Winter walks
You don’t get any more contrast than this! Light, pastel colours such as powder and light grey teamed with robust worker boot-style soles, guarantee a wow-effect. Clean yet expressive - these models are all about pure elegance. Alongside the loafers and pumps, this fashion theme also contains ankle boots, sneakers and ballerinas. In spite of their clean, minimalistic designs, they are shoes you'll get noticed in. The soft nappa leather in various colours gives the models a high-quality look and feel. The focus lies on simple yet expressive colours, such as beige, ivory and almond, which are in perfect symbiosis with the straight lines of the models. They impress with their simple, yet bold designs. The focus is on bright, pastel colours such as soft rose, fresh mint, peach and powder blue, which sprinkle the shoes with a feeling of freedom and lightness. In particular, the use of Nubuck and smooth leather, in combination with textile materials, give the styles a high-quality feel.
Een hele dag buiten bewegen… en tegelijk de tijd nemen om op te gaan in je omgeving. Dat is waar slow wintersport om draait. Geen betere plek om ervan te proeven dan Slovenië, waar de sneeuw prachtige decors boetseert.
Tussen de Alpen en de zee biedt Slovenië het beste van twee werelden. Verschillende voordelen met mekaar combineren, dat is ook wat slow wintersport doet. Terwijl je spieren een goeie workout krijgen en je longen zich vullen met gezonde berglucht, bewonder je de ongerepte natuur om je heen en kom je helemaal tot jezelf.
Wandelen rond het meer van Bohinj
Midden in de Julische Alpen onthult zich een adembenemend stukje natuur: het meer van Bohinj. Het is het grootste van het land en het ligt pal in het bekende Triglav National Park. Rond het meer neemt een knappe wandeltocht je zo’n 12 kilometer mee op stap. Ook voor gezinnen met kinderen is deze route best doenbaar.
De tocht is op z’n best ’s morgens vroeg. Een mysterieuze mist zweeft dan net boven het water. Zodra de zon vanachter de bergen tevoorschijn komt, neemt een betoverend, kleurrijk licht de scène over. De fototoestellen blijven in de aanslag. Het wandelpad leidt namelijk nog naar de Savica waterval, die zich uitbundig neerstort in het meer. Extra leuk: in de winter raakt het water van Bohinj soms bedekt door een dikke laag ijs. Het startsein om een paar schaatsen aan te trekken en gekke pirouettes boven te halen.
Langlaufen door het landschap
Langlaufen is de perfecte activiteit voor wie zich graag met een stel latten een weg door de bergen baant. Slovenië beschikt over heel wat glooiende pistes die het besneeuwde landschap doorkruisen. In Pokljuka zigzag je zo’n 30 kilometer tussen metershoge, groene sparren. De uitzichten op de imposante Julische Alpen krijgen iedereen onderweg wel even stil. Bergafwaarts, richting de vallei van Bohinj, ligt nog eens 70 kilometer aan langlaufplezier te wachten.
Ervaren cross country skiërs meten hun kunnen in het Nordic Center Planica. Hier brengen de routes je onder andere langs de vallei van Tamar, het pittoreske Gozd Martuljek en Mojstrana. Nog maar net met langlaufen begonnen? Dan zijn de oefenpistes van Rogla de ideale uitvalsbasis. Ook Logarska dolina blaast je omver met heerlijke routes die door de Alpenvallei slingeren.
Dwars door de sneeuw trekken
De besneeuwde landschappen van Slovenië spreken pas echt tot de verbeelding als je er letterlijk middenin staat. De sneeuwschoenwandelingen rond Pokljuka voeren je langs bergen, bossen en velden. Steeds met een prachtig Alpenpanorama op de achtergrond. Ook de tochten van Rogla, Velika Planina en Bohinj brengen je naar onontdekte, woeste plekken, bedolven onder parelwitte sneeuwtapijten. In de Soča vallei, Trenta en Log pod Mangartom stap je dan weer door een sprookjesachtige omgeving waar feeërieke bosweggetjes en betoverende dalen zich aaneen rijgen.

Known for designing innovative and multifunctional jewellery, Sarah created a versatile collection for Diamanti Per Tutti around the - appropriate for the current times - theme of ’Unity’.
The Unity Collection : Diamanti Per Tutti's SS21 collection is inspired by the ideology where people with different walks in life can still unite together and make the world a beautiful and better place. The biggest lesson we've had the past year is that humans need humans. We learned to appreciate each other more and realized the importance of being ‘united’.
Unity : When you put together different shapes like circles, triangles and squares, they might not seem perfect together at first. But just like with people - all different and unique in their own way - they somehow end up complementing each other, and become this beautiful harmony. Sarah Zhuang x Diamanti Per Tutti's SS21 collection gives you the possibility to maintain that authenticity by creating different looks that stand on their own.
The collaboration : For this collaboration Diamanti Per Tutti reached out to the Hong Kong-based Sarah Zhuang. Zhuang is known for her outstanding jewelry designs and craftmanship. She is a perfect example of a modern-day heir who’s taken her family legacy and made it uniquely her own. Having successfully launched the brand in Hong Kong since 2014 with 6x boutiques to show, Diamanti Per Tutti thought it would be fitting to celebrate their growth with a capsule collection by a leading local designer.
She believes that jewelry is more than just an accessory, it's not something that only completes your outfit, but that is also a part of your authentic being. A value that's been celebrated in this collaboration. For this collection you can expect the use of geometrical shapes which fit together like a puzzle. It's designed in a way so you can mix and match the pieces together and form combinations that match your mood and/or personality. All of the pieces are made from sterling silver and are available in rose gold and yellow gold vermeil and silver.
