On the 8th of March the world celebrates all women yet again. But the sad truth is that there's still no equality and the pay gap remains. In Belgium the gender pay gap is around 6%. That is why LolaLiza wants to take a stand in this matter, but in a positive way.

The weekend of International Women’s Day all women that shop at LolaLiza will receive a pay gap discount. Since they earn 6% less than men, they have to pay 6% less.

The Belgian brand felt the need to support and celebrate women in every way that they can. That is why LolaLiza will donate, on top of the 6% discount, € 10.000 to RoSa, a non-profit organisation that wants to promote gender awareness and thereby help eliminate the actual inequality between women and men in society.
