General Assessment of Extraterrestrial Life

In 1952, at age 16,  I developed a strong curiosity about flying saucers after observing seven of them over Washington, D.C. They were in the restricted area over the White House.

I attended Duke University, and the greatest lesson I learned was how to think. I read all I could find about UFOs throughout my 26 years as an Air Force officer, and I came to know six people in the service who had seen alien vehicles up close. In 1970 I earned a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering with the idea in the back of my mind that it would help me to understand the advanced science of our visitors. After exploring much of the world, I retired at age 47 and became a UFO investigator. With more time to use as I chose, I soon realized that man’s greatest invention is the book, any non-fiction book. Books allow us to condense the knowledge gained during a lifetime and then to pass it on to seekers of that knowledge.

In 1989, after studying and learning more about the non-physical aspects of the universe, I was used by a higher intelligence to send a message to the generals at Eglin Air Force Base. I had worked there for three years as a test manager. I did not understand what the message was about, because it was slightly garbled by the channel through which it came. However, I chose to act upon it. The message was apparently of considerable significance to those for whom it was sent. I now see that that choice of mine was the passing of a test that allowed me to have further participation in the transformation process. I then received 15 messages through seven different sources that appear to have come from a higher intelligence, each using one of three telepathic processes. I started to pay attention. One of the messages said, “…Individuals such as Donald Ware have a mission whether they have yet fully recognized it. They are to show that science and spirituality are two sides of one coin and cannot be separated…” This is quite a challenge, but I chose to accept it.

I think that many people, some in important positions, have been given similar challenges.

 General Assessment

I see a connection among the various “UFO” stories that have survived through the millennia, stories often recorded in religious writings. Some involve transformational issues. I accept the idea that intelligent life is abundant throughout the universe, in both incarnate and discarnate forms. We continue to live after shedding these physical bodies. Our true being is the spirit within us, rather than our bodies. For example, we do not become less of a human being if we lose an arm or a leg. Evidence from thousands of “UFO” cases and related phenomena indicates that the normal means of communication by higher intelligence is telepathic, whether that intelligence is an alien in physical form or an unseen spiritual teacher. The direct projection of thought allows communication between beings with different physical form.

A higher intelligence that chooses to read our thoughts can do so. Communication with higher intelligence now involves many People around the world. Millions of Americans are participating in a hybridization program with short beings from Zeta Reticula. The resulting hybrid has a larger brain and greater telepathic ability. The new body is being developed to house our souls as many of us Earthlings join a galactic society. This same body will house some Zeta Reticulon souls. This is a joint human/Zeta program. I think that communication with some world leaders long ago led to alien

liaison. 

I think that galactic societies have a “prime directive” that limits interference with lesser-evolved species such as we. This concept is fed to us repeatedly on the Fox network through the Star Trek series. The main reason alien liaison is increasing now is because our planet is being transformed to support a new world order. This process involves the evolution of the soul. The new order is destined to support a learning process that is one step beyond the human experience of free-will choices. It is the experience of learning to develop unconditional love of others.

I think this outcome is unlikely unless the selfish or negative souls stop re-incarnating here. I hope, for the sake of our stressed environment, that we will get this kind of divine assistance. If this happens, then the new world order can become what Jesus described as heaven on Earth.
Many of the above ideas have inspired secret societies. For centuries the secrecy has been required for self-protection.

I think the Bilderbergers, the Tri-lateral Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations in America is influenced by alien liaison. I think some of their members have accepted a challenge to help bring about a new world order just as I accepted a personal challenge in 1989 to help bridge the gap between science and spirituality. I think many members of these groups recognize that having a government that can speak for all of the people of the world is a prerequisite to joining a galactic society. However, because of strong nationalistic feelings, there is strong resistance to establishing a world government. This resistance is driven primarily by greed, hate or fear. I think these are feelings that we can overcome, given some divine assistance. Fortunately, I see progress being made. We now have only one super-power in- military might. Economies are coalescing into three major economic blocks, and advanced communication and transportation systems are allowing a great inter-mingling of societies.

