internet est parfaitement illusoire ! La nature des biens a changé et il faudrait revoir nos systèmes économiques et politiques de A à Z… », conclut le chercheur.

On July 25, an object moving at about 15 miles/second (24.4 kilometers/second), or 54,000 mph (87,000 km/h), was identified near Thule Air Base. The U.S. Air Force did not immediately report the event or respond to the crash, according to The Aviationist. However, Air Force spokeswoman Capt. Hope Cronin said in an email to Military.com that no one was injured and that the meteor didn't affect or harm any activity at the base.
Though concerning, the object had a relatively small effect. "By comparison, the 2013 meteor over Chelyabinsk, Russia released over 200 times the energy of the Greenland meteor," JoAnna Wendel, a NASA spokeswoman, said in the report by Military.com. NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) confirmed the object's speed, though the actual size of the meteor remains unknown. It was also reported that the object was about 27 miles (43 km) north of Thule Air Base.
Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project for the Federation of American Scientists, and Ron Baalke of JPL, also known as "Rocket Ron," a "Space Explorer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory" on Twitter, have discussed the impact on Twitter. Baalke reported the event, while Kristensen added that the event did not seem to be any sort of attack.
We’re still here, so they correctly concluded it was not a Russian first strike. There are nearly 2,000 nukes on alert, ready to launch.

A fireball was detected over Greenland on July 25, 2018 by US Government sensors at an altitude of 43.3 km. The energy from the explosion is estimated to be 2.1 kilotons.

CIA files compiled interviews with a German engineer named Georg – or George – Klein from between March 11 and May 20, 1952.
Declassified files recount is testimony, which was published in newspapers in Greece, Iran and the Congo.
Klein claims the Third Reich actually successfully carried out a test of their “flying saucer” in Prague of Valentine’s Day, 1945.
The Czech capital was liberated just months later by the Soviet Union’s advancing Red Army.

He claimed the saucer could theoretically reach speeds of 2,500mph – which is more than three times the speed of sound.
Exceeding Mach 3 would make the Nazi saucer almost twice as fast as the state-of-the-art F-35 warplane being rolled out in the US and UK.
Klein claimed the saucer could take-off vertically like a helicopter, and had been in development since 1941.
The CIA document alleges the saucers were constructed at the same slave-labour driven factories which made the dreaded V2 rockets.
Nazi engineers were reportedly evacuated from Prague as the Red Army bared down upon them.
Klein claims one team was failed to be notified of the order to escape – and they were captured by the Soviets.
He claimed the saucers were being built by the Russians, but of course no-known Soviet saucers ever materialised.

The CIA file reads: “Klein stated recently that though many people believe ‘flying saucers to be a postwar development, they were actually in the planning stage in German aircraft factories as early as 1941.
“Klein said he was an engineer in the Ministry of Speer and was present in Prague on February 14, 1945, at the first experimental flight of a flying saucer.”
It adds: “Klein was of the opinion that the ‘saucers’ are at present being constructed in accordance with German technical principles and expressed the belief that they will constitute serious competition to jet-propelled airplanes.”
CIA spooks compiled these files at the height of UFO-mania that gripped the US during the early 1950s.

Theories persist to this day about advanced Reich technology – and still cause controversy.

