We hebben weer een bericht van ons team op de Filippijnen ontvangen over de dramatische toestand. Hierin leggen ze nog eens uit dat ze de "outreach" - het uitdelen van voedsel en geschenken aan de kinderen - hebben moeten uitstellen maar dat ze dat zo snel mogelijk zullen "inhalen".
Daarbij zenden ze enkele foto's... dramatische beelden ... en vragen ze om hulp ...

Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!
The team postponed the outreach last Saturday due to the super typhoon that hits the country. Hundreds had already reportedly died in the Eastern Visayas region and countless are missing. There are places or areas that is isolated due to the communication problem encountering in the region and there is no news until now about the situation of some areas in the Visayas provinces. This is another tragedy that the Filipinos are experiencing even the year is going to end already for 2013. I attached some of the painful pictures that unbelievable to accept what is happening to our country nowadays.
We pray that we can always stand again through the help of everyone and in God's guidance! I will update you about the outreach in my next mail...
