Chinezen bouwen hotel van 30 verdiepingen in 360 uur

Een hotel van dertig verdiepingen dat in amper vijftien dagen oftwel 360
uur gebouwd wordt, voor zo'n huzarenstuk moet je tegenwoordig in China
zijn. In de provincie Hunan klaarde de Broad Group deze klus aan het
Dingtong meer. Zoals uit de video blijkt, verrees er in geen tijd een
hotel dat volgens de bouwheer ook nog eens bestand is tegen aardbevingen
van 9 op de schaal van Richter.
De prefabconstructie werd al
grotendeels in een fabriek in elkaar gezet. Bouwen op de deze manier zou
drie tot tien keer minder kosten. Er worden veel minder bouwmaterialen
gebruikt en het gebouw is een pak energie-efficiƫnter.
De Broad
Group is hiermee niet aan zijn proefstuk toe. De aannemer bouwde eerder
als eens het Ark hotel in zes dagen tijd. De onderneming heeft nog
plannen klaarliggen voor zo'n 150 projecten van deze omvang.
