‘Extraterrestrials Are Working With US Government’ Claims Air Force Veteran & Nuclear Physicist

Dr. Charles Hall, a United States Air Force veteran and nuclear physicist shares his experience with extraterrestrial beings he came into contact with at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada in the 1960’s. Given the quantity of evidence  now available in the public domain , stories and testimonies from individuals with verified educational and military backgrounds deserve to be heard without ridicule, and an open mind. Keep in mind that this is a very minuscule amount of a large array of evidence that supports the UFO/extraterrestrial reality. Maybe this will inspire those interested to further their research, which can sometimes be overwhelming!

In early May, researchers, activists, political leaders and high ranking military/agency personnel from around the world testified to the reality of the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon in front of several former United States members of congress. Prior to the recent hearing on UFOs and extraterrestrial life, we’ve had explosive statements made by NASA astronauts and professors, you can watch some of those statements here and here. Not only has the world heard from all of these credible people, it has also been privy to official documentation released by dozens of governments worldwide that outline the reality of the UFO phenomenon. Documents indicate that UFOs are of concern to governments, and they put a significant amount of  time, effort and resources into studying them. Apart from governments, agencies like the National Security Agency also released official files regarding UFOs, you can view some of these previously classified documents here.

It’s now a fact that UFOs are tracked on radar, performing maneuvers that defy our idea of physics. Jets are constantly scrambled to take a closer look at them. This is no longer a conspiracy theory, it’s a fact. Release of files began early in 2007 with the UK, among others. Alien Life on Ceres: New evidence points towards intelligent life on the dwarf planet

NASA has tried really hard to understand all the enigmas surrounding the dwarf planet Ceres. Ever since the first image was beamed back by NASA’s Dawn Spacecraft scientists around the world have tried to explain all the mysteries about one of the most interesting dwarf planets in the solar system. But what makes Ceres so unique?

 

Well we could say that the mysterious bright lights that were spotted on the surface of Ceres are the most talked about mystery surrounding Ceres. The truth is that no one has been able to accurately explain what the mysterious lights are, what causes them, and why they are not present anywhere else. The first high-resolution images of the surface of the dwarf planet arrived to Earth in January 19, 2015 and since then everyone started talking about the unique and mysterious features of Ceres.

 

Ok so, what do the lights look like? Well, to be honest if you compare the image of the bright lights on Ceres to an image of a city on Earth, taken from Space, I’d say that the two look very much alike… It’s as if we are looking at an Alien city on Ceres… But optical illusion can play around with your mind. While no one can rule out at this point an alien city on Ceres, no one can rule out Pareidolia either.

 

Let’s compare the bright spots on Ceres with an image of a city on Earth as seen from space:

 

 

Ummm… Is that an Alien city on Ceres?

 

As if the mysterious bright lights of Ceres weren’t enough, there is more about Ceres that could creep you out. New images of the dwarf planet show what appears to be a pyramid-shaped structure located on a flat landscape. According to scientists, that mysterious pyramid should be there geologically speaking. The ‘Ceres pyramid’ measures around 3 miles in height, but the size of the ‘pyramid’ isn’t the most mysterious part of the story. What has caused even greater confusion is the fact that one side of the oddly shaped mountain is nearly completely dark on one side while the other side glows just like the bright spots on the dwarf planet.

 

So what is causing the bright spots to shine like that? And why is there a pyramid in the middle of nowhere?

 

 

Bright lights that cannot be explained… a huge pyramid sticking out of nowhere… Ceres is as mysterious as it gets.

 

According to Carol Raymond, deputy principal investigator of the Dawn Mission declared: The surface of Ceres has revealed many interesting and unique features. For example, icy moons in the outer solar system have craters with central pits, but on Ceres central pits in large craters are much more common. These and other features will allow us to understand the inner structure of Ceres that we cannot sense directly.”

 

What does this mean? Well it means that Ceres is as mysterious as it can get with distinct features that make it extremely rare and unique when compared to other celestial bodies in our solar system. There are many things on Ceres that simply put, should not be there.

 

 

But if the pyramid-shaped structures and huge bright lights that resemble a city aren’t enough, Ceres has more to offer. According to scientists, the dwarf planet is split into a rocky core and an icy mantle and is believed to have an internal ocean of LIQUID WATER under its thick coating of ice. Scientists picked up ‘traces of water’ back in 2014 when they spotted emissions of water vapor from different regions on Ceres something that caused great confusion among experts since massive bodies located in the asteroid belt DO NOT emit vapors.

 

All of the above means that Ceres is one of its kind. No other planet- dwarf planet is as mysterious as this one. Its incredible features have given us a lot to talk about and its mysterious geology still continues to amaze anyone who looks at it. The only thing left to do is continue following the Dawn spacecraft mission as it explores one of the most mysterious objects in our solar system, an object that could have an Alien connection according to UFO hunters.

NASA scientists say: Pluto is alive and strangely resembles Earth

Pluto has blue skies, they may not be as sunny as those on Earth but the sky on the dwarf planet is undoubtedly blue. The discovery was made thanks to NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft during the historic flyby near the icy dwarf planet in July this year. The ‘new’ images of Pluto arrived to Earth last week and were released by NASA today.

 

According to NASA scientists, the particles in the atmosphere of Pluto are actually red and gray, the way the particles scatter blue light is was has left scientists baffled.

 

"Who would have expected a blue sky in the Kuiper Belt? It's gorgeous," Alan Stern, the principal scientist for New Horizons, said in a NASA release about the latest images. The new images prove, without a doubt, that Pluto has surprisingly Earth-like features and that the dwarf planet is very similar to Earth. As for life on Pluto, scientists have not denied or confirmed whether Pluto is warm enough for living organisms to survive.

"That striking blue tint tells us about the size and composition of the haze particles,” said science team researcher Carly Howett.

 

"A blue sky often results from scattering of sunlight by very small particles. On Earth, those particles are very tiny nitrogen molecules.

 

"On Pluto they appear to be larger — but still relatively small — soot-like particles we call tholins.”

 

Even though scientists are extremely excited about the ‘blue skies’ on Pluto, the discovery of ice on the planet could certainly be more important as this incredible feature could point towards the presence of larger bodies of water, and where there is water there might be life…

The next step for researchers is to investigate from where the water is coming from.