I think the US government did recover an alien vehicle in 1947. I think the aliens flew around in the restricted area over the White House in 1952 because they wanted to make us aware of their presence.

I think President Eisenhower did have a meeting with aliens after being given a demonstration of their technology at Edwards AFB in 1954. Most people did not accept this story, because the widest exposure was in the National Enquirer. (I wonder who put it there.) MJ-12 must have existed in the 1950s much as described in Admiral Hillenkoetter briefing document [1]. I think MJ-12 continues to exist in some form.

In 1953 the Robertson panel found, in essence, that it is in the national interest to keep the public from getting too excited about our alien visitors. While some people insert disinformation

into major “UFO” cases, others are covertly raising our awareness of a larger reality through a variety of means. The disinformation provides a control lever for our covert agents to influence public reaction to major “UFO” events and to covertly released documents. And the educational programs are carefully designed to mold our thinking about our visitors without forcing us to accept any ideas, without violating the prime directive of the aliens.

Ancient Barrows and Burial Mounds of ET

All around our world there are numerous ancient disc shaped burial barrows, tumuli, or mounds that were built to bury our ancestors. When I flew for the Air Force, I noticed many mounds from the air in many parts of the world. Ohio, West Virginia, Illinois, Florida, the Middle East, and United Kingdom have many examples that still exist. Thousands were built in America, and 18,000 were built in Britain 5000 years ago in the Bronze Age.

Both in Great Britain and America thousands of flint discs have been found inside the American Indian and British burial mounds. Recent evidence has also uncovered an ancient alphabet that appears to have been used throughout the ancient world. The burial barrows are constructed to a precise plan, where the periphery of a circle is marked by posts and stakes and is called a palisade. Now, 5000 years later, the barrows still maintain their basic structure unless destroyed by grave robbers or modern construction projects. Within this palisade the dead were buried and a discoid shaped structure that was built to look remarkably like disc shaped UFOs.

The bodies often have exceedingly large skulls with very different bone structure compared to humans, though not to be human ad likely Exterrestrials. Not only was a disc shape used in construction but also, each dead body was buried with its own carved disc. Sometimes these small discs came from a hundred miles away and were often carved or chipped from flint stone. Archaeologists claim these disc barrow builders were worshipers of the sun and moon.

I asked investigator John Thompson his opinion. He stated, our ancestors saw “things” in the sky and intuitively, but probably incorrectly and as modern man is doing, decided that Gods from space were/are visiting us. They, however, and more astutely than us, made the death-heaven connection. Why bury models of UFOs with themselves if they didn’t think that these entities “aboard them” were not connected to the so-called spirit-world they were entering? It’s obvious they saw linkage between what they observed in the sky and where they believe they were going after dying. So, we can hypothesize that our ancestors, like Ezekiel who saw a UFO in the sky, probably worshipped or at least prayed that these craft would take them to heaven or at least keep their souls alive.

Darius at Persepolis

Discs are clearly depicted in the 2,500-year-old palace of Darius at Persepolis in Iran. I think we can assume the depictions of disc craft are accurate and it makes good sense to assume they were in our skies in ancient times. These UFO discs have been depicted in 18,000-year-old ancient caves in France. The Egyptians believed a metal craft with a metal door carried the souls of the dead who had led a good life. Many of the objects found in the barrows carry out the disc theme and its importance to the people. Clothing and capes were fastened over the upper chest with a disc measuring two inches in diameter. Jewelry, early armor and even the chief structures of worship carried out the disc theme. Stonehenge itself covered by wood would make a nicely shaped disc. Ancient sites such as New Grange in Ireland, believed to be the world’s oldest structure is shaped as a disc.

