    Indien zij iets wensen op te zoeken dan moeten ze gewoon in het nederlands een trefwoord in typen in het zoekvenster aan de rechterzijde en dan komen de betreffende artikels beschikbaar

    On many ocasions some PILOTS or AIRCRAFT OWNERS are trying to obtain information via HQ EUROCONTROL in BRUSSELS

    Ther is a lot of information avaible via:     WWW.EUROCONTROL.INT

    But sothime there is a need for clarifications and for this I advise them to contact a ex ciolega pilot who is active in  THE USERS CEL

    This morning a numer of intresting conversations on the  "SEE AND AVOID" procedure during VFR OPERATIONS.

     In function of the development of the FAB frum GROUND up in ' KLASS "G" AIRSPACE

     There is strong intention to have very strong protection for the CAT and also for the COMMERCIAL AERIAL WORK in the development of the EU-SES AIRSPACE

    I have circulated a large amount of the AOPA-USA ASF brochure COLLISION AVOIDANCE STRATEGIES and TACTICS

    Some expert have advised to EUROCONTROL AGENCY to circulate the content of this brochure via the SAFETY MAILINGS of SKYBRARY highlights

    Be aware this brochure is recommended reading for ALL PILOTS and  avaible for free via:  WWW.ASF.ORG

    Presently some experts are offering their services to increase the SAFETY for VFR FLIGHTS in UNMANAGERD AIRSPACE. in function of the MIDAIRCOLLISION in NEWYORK (USA)

     Also the are trying to make a list of a number of MIDAIR COLISIONS in EUROPE but they are also taking in consideration ACCIDENTS in MANAGED AIRSPACE under ATC CONTROL

    Also do they have the support of the UAS operators who are trying to evaluate the utulisation of the UAV in UNMANAGED AIRSPACE for AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS in VFR.

    I sugest any information be transmitted to IAOPA-EUR.

    In function of the FATAL ACCIDENT in NEWYORK at the HUDSON river  in VFR have I received about 200 E-mails on witch I have reacted to many of them directly however it is not possible to go in to details.

    A number of are worying thad such a accident could also happen in our ICAO-EUR region due to the many AIRCRAFT in certain AREA'S

     For this do I refer to the very good brochure of AOPA-USA/ASF on this subject