Whether or not Moonraker-style zero-gravity laser rifle battles will be a real thing any time soon, defending from space-borne threats both man-made and natural is a serious priority for defense officials. Most of the current planning involves fairly down-to-earth matters like asteroid strike preparedness or defending our communications satellites, though. Which is why it’s odd that one of the U.S. Air Force’s top officers would tell an interviewer that the Air Force is eyeing other galaxies as new sites for their operations. Do they know something we don’t? Actually, let’s make that “what do they know that we don’t?” and “do we really want to know?”
Yeah, I really want to know.
At an Air Force Association event this week, USAF Lieutenant General VeraLinn Jamieson made the curious comments concerning other galaxies to Stephen Trimble, editor of FlightGlobal, an aviation intelligence consulting and analytics firm. At the event, Trimble asked LtGen Jamieson about the future of the USAF’s Rivet Joint aircraft, a signals intelligence platform. In response, LtGen Jamieson seemed to dodge the question and instead proceeded to tell Trimble that other galaxies will soon be prime real estate for the armed forces:
I am convinced that there are more domains – man-made domains – that will come, and I would offer you that if we look at galaxies – sounds nuts – but there’s going to be a man-made domain in galaxies.
When Trimble presumably blinked in confusion and asked her to clarify what she meant by “galaxies,” LtGen Jamieson replied that we’ve got to free our minds when it comes to conceptualizing about the military’s potential role in space:
Space has got different galaxies. And in those galaxies in the future we’re going to actually have capability that we have right now in the air. We don’t know what it is because we haven’t freed our mind to think about what is in that space and how we are going to utilize it. Space is contested. It’s going to happen.
Also buried in her reply is what appears to be a reference to unidentified objects here on Earth tracked by drones and the difficulties the Air Force has had in identifying them:
When we actually rolled out Predator there was one ball [sensor module] on Predator and it was not high-definition, but it was an EO/IR [electro-optical/infrared] ball and our airmen really had – that’s where we started to identify ‘What are you seeing?’, ‘Tell me what the object is.” because we couldn’t really do that. We then evolved to a high-definition EO/IR capability. We then put SAR [synthetic aperture radar] on it. We then put hyper-spectral there. We have to do the exact same thing in space.
Whether or not that comment actually has anything to do with unknown objects from space (probably not), it’s kind of weird to hear the Air Force’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance talk about freeing our minds and developing operations in other galaxies. On Twitter, Trimble himself noted that he’s “still baffled” about the exchange and even commented that the conversation “would have made a lot more sense if at least one of us was very stoned.” Has the Air Force opened up some sort of stargate and is trickling out information in order to prep the feeble minds of the public before full-on disclosure? Or is this merely a somewhat rambling off-the-cuff remark further signalling that the future of the Air Force might indeed be the Space Force?
A video shows a mysterious human-shaped UFO hovering in the skies. Conspiracy theory YouTube channel ‘mavi777’ has uploaded the clip online. The video was reportedly recorded from Dresden, Germany. The YouTube channel claims that something unusual is taking place in the skies.
A resident apparently shot the video on July 29 of this year. As soon as he discovered something strange, he sent the footage to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) for further investigation. The eyewitness wrote in a report that the object did not look normal.
Many online conspiracy theorists have started suggesting that the object in question might be a shape-shifting alien humanoid. Alien hybrids, as per these theorists, have many unique abilities, such as shape-shifting to help them hide from the public.
YouTube user Louis Mac said that they saw similar object over Texas while in a plane and they have a picture to show.
However, others strongly objected to the views of alien enthusiasts. These skeptics, including YouTuber The Full Metal Chef, stated that the sky sighting is an aerostatic weather balloon that got misinterpreted as a UFO. They explained that these balloons had been observed across the world.
Some others argued that it might be a weird looking cloud.
The leapfrogging flying objects above Chinese skies spark alien invasion claims. Famous UFO researcher Tyler Glockner, who runs Secureteam10 YouTube channel, uploaded a video allegedly shot from China showing several strange flying objects appearing in the skies of the country. The UFO researcher argues in the video that several witnesses in the great nation have shot the same sightings a few days back, and it made multiple people think that an extraterrestrial invasion is imminent.
The UFO sighting in China appears to be very different from the traditional videos on UFOs people have seen previously. The recent clip features a leapfrog nature of the objects in the skies.
Tyler Glockner revealed that many people had seen the UFOs and many recorded them on videos. Their team dubbed the mysterious lights as leapfrogging lights or leapfrogging UFOs as they often jump or leapfrog over one another. When one light disappears, another one will appear in the front of it, explained Glockner.
Some conspiracy theorists have argued that the strange objects are actually a one triangular UFO making continuous spin.
The video of the strange event soon went viral on YouTube. Some viewers of the video put various theories about the unusual sky phenomenon.
One viewer says that it looks like a rotating triangular object and others suggest that the leap-frogging lights are the apex lights on cloaked TR3B rotating very slowly.

A gigantic, green-tinged comet is currently smashing its way through the night sky, leading some people to dub it the "Incredible Hulk comet." Tomorrow (Aug. 7), the celestial object will make its closest approach to Earth, according to Sky and Telescope magazine. This is likely the first time the comet has ever come into the inner solar system.

Officially known by the more drab name of C/2017 S3, the comet was discovered on Dec. 23, 2017, by the PanSTARRS telescopes in Haleakala, Hawaii. The flying, green space rock has already given skywatchers a couple of surprising treats, with bright bursts exploding from its surface twice in close succession — first on June 30, and then again about two weeks later, Sky and Telescope reported. As Hulk himself might say, "Comet flash!"

Such outbursts are common with comets, though their exact cause is unknown. Whatever its origin, the second eruption on C/2017 S3 created a huge cloud of gas surrounding the icy object, extending nearly twice the size of Jupiter, to around 161,000 miles (260,000 kilometers) across, according to Austrian amateur astronomer Michael Jäger.Its greenish hue is the result of cyanide and carbon molecules being warmed by the sun and becoming ionized, meaning their electrons and protons separate from one another, causing a characteristic glow, Brian Koberlein, an astrophysicist at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, reported on his blog.

Some news reports have quoted a Russian scientist as claiming that the jolly green comet will cause some sort of apocalyptic upheaval on Earth. Worry not! Like its green-skinned superhero namesake, C/2017 S3 is far more benign than it seems. But Russian astronomer Stanislav Short of the telescope astronomical station Tau has said the comet poses no danger and that such objects pass by our planet all the time without incident.
C/2017 S3 will be about 70 million miles (112 million km) from Earth at its closest approach. The comet will then head toward the sun, swinging around our central star on Aug. 16 and then zipping back out to the distant reaches of our solar system. Right now, the comet is too close to the sun to be visible, but it may be visible later in August after it rounds the sun and comes around again, Paul Chodas, the manager for the Center for Near-Earth Object Studies at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, told Live Science.

Haarp facilities may be affecting the weather in the US and Western Europe bringing in extreme heat. This is the hottest weather in years and may be a natural occurrence.