It is similar in appearance to the Mound of Kinowth and both have the disc shape with a rim and representations of windows that faithfully imitate the real UFO object. If the ancients intended to imitate either the moon or the sun their structures would look very different. Almost everywhere in the world myths, customs, and religion claim their individual ancestors came from space. I suggest the history, or the world is very different if we recognize the importance of disc UFOs.

Many tribes in Meso America have the same legends of extraterrestrials or star people giving humans ancient knowledge, writing and advanced methods of construction. Often there were warnings and prophecies of how humans will end up if we don’t change. Mayans, Aztecs, and Hopi Indians tell of the same star people giving people knowledge.

Pharaoh Statue Unearthed in Egypt

CAIRO — Archaeologists unearthed one of the largest statues found to date of a powerful ancient Egyptian pharaoh at his mortuary temple in the southern city of Luxor. The 13 meter (42 foot) tall statue of Amenhotep III was one of a pair that flanked the northern entrance to the grand funerary temple on the west bank of the Nile that is currently the focus of a major excavation. The exceptionally large head of the Pharaoh Suggests an Exterrestrials heritage.

The statue consists of seven large quartzite blocks and still lacks a head and was actually first discovered in the 1928 and then hidden, according to Egypt’s antiquities authority. Archaeologists expect to find its twin in the next digging season. Excavation supervisor Abdel-Ghaffar Wagdi said two other statues were also unearthed, one of the god Thoth with a baboon’s head and a six foot (1.85 meters) tall one of the lion-headed goddess Sekhmet. The 3,400-year-old temple is one of the largest on the west bank of the Nile in Luxor, where the powerful pharaohs of Egypt’s New Kingdom built their tombs. Amenhotep III, who was won numerous victories and Egypt was the greatest under his rule. He is the grandfather of Tutankhamen. The pharaoh’s temple was largely destroyed, possibly by floods, and little remains of its walls.  Archaeologists have been able to unearth a wealth of artifacts and statuary in the buried ruins, including two statues of Amenhotep made of black granite. It is interesting to note his statue is similar to one found on Mars. New techniques are discovering many unearthed pyramids and structures in Egypt.

Chronicles of an Alien Abductee

Byron W. Lacy has written an excellent book that should be read by everyone, because if you suspect you are an abductee this is the book you should read. Lacy, a civil servant, musician, artist, and poet was born in Texas. The young Byron was not expected to survive a childhood case of sarcoma cancer. Yet he did, miraculously. In 1961, he witnessed a flying submarine like thing at close range over his entire elementary school class as they exercised in the yard. Other uncanny events include repeated narrow escapes from deadly car accidents. Only in 2009, after seeing a couple of “stargates” materialize in the sky was Lacy convinced by his conspiracy-occult buff friends that he—and most likely his family—had been alien plagued and abducted for generation. His imaginary playmate “pirates” Byron saw, as a little boy were the enigmatic intruders, messing with human perception. Byron believes he and fellow “abductees” endured many strange experiences: missing time, bodily implants, and mysterious scarring, and “little gray” humanoids. For Byron, it is obvious; skeptics be damned, aliens are everywhere, countless folks are being abducted, and some extraterrestrials look like giant insects and reptiles. He also contends that the U.S. government covered up that our moon is filled with machinery feeding on human torment. A far-out, disconcertingly readable memoir that flatly declares everything about aliens you read online or see dramatized on TV is true. Kirkus Reviews

The Extraterrestrial Trinity:

A Bridge Between Religion and The UFO Phenomenon

The concept of Trinity belongs to the realm of religion; especially to Catholicism and Hinduism and refers to the existence of three beings that make up the same God. In the Catholic religion, the trinity is made up of the father, the son, and the holy spirit. But more than representing three people, it expresses the idea that God has three different aspects; the father is the creator, the son is the created, and the holy spirit is the invisible part that sustains the entire universe and keeps it alive.