 

“Large expanses of Pluto don’t show exposed water ice,” said science team member Jason Cook.

 

"Understanding why water appears exactly where it does, and not in other places, is a challenge that we are digging into.”

 

Stern described Pluto as "alive" and said: "It has weather, it has hazes in the atmosphere [and] active geology.”

 

Astronomers are unsure why there is Ice on certain places on Pluto and not on others.

 

Professor Brian Cox said "The New Horizons probe showed you there may well be a subsurface ocean on Pluto, which means - if our understanding of life on Earth is even slightly correct - that you could have living things there," he said.

A team of physicists has proposed a way of teleporting energy over long distances. The technique, which is purely theoretical at this point, takes advantage of the strange quantum phenomenon of entanglement where two particles share the same existence.

The researchers, who work out of Tohoku University in Japan, and led by Masahiro Hotta,describe their proposal in the latest edition of Physical Review A. Their system exploits properties of squeezed light or vacuum states that should allow for the teleportation of information about an energy state. In turn, this teleported quantum energy could be made useable.

Unlike teleportation schemes as portrayed in Star Trek or The Fly, this type of teleportation describes entanglement experiments in which two entangled particles are joined despite no apparent connection between them. When a change happens to one particle, the same change happens to the other. Hence, the impression of teleportation. Physicists have conducted experiments using light, matter, and now, energy.

According to Hotta, a measurement on the first particle injects quantum energy into the system. Then, by carefully choosing the measurement to do on the second particle, it is possible to extract the original energy.

Writing in Phys.org, Bob Yirka explains more:

Back in 2008, Hotta, with another team, first devised a theory for teleporting energy based on taking advantages of vacuum states—theory suggests they are not truly empty, instead there are particles in them that pop in and out of existence, some of which are entangled. While interesting, the theory suggested that teleporting energy could only be carried out over very short distances. In this new effort, Hotta et al have found a way to increase the teleportation distance by making use of a property known as squeezed light which is tied to a squeezed vacuum state.

Quantum mechanics laws limit the ways that values in a system (such as a vacuum) can be measured—physicists have found however, that increasing the uncertainty of one value, decrease the uncertainty of the value of others—a sort of squeezing effect. When applied to light, theory suggests, it leads to more pairs traveling together through a vacuum, which in turn leads to more of them being entangled, and that the team suggests should allow for teleporting energy over virtually any distance.

Moving forward, the researchers want to put their theory to the test in a lab. Hotta hints that his team is in the process of doing just that.

Interestingly, this work has implications to a number of related fields, including black hole physics and the quantum theory of Maxwell’s demon.

Scientists Say At Least 2 Previously Unknown Planets Exist Beyond Pluto

Astronomers have spent decades debating whether some dark trans-Plutonian planet remains to be discovered within the solar system. According to the calculations of scientists at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM, Spain) and the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) not only one, but at least two planets must exist to explain the orbital behaviour of extreme trans-Neptunian objects (ETNO).

 

Astronomers have spent decades debating whether some dark trans-Plutonian planet remains to be discovered within the solar system. According to the calculations of scientists at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM, Spain) and the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) not only one, but at least two planets must exist to explain the orbital behaviour of extreme trans-Neptunian objects (ETNO).

 

The most accepted theory establishes that the orbits of these objects, which travel beyond Neptune, should be distributed randomly, and by an observational bias, their paths must fulfil a series of characteristics: have a semi-major axis with a value close to 150 AU (astronomical units or times the distance between the Earth and the Sun), an inclination of almost 0° and an argument or angle of perihelion (closest point of the orbit to our Sun) also close to 0° or 180°.

 

Yet what is observed in a dozen of these bodies is quite different: the values of the semi-major axis are very disperse (between 150 AU and 525 AU), the average inclination of their orbit is around 20° and argument of Perihelion –31°, without appearing in any case close to 180°.

 

“This excess of objects with unexpected orbital parameters makes us believe that some invisible forces are altering the distribution of the orbital elements of the ETNO and we consider that the most probable explanation is that other unknown planets exist beyond Neptune and Pluto,” explains Carlos de la Fuente Marcos, scientist at the UCM and co-author of the study.

 

“The exact number is uncertain, given that the data that we have is limited, but our calculations suggest that there are at least two planets, and probably more, within the confines of our solar system,” adds the astrophysicist.

 

To carry out the study, which is published as two articles in the journal ‘Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society Letters’, the researchers have analysed the effects of the so-called ‘Kozai mechanism’, related to the gravitational perturbation that a large body exerts on the orbit of another much smaller and further away object. As a reference they have considered how this mechanism works in the case of comet 96P/Machholz1 under the influence of Jupiter.

 

Two problems to solve

 

Despite their surprising results, the authors recognise that their data comes up against two problems. On the one hand, their proposal goes against the predictions of current models on the formation of the solar system, which state that there are no other planets moving in circular orbits beyond Neptune.

 

However, the recent discovery by the ALMA radio telescope of a planet-forming disk more than 100 astronomical units from the star HL Tauri, which is younger than the Sun and more massive, suggests that planets can form several hundred astronomical units away from the centre of the system.

 

On the other hand, the team recognises that the analysis is based on a sample with few objects (specifically 13), but they point out that in the coming months more results are going to be published, making the sample larger. “If it is confirmed, our results may be truly revolutionary for astronomy,” says de la Fuente Marcos.

 

Last year two researchers from the United States discovered a dwarf planet called 2012 VP113 in the Oort cloud, just beyond our solar system. The discoverers consider that its orbit is influenced by the possible presence of a dark and icy super-Earth, up to ten times larger than our planet.

“Alien Life On Mars Destroyed By Floods” Leading Scientists Believe

Just recently there has been A LOT of publicity about the red planet, what with the new ‘Martian’ Film out starring Matt Damon and NASA confirming that water exists on Mars.  But just recently some leading Scientists have confirmed that they believe that there WAS indeed an Alien Civilization once on Mars, which could of been destroyed by a “Mega-Flood”

 

The leading Scientists have also confirmed that if Mars was hit by a Mega-flood, this could possibly cause ‘ clear implications’ for the search for life on the Red Planet (?)

