BRAX SS21

We've barely gotten a taste of winter and we're already dreaming of summer. BRAX has us thinking about all the playful outfits we no longer have to hide under a big fuzzy coat. Their SS21 collection exudes comfort, without losing out on elegance. Classics are being reinvented, and fabrics such as linen and jeans take center stage.

Women

With being more indoors and craving a sense of tranquility, BRAX responded to the need to be comfortable and at ease outdoors as well. We see lots of blue and off-white neutrals, while lilac and lavender highlights provide a subtle touch of colour in the women's collection. Graphic prints, such as houndstooth check were revived and a calm tie dye was introduced. Cool blue's, khaki and mint combined with magnolia and cherry blossom gives the collection that feminine touch.

Men

As for the men's collection the year starts off with pieces in bright shades of red, easily combined with a classic navy or silver grey. Minimal yet chique prints rule, but watercolour flower makes for a surprising design as well. Bright greens and spring-like pastels were also introduced, while the classic natural shades add to the whole.

Coffee colours

Warm colours dominate the collection of both men and women. Sand and wood shades such as almond and brown rule the colour palette. They are given some summer accents by using fresh colours, such as mango and coral for women, along with cinnamon and orange for men. Linen is the must-have fabric, while the chino is a trend piece that can't be missing from your closet this season.