In Hinduism, there is a similar concept known as Trimurti, and it is made up of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Brahma is the creator, Vishnu is the preserver of creation, and Shiva is the destroyer of worlds; the one who is in charge of ending one era so that another begins.

Having clarified this point, I imagine you are wondering: What does the trinity of religions have to do with the extraterrestrial theme? Well, the answer is strongly linked to the well-known ancient astronaut hypothesis, according to which, we were visited in remote times by beings from other worlds. These beings dazzled our ancestors with their technology and made them think that they were true gods. But this hypothesis has a fork. On the one hand, the most classic argument is that they were not gods, because they were flesh and blood aliens. On the other hand, there is the possibility that these very advanced beings were capable of genetically creating the human species. If so, these creatures would have the status of “gods”, by the very fact of having created us.

So, so far, we have established the relationship between the concept of “God” and that of “Extraterrestrial”: both are superior beings, alien to the human species, and capable of creating life. Starting from this first coincidence, we go for the second: the triad aspect that occurs in so many ufological cases.

Over the years, I have noticed that despite the enormous number and variety of sightings of anomalous beings in the UFO casuistry, there are a series of characteristics that are repeated over and over again, but there is one that has caught my attention. The sighting of three humanoids in countless cases of the so-called close Encounters of the Third Kind

On January 5, 1975, in the city of Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, at approximately 3 am; A man named Carlos Alberto Díaz finished his working day as a waiter in a bar and left for his home. At about 3:30 a.m., he saw a powerful light descend from the sky.

According to his own account, he was immobile, losing consciousness shortly after.
When he came to, he found himself inside a sphere that had the floor as plasticized and had no holes to the outside — no doors or windows. A quarter of an hour later, he was approached by three green-skinned beings who had no hands, mouth, nose, or ears.
After a while, he lost consciousness again and regained consciousness in the early hours of dawn.
When that happened, it was 45 kilometers from the Federal Capital; very far from the city where the abduction occurred.

• God, the creator, communicates with his creation in subtle ways and through his own nature, but does not make great or spectacular appearances; those that do are other entities.
• The voice of God (or gods) heard by many prophets in ancient times, was not the voice of the God who created the universe, although perhaps they were the voices of our creators; some kind of intelligence that had to do with our origin. They may also not have created us physically, but they did take it upon themselves to guide the course of our history through psychological manipulation.
• The beings that we call extraterrestrials, are sometimes peaceful and other times aggressive, just like God, angels, and demons.
• The idea of a trinity is an archetype that has been in our psyche since time immemorial, and beyond it could really exist, the trinitarian image is being used by UFO crews to reach the depths of our being and thus achieve various purposes with the human being. At the time of death in a human being a flash of light, called the soul or spirit is often seen and even photographed.

The Bible claims that believers in Jesus Christ, after death believers’ souls/spirits are taken to heaven, because their sins are forgiven by having received Christ as Savior (John 3:16, 18, 36). For believers, death is to be “away from the body and at home with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:6-8; Some believe this is accomplished using UFOs. The difference between God’s side and the devil’s is the difference between heaven and hell.” – Billy Sunday 

Most Hindus believe that humans are in a cycle of death and rebirth called samsara. When a person dies, their atman is reborn in a different body. Some believe rebirth happens directly at death, others believe that an atman may exist in other realms or in animals.

White House Aides Control Biden’s Answers by clearing oval office of Reporters

Johnson then called on a handful of British reporters for questions — and when their American reporters attempted to raise their own, the whole media scrum was abruptly and forcefully ushered out of the room by White House aides, who apparently control the President. By Adela Suliman

Members of the White House press corps filed a formal complaint after a meeting between President Biden and the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson ended with questions only from members of the British press.

Yet the White House appeared to point the finger at Johnson, insisting the British leader was responsible for the seemingly chaotic scenes in the Oval Office by answering a few questions.

The liberal Washington Post reported Johnson called on a handful of British reporters for questions — and when their American counterparts attempted to raise their own, the whole media scrum was ushered out of the room by White House aides who apparently control the President.