 

It is believed that Mars was hit by a HUGE devastating flood of truly biblical proportions, scientists have confirmed – A bit like the story of Noah’s ark!?

 

This could be a possible cover up in order to possibly delay disclosure, but the Scientists have confirmed that they have recently uncovered NEW EVIDENCE which proves a ‘huge’ deluge took place more than three billion years ago!

 

 

Coincidentally NASA very recently CONFIRMED that water has been discovered on the Red Planet and then follows this rather intriguing news – could it be that the strange objects spotted on Mars by Conspiracy Theorists could actually be the remains of a destroyed civilisation!? 

 

According to the Scientists this Apocalyptic event would have released enough water to drown most of Europe, carving out massive channels on the Martian surface which can still be seen today.

 

 

It has also been mentioned that if their were any ‘Advanced’ aliens on the red planet at the time of the destructive floods, they could have left the planet in the final days.

 

These supposed ‘mage-floods’ of the Red Planet may also have washed away important traces of ancient civilised  life – But on the flip side of all this, left preserving tell tale signs which could possibly answer the question of whether any living things/beings ever called Mars their home!

 

A group of scientists have now published research which actually points to the EXACT reason for this flood.

 

 

The leading team from the ‘Planetary Science Institute’ and the ‘Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona’ have suggested that the flood was caused by massive deposits of ice and sediment that collected in canyons beneath the planet’ long lost ancient ocean.  These deposits were then heated by lava, which therefore melted the ice and inundating Mars with torrents of water and possibly destroying all forms of life in the process!  They stated:

 

“There could still be large reservoirs of subterranean water trapped under the surface of Mars, in the areas around the old northern ocean, or in other parts of the planet where seas and lakes formed at the same time, ” the researchers said.

 

“Traces of ancient environments capable of sustaining life forms similar to those on Earth could have been preserved in sub-surface materials that are now exposed.

 

“The results obtained could have clear implications both for research and for future human activity on Mars”.

 

Even though this apparent Martian apocalypse took place billions of years ago, it could have trapped reservoirs under the surface of Mars – as well as traces of ancient life.  Lets not forget that billions of years ago advanced civilisations could of been around at the time – one day it could be our very own species that is wiped out by some kind of apocalyptic event….

Le Centre de Recherche Ufologique russe a une collection d’observations “d’aspect liquides “.

Les dossiers secrets de la Marine russe contiennent beaucoup d’informations valables sur des observations d’ovnis. Les chercheurs militaires russes sont plutôt sérieux. Les dossiers sont largement inaccessibles, même après la chute de l’URSS.

Mr Krapiva s’occupait des lectures données par des vétérans des sous-marins nucléaires Soviétiques. Ils avaient servi dans le Nord de la Russie, dans des bases et installations navales secrètes. Quelques fois les lectures déviaient des présentations prévues, et beaucoup de captivantes histores furent racontées.

Sous-Marin :

Par exemple, les opérateurs sonars soviétiques “entendaient “ d’étranges cibles.

Le lieutenant commandant Oleg Sokolov informa confidentiellement les étudiants que pendant qu’il était en mission dans son sous-marin, il observa à travers le périscope un étrange objet a travers l’eau. Il ne fut pas capable de l’identifier parcequ’il le voyait à travers le système optique du périscope. Cette rencontre sous-marine eut lieu dans le début des années 60.

Sebastopol:

Il y a quelques années V.V Krapiva rencontra le professeur Korsakov de l’Université d’Odessa. Le professeur Korsakov lui raconta une conversation qu’il avait eu avec un ami a lui, un officier de la marine soviétique, qui avait servi dans la base navale de Sebastopol.

Dans les années 50, cet officier vit personnellement un ovni. L’objet se déplaçait vers le haut, a l’arrière de son croiseur de guerre. L’officier avait l’impression que l’objet avait surgi des profondeurs de la mer noire. Le professeur Korsakov a une photographie de l’objet.

En août 1965, l’équipage du navire a vapeur RADUGA, alors qu’il naviguait dans la mer rouge, observa un phénomène inhabituel. A deux miles de distance, une sphère ardente surgit de la mer et survola la surface de l’océan, l’illuminant. La sphère faisait soixante mètres de diamètre, et elle survolait la mer a une altitude de 150 mètres. Une gigantesque colonne d’eau rose surgit alors que la sphère émergée de la mer et s’écroula un moment plus tard.

En décembre 1977, pas très loin de l’île de Novy Georgy, l’équipage d’un chalutier, le VASILY KISELEV, observa aussi quelque chose de sensiblement extraordinaire. S’élevant à la verticale de l’eau se trouvé un objet en forme de beignet. Son diamètre était entre 300 et 500 mètres. Il volait sur place a une distance de 4 ou 5 kilomètres. La station radar du chalutier fut immédiatement rendue inopérante. L’objet survola la zone pendant 3 heures, et ensuite disparu instantanément.

Le témoignage d’Alexander G.Globa, un marin du GORI, un bateau citerne soviétique, a été publié dans le magazine Zagadki Sfinksa (numéro 3, 1992). En juin 1984, le GORI était en Méditerranée, a 20 nautiques de Gibraltar. A 16h00, Globa était en faction. Avec lui se trouvait le second du commandant S.Bolotov. Ils regardaient le côté gauche du pont quand les deux hommes observèrent un étrange objet polychromatique.

Quand l’objet fut a l’arrière, il stoppa soudainement. S.Bolotov était enthousiasmé, secouant ses jumelles et criant : ” c’est une soucoupe volante, une vraie soucoupe, mon dieu, vite, vite, regardes !”.

Globa regarda l’objet a travers ses jumelles (il lui rappela la partie haute d’une casserole). L’ovni luisait d’une brillance métallique grise. La partie la plus basse de l’appareil avait une forme ronde précise, son diamètre ne dépassait pas les 20 mètres. Autour de la partie basse, Globa observa des ” vagues “ de protubérances sur la plaque extérieure.

La base du corps de l’objet consistait en deux semi-disques, le plus petit au-dessus. Ils tournaient lentement dans des directions opposées. Sur la circonférence du disque le plus bas, Globa vit de nombreuses lumières, lumineuses comme des gouttes. L’attention du marin fut attirée par la partie supérieure de l’ovni.

