Some PILOTS/OWNERS are requesting on how far the above mentioned services have authority to disable certain parts of a AIRCRAFT during a search for drugs or other substances
Whe must draw attention to this persons thad after disabling certain vital parts of a AIRCRAFT this is considered to be UNSERVICABLE and can only be restored to FLYING STATUS after a aproved mechanique has inspected the aircraft after repair by a qualified mechanique on this type of
aircraft and in position of the aproved maintenance manuals
This probleme schould be clarified and also how the cost of this are going te be recovered from this
services ??
What about the cost of the unavaiblity of the aircraft for flying operations due to this inspection ??