CBS News Radio’s White House correspondent Steven Portnoy, who is also president of the White House Correspondents’ Association, said in a pool report dispatch on Tuesday that “the entire editorial component of the US pool went immediately into Jen Psaki’s office to register a formal complaint that no American reporters were recognized for questions in the president’s Oval Office.”

The British Press felt the White House aides’ control what the President is allowed to say and were highly rude to their guests. No leader of any country is treated with such low respect. Naturedly THE White House blamed Boris Johnson for taking questions. It appears Biden is a puppet for his aids.

Biden ruffled some feathers among the press corps in the early days of his presidency when he waited more than two months after his inauguration to hold his first news conference in March — longer than any of his predecessors in the past 100 years.

The Washington Post’s White House bureau chief, Ashley Parker, also highlighted after the Biden meeting with Johnson that “respect for a free press” was “a key tenet of a flourishing democracy.”

Submitting to substantial questioning and news conferences serve as a crucial venue. For the media to probe and publicly hold to account the power of the presidency, which Psaki said Biden recognized as “vitally important to our democracy.”

White House aides — known as “wranglers” — began shouting and ushering reporters out of the Oval Office as the reporters tried to throw more questions at the pair. One correspondent, Ed O’Keefe of CBS News, asked Biden about the ongoing migration crisis at the southern border. British reporters felt that the wranglers were rude and commented the wranglers controlled the puppet President’s responses. The aides seem to be in charge of what he is allowed to say or even speak.  When he answers a few prepared press questions, he seems to read the prepared answer and even complains “thy tell me what to do.”

President Biden continued his bizarre habit of implying that his handlers call the shots from behind the scenes on Wednesday when he concluded remarks in honor of labor unions by saying, “What he was “supposed” to do.”

House press secretary Jen Psaki said Wednesday when asked about the incident.

“I think our relationship with the United Kingdom and with Prime Minister Johnson is so strong and abiding, we will be able to move forward beyond this,”

In fact, Biden has not taken questions about a number of issues that have come up in recent days, including the ongoing diplomatic row with France over the strategic alliance among the US, the UK and Australia, as well as the admission by the Pentagon last week that a drone strike in the final days of the Afghanistan withdrawal killed 10 innocent people — including an aid worker and seven children.

The UK Express states, “Reporters of the White House press group lodged a formal complaint after President Joe Biden refused to answer questions from the press during a joint presser with Prime Minister Boris Johnson. UK political editors were allowed the opportunity to ask Boris Johnson questions about the US free trade deal but staffers quickly began yelling over the PM mid-sentence before desperately ushering journalists out of the room shooting thank you. Politico also reports some handlers refuse to watch President Biden’s public appearances live as they get annoyed at his ad-libbing. So, who really runs the country?

White House press secretary Jen Psaki has been issued a formal complaint from White House reporters after Mr. Biden has been avoiding journalists over the past month. Perhaps the fake news will report the truth for a change.

Earlier in the week Biden was driving the new Ford Electric Lightning tuck and a reporter asked the President, “Can I ask you a quick question?” “No, you can’t, Biden responded, “Not unless you get in front of the car as I step on it!” Reporters are not happy about the remark.  Former Washington Post Journalist Max J. Rosenthal tweeted, “This is a terrifying threat against America’s free press, and I Trust impeachment proceedings will soon follow.’

Coolidge – on February 19, 2021, I walked out on the back porch at 10pm to see a UFO was so low that the 3 white lights and the center red light totally caught my attention. It moved north silently and very slowly. I watched for about 10 seconds as it slowly moved over head, I grabbed my 13-year-old daughter and pointed she said, “Daddy what is that?” I said very plainly “ALIENS”. After it was gone, I ran upstairs to tell my 17-year-old son. Then he told me when they were playing that a loud screeching sound started coming through the speakers and the tv screen turned solid white for a few seconds then turned solid red for a few more seconds then when the tv screen cleared the game just restarted.