Elle semblait être complètement lisse et douce, sa couleur était jaune d’œuf et en son milieu Globa discerna un rond, une tache comme un noyau. Sur le bord de la partie inférieure de l’ovni, laquelle était clairement visible, se trouvait quelque chose qui ressemblait à un tuyau. Il brillait d’une lumière rose non naturelle, comme une lampe néon. Le haut du disque central était entouré par quelque chose en forme de triangle. Cela semblait bouger dans la même direction que le disque inférieur, mais a une vitesse plus lente.

Tout a coup, l’ovni sauta plusieurs fois, comme s’il était déplacé par une vague invisible.

Beaucoup de lumières illuminaient la portion de dessous. L’équipage du GORI essaya d’attirer l’attention de l’objet en utilisant le projecteur a signaux lumineux. A ce moment la, le capitaine Sokolovky était dans son bureau avec ses hommes. Ils regardaient intensément l’objet. Toutefois, l’attention de l’ovni fut détournée par un autre bâtiment, approchant l’autre bord. C’était un cargo arabe, en route pour la Grèce. Les Arabes confirmèrent que l’objet survola leur bateau.

Une minute et demi plus tard, l’objet changea sa trajectoire de vol. Les marins soviétiques l’observèrent alors qu’il traversait les nuages, apparaissant et disparaissant à nouveau. De temps en temps il brillait grâce aux rayons du soleil. Alors le vaisseau s’évanouit, comme une étincelle, et parti instantanément.

Observations militaires classifiées d’Extranéens et d’OVNIs...

Rencontres de militaires soviétiques avec des extranéens et des OVNI sous-marins. Ceci est un exemple de ce que l’on peut trouver dans des rapports officiels on ne peut plus sérieux de témoins responsables et sous autorités compétentes.

Le chercheur Paul Stonehill écrit qu’il existe de nombreux rapports soviétiques concernant des rencontres avec des objets étranges sous la mer. Durant l’été de 1982, Mark Shteynberg et le lieutenant-colonel Gennady Zverev dirigeant les entraînements périodiques des plongeurs de reconnaissance (hommes-grenouilles) des régions militaires du Turkestan et de Centre Asie. Les entraînements avaient lieux au lac Issyk-Kul, un lac profond dans la région des Ala-Taou Transiliens [NDT : 42°30'N par 77°30'E, près de la frontière chinoise].

Le général-major V. Demyanko, commandant le Service des Plongeurs Militaires des Forces du Génie du Ministère de la Défense, rendit à des officiers une visite impromptue. Il venait les informer d’un événement extraordinaire qui s’était produit en Sibérie. Des hommes-grenouilles avaient été confrontés à des nageurs sous-marins semblables à des hommes mais de grande taille (environ 3 mètres de haut) !

Ces nageurs, malgré l’eau glacée, étaient vêtus de combinaisons collantes argentées. Par 50 mètres de fond, ces êtres ne portaient pas d’appareils respiratoires, mais des casques sphériques masquant leurs têtes.

Alertés par ces rencontres, le commandant militaire local décida de capturer une de ces créatures. Dans cette intention, un groupe spécial de plongeurs poursuivit un des étranges nageurs. Lorsqu’ils tentèrent de la coiffer avec un filet, le groupe entier fut projeté par une force puissante hors des eaux profondes vers la surface.

Les hommes-grenouilles étaient en danger de mort, parce qu’ils leur auraient fallu observer des paliers de décompression. Tous les membres de cette malheureuse expédition furent atteints d’embolie gazeuse. Le seul traitement envisageable était de les placer en caisson de décompression. Malheureusement le seul disponible à proximité ne pouvait contenir que deux personnes.

On en serra cependant quatre dans le caisson, les trois autres périrent et les quatre devinrent des invalides.

Le général-major s’était précipité à Issyk-Kul pour prévenir contre toute semblable initiative casse-cou. Bien que le lac Issyk-Kul soit moins profond que le lac Baïkal, des créatures mystérieuses se trouvaient dans les deux.

Peu de temps plus tard, les militaires du Turkménistan reçurent un ordre du commandant en chef des Forces Terrestres. Il s’agissait d’une analyse détaillée des événements du lac Baïkal.

Les documents contenaient des rapports des Forces du Génie, énumérant les apparitions de créatures sous-marines dans de nombreux lacs, de disques géants et de sphères rentrant et sortant des lacs, de lumières puissantes provenant des fonds, etc. Les documents étaient classés très secrets et avaient pour objet “d’éviter les rencontres inutiles”. Mark Shteynberg était en service près du lac Sarez, dans les monts Pamir.

Ce lac a une profondeur d’environ un kilomètre et demi. Des radars sophistiqués ont suivi les satellites US SDI depuis cette région. Ces radars repéraient régulièrement des objets discoïdes qui plongeaient et disparaissaient dans le lac Sarez, puis refaisaient surface et décollaient.

Encore quelques histoires de l’est avec des géants…

La plus ancienne mention d’êtres géants est apparue dans les débuts des années 1900. Plusieurs garçons de Géorgie découvrirent une cave a l’intérieur d’une montagne, avec des squelettes de type humains complets. Chaque squelette faisait trois mètres de hauteur. Pour aller dans la cave, les garçons devaient plonger dans un lac. George Papashvili et sa femme se rappellent l’incident dans un livre publié a New York en 1925.

Vladimir Georgiyevich Ajaja est de nos jours une personnalité importante dans l’Association Ufologique russe. Mais il n’a pas toujours été un ufologue, et quand il en ai devenu un, il a gagné la colère du parti communiste comme tous ceux qui étudiaient des sujets interdits. Avec l’aide d’un copain haut placé dans la marine, il fut capable d’écrire une pièce a propos du triangle des Bermudes pour Nauka I Zhizhn, un magazine scientifique soviétique respecté.

Après tout, il était un chercheur marin qui, a de nombreuses occasions, avait étudié les profondeurs de l’océan atlantique a bord de sous-marin soviétique. Les autres océanologues soviétiques ne touchaient pas un sujet si “discutable “. Dans sa recherche d’information, deux sources l’aidèrent: Le livre de Charles Berlitz sur le triangle des Bermudes qui mentionnait les ovnis et le vice amiral Y.V Ivanov, chef de la Direction des Renseignements Maritimes. Ajaja trouva que les renseignements maritimes avaient depuis longtemps considérés les ovnis comme un sujet sérieux d’enquête.

