in my activity at the AVIATION WORLD at EU-level i BRUSSELS

in the initial development of EUROCONTROL
He was also good aware of the persons involved in the SECA in 1951
and the EUROCONTROL in 1962 in PARIS

initial TARGETS of this both ORGANISATIONS