Osceola – on September 19, 2021, I was in my hot tub and thought the stars looked really pretty. I took a photo. I noticed one was really twinkling, so I took a video of it. When I looked at the video, I saw it had lights or something on it and it was acting crazy. It was really pretty awesome though. I have five videos of it. I took the first one at around 6:00 AM and then as it got lighter, I took one at almost 7 AM in the same spot. You could still see it in the video when you enlarge the screen, but not really if you were just looking up. If you looked up, you could just see a “star” really twinkling. Have a blessed day.

Bucksport – on September 20, 2021, I bought a new Canon Digital Camera with a 40x zoom and a 160x zoom. I wanted to see how good it worked on a Full Moon.    I first captured a red triangle and then 5 shots later in the same location, I caught a second shape, like it had turned sideways.

Hazel Park—on May 26, 2021, I quickly hurried out the front door with my fiancé just behind me. As I step out the door, I noticed a long bright object moving through the sky. I immediately pointed it out to my fiancé and asked, “is that a chemtrail?” them both immediately say, “No what am I looking at?” It ascended higher into the sky, and we could both clearly see the cigar shape craft with windows that were all very brightly lit. It continued on its weaving upward path till it disappeared.

North Carolina Light

Wilmington — on September 15, 2021, I have seen multiple orange orbs here around, but this was different.

North Dakota Object

Fargo – on August 1, 2021, I was taking pictures of my children and the object appeared that was translucent. It was as if the craft was startled by the flash from my phone camera. I was in shock. I could see the tic tac even while it was cloaking itself. The rapid stop made it more visible, and the direction change made me sure of what I seen. It was exactly 140 feet just above the trees.

Ohio Object

Lakewood – on May 15, 2021, her photo was taken in order to capture the brilliant iridescent cloud phenomenon. After closer inspection, 5 distinct and distant objects can be observed in the sky.

Tennessee Light

Mt. Juliet –on August 26, 2021, at 8:07 PM I was walking outside when I noticed a pretty loud sound. I saw these two red flashing lights that were too far away from each other to be one object. Then in one of the videos you’ll start seeing a white light blinking into the frame on the right side. Note: The sound in the video sounds like jet aircraft, but the red lights are strange. Texas Object

Baytown on April 4, 2018, while working on a barrage as a foreman I began to feel a strange feeling to look towards the sky, I started taking pictures and saw this object.

Virginia Lights

Danville – on August 20, 2021, I was driving, and I saw a strange triangle of lights just hovering. Both myself and the unknown driver in front of me both saw it as we both slowed down from 45mph to about 15mph.

Itaquaquecetuba – on September 16, 2021, blast of solar plasma along with a thunder ray falls towards the street and hits the ground then appears an unidentified triangular object then disappears.

Canada object

Cornwall, Ontario – August 27, 2021, we saw four different objects that two were cigars and two were saucers. They were a huge bright light shooting forward with a lot of lighting in that part of the sky.

Italy Light

Rome – on September 7, 2021, I spotted the object on a photograph taken by my sister from an airplane as is came into land. She was not aware of seeing the object 9:39AM, but she was travelling from Ireland and her phone had not yet updated to show the local time, which was 10:39AM.

Spain Object

Mount Teide — on August 11, 2021, scrolling through some old holiday videos when I saw an extremely fast anomalous object. I don’t know what it is, but I was near the peak of Mount Teide in Tenerife in 2014. It looks disc shaped & a reasonable distance from me.

 UK/England Light

Crewe – on September 20, 2021, a bright pulsing white light, looked like a star or planet, but it pulsated changing size and shape with circling red, green, blue, and yellow lights? Then would become fuzzy and small, almost to the point of going out completely, then would become bright again as it moved slowly towards the southwest, then became too far to see.