Les efforts de Ajaja pour étudier et promouvoir l’ufologie en firent une cible pour la science bureaucratique et les fonctionnaires du parti. Son nom fut sali dans les médias soviétiques. Le travail d’Ajaja fut mis sur liste noire. Ses lectures furent proscrites. Il fut renvoyé de plusieurs travailles, et interdit de parler publiquement.

A nouveau, son ami de la marine l’aida a trouver un travail, et a écrire sur les ovnis, pour leur utilisation pratique. Dans sa brochure : ATTENTION :OVNIS, il statua que la vague d’ovnis en 1989, et qui durait toujours en 1991, quand elle fut publiée, avait balayé l’idéologie et les barrières de la censure qui étaient placées contre l’ufologie en URSS.

Mais à cause de ces années de silence, le pays n’était pas préparé au phénomène ovni. Donc il demanda l’aide de l’organisation SOYUZUFOTSENTR pour promouvoir l’enquête scientifique sur le phénomène ovni. Ajaja était convaincu que les responsables de la recherche ufologique de l’Académie de Sciences soviétiques évitaient de dire la vérité et bloquaient la recherche.

A.Gorbovsky, un historien soviétique publia un livre intitulé ” Enigmes de l’histoire ancienne “ dans le début des années 70. Pour beaucoup de gens, dans l’Union Soviétique, ce livre était une introduction au monde interdit de l’ufologie, du paleo-contact ( un terme russe pour l’hypothèse des anciens astronautes), et les mystères de notre histoire ancienne.

Gorbosky mentionna un incident qui prit place dans l’ancienne Méditerranée ou les gens observèrent un étrange véhicule sous les eaux et faisant surface à très grande vitesse. L’objet s’éjecta de lui-même de l’eau, et disparu peut après.

B.Borovikov chassa les requins dans la mer noire pendant des années. Alors quelque chose arriva et qui mit fin a son hobby. Plongeant dans la région de Anapa, il descendit à une profondeur de 8 mètres. Il vit des êtres géants s’élevant de dessous. Ils étaient comme laiteux, mais avec des faces humanoïdes, et quelque chose comme une queue de poisson.

L’être a la tête de ses compagnons vit Borovikov, et s’arrêta. Il avait des yeux bulbeux géants et des sortes de lunettes. Les deux autres le rejoignirent. Un deux tendit sa main, une main avec des membranes, vers le nageur. Tous approchèrent le plongeur, et s’arrêtèrent à petite distance. Alors ils tournèrent autour de lui, et nagèrent au loin. L’expérience de Borovikov fut publiée en 1996.

Une observation très bien documentée qui a des similitudes avec celle de Greifswald en Allemagne de l'Est, faite au dessus de Saint Petersbourg le 19 février 1997 à 15H15, enregistré par un étudiant caméraman, Yuri Arzamastsev depuis sa cuisine. La formation de lumières orangées fut observée en plusieurs endroits au dessus et aux alentours de St Petersbourg, l'observation filmée ici commence au dessus de la ville et dure une vingtaine de minutes. Elle fut vue par les contrôleurs aériens et même détectée par un pilote dans son avion sur la piste à ce moment là. " Le contrôleur aérien Victor Laktushin décrivit les lumières comme une formation changeante, qui était rejointe par d'autres lumières anormales. Il dessina la formation depuis sa tour de contrôle au fur et à mesure de ses changements de forme. On ne sait pas si elle fut détectée sur les radars. The UFO crash and subsequent cover-up that occurred in July of 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico likely propelled the term, “government conspiracy” into the mainstream. However, our first “official” and intentional contact with aliens occurred in 1954 under the presidency of Dwight Eisenhower. Several clandestine meetings between countless government officials that included the leader of the United States of America and beings from outer space would eventually result in an alleged formalized agreement between human beings and a race of extraterrestrials, known as the Greys.

Once the shock and awe wore off, the deal made was a simple exchange of otherworldly technology for the freedom to abduct and experiment on animals and people. Reportedly, their race was dying and the medical examinations were vital to their survival. Hence, the mutilated cattle and repressed abduction memories surfacing on therapist’s couch.

Unfortunately, the original terms of the arrangement would be abandoned as a secret government faction continued relations over the years with the alien race, sans the president and other involved parties, for their mutual benefit. The suspected terms of the ongoing relationship secures the safety, security, freedom and power of the secret group in what will be referred to as the New World Order. The new structure puts into place a single world government that will be led by the Grey alien race and served by members of the secret society. Depressingly, the world population will submit under the extraterrestrial reign.

Under the terms of the arrangement, full disclosure of their agreement will follow the announcement of the not only the existence of aliens, but their assumed control of the planet.

2. Message from Deep Space

In 1983, an astronomer, Hisashi Hirabayashi and his colleague, Masaki Morimoto sent a message, via a radio telescope toward the star, Altair. In an effort to commemorate Tanabata, a Japanese holiday which celebrates the union of two stars, Vega and Altair, they sent a message containing several identifying bits of information. Included in the transmission was the location of Earth, the basic structure of our DNA and common human characteristics.

While we hope for a friendly reply, it is possible that the space mail reached a hostile race and the information we provided will be used against us in some way.

The message should have been received by the inhabitants of Altair in 1999 and assuming it was read and replied was sent, we will be receiving their response sometime late this year, in 2015.

X-Files Axed: UFO Reports To Be Destroyed

The Ministry of Defence will destroy all future UFO reports it receives so it does not have to make them public, a previously secret memo has revealed.

Britain's official UFO investigation unit and hotline were closed down at the start of December.

Since then, reports of strange sights in the skies sent to the MoD have been kept for 30 days before being thrown out, the newly released policy document showed.

This stance was adopted so defence officials would not have to publish the information in response to freedom of information (FoI) requests or pass it to the National Archives.

The memo, dated November 11, 2009, sets out the MoD's reasons for shutting its UFO unit and ceasing to invite the public to send in details of sightings.

It noted the number of reports the department received soared last year, taking up extra resources and diverting staff from "more valuable" defence-related activities.

