I will try next week to obtain more information about the intentions at EU level concerning the introduction of the UAS in the NON-SEGREGATED AIRSPACE .
Presently there is no ICAO defintion of what the term SEGREGATED AIRSPEACE legaly means
each country is using his own defintioen.
Concerning the UAV at civilian level are there now in a number of ICAO and EU memberstates activity of civlian operations outside controlled airspace via the publication of a NOTAM
Due to the economique value of the AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS witch can be done by UAV instead of AIRPLANE or HELICOPTERS wil there be a tendency to restrict large volume for VFR OPERATIONS to allow the UAV to operate
I sugest the VFR OPERATORS ORGANISATION to be involved in this new AIRSPACE USERS development and development of the REGULATION and PROCEDURES at EU-LEVEL
I understand thad at EU-LEVEL there is the intention to involve ALL AIRSPACE USERS ORGANISATION in this development and advise to prepare persons with adequate knowledge of al the FLYING ACTIVITY as mentioned in my updated AIRSPACE USERS diagram of 02/09/2009