The MoD recorded 634 UFO sightings in 2009, the second highest annual total after 1978, when there were 750, according to UFO expert Dr David Clarke.

This compares with an average of about 150 reports a year during the past decade.

The memo said: "The dedicated UFO hotline answer phone service and e-mail address serve no defence purpose, and merely encourage the generation of correspondence of no defence value."

The memo revealed that MoD chiefs made a point of not discussing their plans to close the UFO unit with other countries because of fears this could be perceived as part of a global cover-up.

Dr Clarke, a lecturer in journalism at Sheffield Hallam University, obtained the memo through an FoI request.

The expert said the MoD's new policy on destroying UFO reports would make it much more difficult to uncover the truth about incidents in the future.

"Even if something quite serious happened, perhaps where there was a near-miss with an airline, the MoD will say, 'We may have had a report on it, but we've destroyed it,'" he said.

Ministry of Defence officials 'DID investigate mass UFO sightings in West Wales village'

The Broad Haven Triangle sightings made national headlines nearly 40 years ago

New details have emerged shedding light on a spate of mysterious UFO and alien sightings which gripped a West Wales community almost 40 years ago.

Dubbed the 1977 Broad Haven Triangle mystery, conspiracy theories went into overdrive when reports emerged that 14 pupils from Broad Haven primary school had seen a UFO landing in Pembrokeshire.

The head teacher at the time backed up their claims, saying they had all drawn similar pictures of the craft.

Many others reported being petrified by a strange silver alien.

Now a new novel claims to have revealed details of a declassified MoD document which suggests top-ranking officials carried out a covert inquiry into the mysterious activities.

'Archive evidence'

The Watchers by Neil Spring is said to be based on “true events” and promises to reveal the truth about what really happened at Broad Haven.

According to the Express, Mr Spring researched the case through documents sent to the National Archives 30 years after the bizarre happenings and after a new witness came forward.

“I visited Broad Haven a sceptic, and came away convinced that some of the locals knew far more about the mysterious occurrences of 1977 than they are willing to reveal,” he said.

'Faceless humanoid'

According to documents held at the National Archive in Kew, the story began one night in April 1977 at 2.30am when Rosa Granville, who ran the Haven Fort Hotel in Little Haven, was awoken by strange noise and lights.

Looking out of her window, she described seeing an object which looked like an “upside-down saucer” in the field next to the hotel and two “faceless humanoid” creatures with pointed heads.

The incident, she said in a subsequent letter she wrote to her MP Nicholas Edwards, left her “agitated and disturbed and not the least bit desirous of another encounter”.

'Inundated with sightings'

On receiving Mrs Granville’s letter back in 1977, Mr Edwards contacted the Ministry of Defence and Flight Lieutenant Cowan, an officer from RAF Brawdy, then visited the hotel.

The MP said at the time: “I am being inundated at the present time with representations about UFOs said to have been seen in Pembrokeshire.”

Other incidents reported in the Broad Haven area at the time included a class of schoolchildren who claimed to have seen a spacecraft near their playground.

Then a family said they saw several UFOs in the space of a week, as well as several sightings of silver-suited creatures.

MoD officials expressed no interest, saying there was no threat to national security.

'Discreet inquiry'

However, among the documents was a letter from the head of the MoD’s S4 wing to the Provost Security Service, the RAF’s internal police force.

The S4 chief wrote: ”I have not even told the Minister I am consulting you” and called for a “discreet enquiry” after expressing bewilderment at the number of apparently “level-headed” witnesses to the strange activity.

Mr Spring said: “(The new witnesses’) testimony rocked the very foundations of the British Government.”

'Bombshell document'

Nick Pope, who worked as UFO investigator for the MOD, said: “This bombshell document shows how the MoD’s UFO project asked the RAF Police to conduct a secret investigation into these mysterious events, while Parliament, the media and the public were being told the subject was of no defence significance.

“Defence ministers were cut out of the loop.”

The disclosures have prompted Tory peer Lord Black of Brentwood to call for a full explanation from the MoD of what it uncovered.

 'More answers needed'

Lord Black said: “A number of recently released MoD files leave little doubt that a small number of sightings of aerial phenomena - particularly by military personnel, pilots and air traffic controllers - remain unexplained and unidentified.

“There needs to be further examination of these issues in the hope of learning something new.”

The sightings in Broad Haven took place near a military base, leading some observers to suggest the crafts had actually been Harrier jump jets and the aliens were just men wearing fireproof flying outfits.

Two years ago a former US Navy sailor came forward to say that the cause of the silver-suited being was in fact a US military personal wearing their standard fireproof uniform and the UFOs were new Harrier jets being flown.

The MoD has not commented.

Mysterious Japanese UFO Museum Investigated by FBI

A report has been circulating about an FBI investigation into a mysterious UFO Museum in Japan that may have revealed to the public a memo about a UFO crash and the alien bodies recovered there. What’s in the memo and what’s in this secret UFO museum?

According to reports, the redacted memo (the name of the witness is blacked out) is from March 22, 1950, and describes an eyewitness’ account of the discovery of “flying saucers” in New Mexico and a possible cause of the crashes. Here’s what was in the memo:

• An investigator for the Air Force states that three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots. According to Mr. (censored) informant, the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the Government has a very high powered radar set-up in that area and it is believed that radar interferes with the controlling mechanism of the saucers.

Despite that detailed account, there doesn’t seem to be much more information available about this recovery of aliens and their ships. The memo was kept in the vaults of the FBI where it seems they hoped it would be forgotten. And it was.

FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, the keeper of all secrets

Until 1994. That’s when it was announced that an international UFO research center would open in Hakui, Japan,. According to another FBI memo from that time, the center would have a library containing over 10,000 official documents relating to UFO phenomena gathered from multiple countries that would be available to researchers and – the part that concerned them the most – to the general public.

It appears the FBI’s concern may have had an impact on what is now called the Cosmo Isle Hakui Space and UFO Museum. While the main building is shaped like a flying saucer, the museum’s emphasis seems to be more on space memorabilia, with exhibits on both U.S. and Russian missions including Vostok 1, the actual Russian spacecraft that took the first person into orbit in 1961.

Which brings us back to the museum and the 1950 memo. Why is the memo suddenly in the news again? Has something new been found about the 1950 crash that’s being covered up … again? Is the museum going back to its original (and possibly suppressed) goal of finding and making public information about UFOs and alien encounters? If so, it’s about time.

UPDATE Op 21 juli 1969 zette Neil Armstrong als eerste mens voet op de maan. Een kwartier na hem was het de beurt aan Buzz Aldrin. De twee astronauten maakten deel uit van de Apollo 11-missie. Maar in totaal waren er zeventien missies. 'The Project Apollo Archive' dook in het archief en postte meer dan 8.400 foto's van de astronauten in hoge resolutie (1800 dpi) op haar Flickr-account.

De enorme fotobase omvat zowat elke foto die ooit genomen werd door astronauten op hun Apollomissies in de jaren 60 en 70. De foto's werden in chronologische volgorde gepost zodat het voor de waarnemer een beetje lijkt alsof die er zelf bij was. Voor de liefhebbers: de astronauten werden voorzien van Hasselbladcamera's.

In 2004 besloot het Johnson Space Center om de originele fotoclichés - uit het predigitale tijdperk - opnieuw in te scannen. Het resultaat is verbuffend.

De eerste kleurenfoto's van de nevels in de atmosfeer van Pluto tonen dat die nevels blauw zijn. "Wie had ooit kunnen verwachten dat we blauwe lucht zouden vinden in de Kuipergordel. Het is prachtig", zegt Alan Stern, planetoloog en leider van de New Horizons Missie. De deeltjes zelf zijn waarschijnlijk eigenlijk eerder grijs of zelfs rood, maar ze verspreiden een wonderlijk blauw licht dat de NASA-wetenschappers - en eigenlijk ons allemaal - met open mond achterlaat. 

NASA heeft ook ijswater gevonden in enkele regio's op de dwergplaneet. "Het verbaast me dat het ijswater zo rood gekleurd is", zegt Silvia Protopapa, teamlid van de University of Maryland. Het ijswater brengt voorlopig meer vragen dan antwoorden voor de wetenschappers. "We begrijpen de relatie tussen het waterijs en de roodachtige Tholin kleurstoffen op het oppervlak van Pluto nog niet", klinkt het. Waarom het water op sommige plekken opduikt en op andere plekken niet, is een raadsel dat het team wil ophelderen.

De wetenschapper Alan Stern gaf eerder tijdens een lezing aan een universiteit in Canada aan dat hij de ontdekking zelf nog maar amper kan bevatten, maar dat hij nog niets mocht onthullen over de aard ervan. "Helaas kan ik nog niets zeggen over wat NASA donderdag (vandaag, nvdr.) zal vertellen", aldus Stern toen. "Maar het is verbluffend."

Terwijl Stern hogeresolutiefoto's toonde van Pluto en zijn grootste maan Charon, zei hij: "Deze wereld leeft. Er is een weersysteem, geologische activiteit en er zijn nevels in de atmosfeer."

Volgens de wetenschapper is op dit moment ook nog maar tien procent van de data van New Horizons gedownload waardoor Pluto steeds nieuwe elementen zal blijven prijsgeven. "2015 is een jaar waarin geschiedenis wordt geschreven", besloot Stern enthousiast.

Diezelfde Alan Stern die met deze straffe uitspraken tijdens zijn lezing iedereen warm had gemaakt voor het "grote nieuws" dat vandaag zou onthuld worden, leek niet veel later plots zelf de stoutste dromen van ruimtefanaten aan diggelen te slaan. Hij meldde immers het volgende op Twitter: "Er gaat een fout gerucht rond dat er een grote wetenschappelijke aankondiging zou zijn. Compleet vals."

Later tweette hij dan toch de nieuwe beelden. De prachtige foto's van de blauwe lucht en het ijswater op de dwergplaneet liegen er niet om.

Close-upfoto's afkomstig van ruimtesonde New Horizons - het ruimtetuigje dat maar liefst 5 miljard kilometer van ons verwijderd is (!) - gaven eerder al prijs dat de dwergplaneet over bergen beschikt van ruim drie kilometer hoog die mogelijk het gevolg zijn van ijsvulkanisme. Beelden van Plutomaan Charon toonden dan weer prachtige kleurvariaties, bergen, canyons en kloven.

This is cool, he tries hard to keep an eye on it, jumps off his bike to get a better angle of the UFO in the sky. He caught a cloud orb. Its not often they come down that close, but sometimes they do to power up from the power lines along the roads. Easiest to see in full screen mode.

I was at work on Sunday September 20 2015,we were going outside to have a smoke brake, we all sat down on the curb, I ladyed back on the ground, that's when I noticed what looked like a bright star. It was a Beautiful day out, not one cloud in the sky (blue), I watched the star like object for about five minutes. It did not move in the sky at all it stayed in one spot but every once in a while it looks to me like it was spinning clockwise every once in a while I would see a glare of sunlight reflecting off the object like it was spinning. Not sure how high it was up in the sky just north of where I work is in airport for personal aircraft, commercial planes fly overhead all day long from Chicago airports we live close to Lake Michigan ( Southwest Michigan ) sure this was not a plane it looked so much like a star but closer , after watching the object for about five minutes I thought I might want to go get my phone ( camera ) when I came back outside it was still there.I recorded it until it just disappeared I didn't see it do any movements it's like it went straight up and disappeared. After this all happened I tried to just blow this off,but two weeks have gone by and I still can't stop thinking about it, i'm sure this was not a plane,a star,a satellite , or a weather balloon, hopefully you can analyze the footage I have and see if you can figure out what this is.

Guys, not only is this a UFO that is visible, but there is another UFO that is not visible in the same close up. I found it by adding contrast. Look below. The UFO is much larger that the small UFO. I think aliens wanted humans to see the small UFO, so that they could observe the humans and their reactions, as they sat comfortable and in the larger UFO. Also know, the cloaked UFO was much closer so they could observe.

A sequence of photos taken in Brasilia (Brazil) shows an unidentified flying object near the super moon on Sunday afternoon (27). The images were taken at the Engenho das Lajes, in Mexico City, from 18 pm.

According to civil engineer Viviane Taham, the object was bright and moving in different directions. "It appeared from the left, quickly rose diagonally,  then it descended diagonally downward, and finally back toward the Moon, and then disappear." There were 21 photos in total - taken casually by his daughter, he wanted to capture with his cell the total lunar eclipse - the youngest was in the car with his father and two other people. All were impressed with what they saw. "My daughter called me at the time and said:" I saw a UFO, saw a UFO ", and I said no," he saw a light, and did not know what it was! "It seemed to have a strange movement," said Viviane. "I do not know whether to believe in extraterrestrials.  Nunca thought of that possibility,  and had never seen anything like it," concluded the engineer. The Brazilian Air Force were consulted about it, but have not received any official information so far. In Campo Grande (Brazil), George Tamaras, which was made one of the most impressive records. In his video, you can see the passage of a UFO during the event superluna.   The ball of light was white and shone brightly. Movement without a defined position of the UFO, which proves that it was not a plane.

A witness to Buenos Aires (Argentina) also managed to film the amazing astronomical event can promptly grasp the precise moment when several objects identified were not on the scene. "Last night at the lunar eclipse across some objects and many people were following the event by TV reported seeing a shooting star. Clearly it is not a meteorite or anything similar, but elongated meteors, UFOs type of cigarettes. At least that is what shows my film ". The witness described.

White Disk UFO Seen Over Louisville, Kentucky For 20 Minutes, Oct 2015, Video, UFO Sighting News.

This was caught by Devon Vanderbor of Youtube. We have gotten a several UFO reports over the last 30 days from Louisville  so its good to hear they are sticking around over there. The shape of this UFO is the same as the last few reports seen. Long with disk, sometimes several at a time near the clouds. Excellent catch.

Giant Orb Chasing Jets At Air Show On Oct 3, 2015, Photos, UFO Sighting News.

This fantastic catch has a drone orb that is investigating the jets at the air show. The orb is huge and is cloaked, but the angle of the sun and the camera person revealed it. The detail on the orb is incredible.

10 redenen waarom de maanlandingen een hoax zouden kunnen zijn

Uit recente peilingen blijkt dat 20 procent van de Amerikanen gelooft dat de VS nooit op de maan is geland. Waarom is de mens na de Apollomissies niet teruggekeerd naar de maan? Alleen onder Richard Nixon is de mens op de maan geland, maar na het Watergateschandaal geloofden velen dat de maanlandingen in scène waren gezet om de ruimterace van de Sovjet-Unie te winnen.

Lijstjessite Listverse somt bewijspunten op waaruit zou blijken dat de maanlandingen hoaxes waren. Bij ieder punt wordt ook de uitleg van de NASA genoemd.

10. De wapperende vlag

De op het maanoppervlak geplaatste Amerikaanse vlag wapperde in de wind, terwijl de maan geen atmosfeer heeft. De NASA zei dat de vlag lijkt te golven doordat ze gevouwen was voor ze werd opgehangen.

9. Geen kraters

De maanlandingen veroorzaakten geen kraters op het maanoppervlak. NASA gaf als antwoord dat de dalingssnelheid van de landers gering was en dat de zwaartekracht van de maan maar één zesde van die op aarde bedraagt.

8. Meerdere lichtbronnen

Op de maan is maar één duidelijke lichtbron: de zon. Schaduwen zouden dus in dezelfde richting moeten vallen. Op foto’s en in video’s is echter duidelijk te zien dat schaduwen in verschillende richtingen vallen. Dit zou bewijzen dat de foto’s op een filmset zijn gemaakt. NASA gaf het grillige landschap de schuld van de vreemde schaduwen.

7. Van Allen-gordels

Volgens complottheoristen konden de astronauten de reis niet overleven door de straling in de Van Allen-gordels en de kosmische straling. NASA claimde dat de ruimtevaartuigen de Van Allen-gordels in slechts 30 minuten tijd doorkruisten en dat de route zo werd gekozen dat de astronauten aan zo weinig mogelijk straling werden blootgesteld.

6. Het onverklaarbare object

Nadat foto’s van de maanlandingen waren vrijgegeven, ontdekten de theoristen al snel de reflectie van een mysterieus object op de helm van één van de astronauten van Apollo 12. Het object lijkt aan een touw of draad te hangen en zou er niet moeten zijn. Volgens sommigen is het een spotlight die in filmstudio’s wordt gebruikt. Er is tot op heden geen verklaring voor het object.

5. Slow motion bewegingen en verborgen kabels

Als je de beelden van de maanlandingen 2,5 keer versnelt, bewegen de astronauten zich voort in het ritme van de zwaartekracht op aarde. Verborgen kabels en draden zouden verantwoordelijk zijn geweest voor de hoge sprongen die de astronauten konden maken. Op sommige foto’s zouden ‘onzichtbare’ kabels te zien zijn.

4. Geen sterren

Op de foto’s zijn geen sterren zichtbaar en de astronauten melden niet één keer dat er sterren zichtbaar zijn. Omdat er geen wolken rond de maan hangen is dat hoogst eigenaardig. Volgens NASA heeft het zwakke sterrenlicht geen kans om de film te belichten bij korte sluitertijden.

3. De letter C op een maansteen

Op een maansteen die op meerdere foto’s opduikt, is duidelijk de letter C te zien. Volgens critici is men in de filmstudio vergeten om de steen zo te draaien dat de letter uit beeld bleef. NASA zei dat iemand achteraf de letter C op de foto heeft gezet, of dat er een haartje is blijven hangen bij het ontwikkelen van de foto.

2. Kruisdraden

Op bepaalde foto’s lijken de kruisdraden achter de gefotografeerde objecten te liggen, in plaats van ervoor. Dat duidt er volgens de theoristen op dat er met de foto’s geknoeid is. Waarom de NASA kruisdraden gebruikte is een mysterie.

1. Identieke achtergronden

Op foto’s die vele kilometers van elkaar zijn genomen komen identieke achtergronden voor. Dit wijst volgens de theoristen op een filmset waarbij twee keer dezelfde achtergrondafbeelding is gebruikt. NASA reageerde dat de maan geen atmosfeer heeft, waardoor verafliggende voorwerpen ongewoon helder en minder veraf schijnen dan werkelijk het geval is.
